I prefer mine on thin and crispy, but to each their own. The bean "paste" they spread on the crust is so good. Then after baking, they top with lettuce, tomato and cheddar and holy F'ing S, this thing is good! I wish the pizza buffet would come back as that was an amazing way to spend an afternoon.
