I called the store several times and there was no answer. I ordered cheese sticks which were picked up as cheese sticks but they tasted like cinnamon sticks! I guess they were cooked in the same pan which gave them the cinnamon taste! Gross!! I couldn't even let the store know bc they wouldn't answer!! Smh read more

my pizza took almost 2 hours to get. I tried to cancel and the system wouldn't process. when it did arrive it was cold as to be expected. I tried several times to call the store and kept getting sent to a call service which was less then helpful. finally I got in touch with the store and was called a liar. I said I would bring the food up to the restaurant and was told by the guy on the phone it wouldn't matter. that I received the the food and that was that. don't go there and don't patronize this business read more

This may be considered more of a rant than a review, but I feel the need to impart my Pizza Hut experience to you so that others won't make the same mistake I did and attempt to eat here. 1st trip: dine in. My wife and I ordered and were told for 2 hours that our pizza was on its way. We had a movie date so we had to leave. I went to the front to let them know and they told me the pizza was never put in the system. And yes, our waitress told us numerous times she had done it. But, they did give us free drinks, so there's that. (Note: this was years ago before I grew a spine.) 2nd trip: dine in. Our order was wrong, which is normally not a problem - except our waitress mysteriously disappeared. I think she went home to watch Grey's Anatomy or something. Anyway, the manager assured us that someone else would be right along to help us and correct the order. An hour later, with nobody coming by, we just left. 3rd trip: carry out. I picked up my pizza and checked the order. It was right! Yay! Then I saw it: a cook in the back took a used Kleenex from his pocket and blew his nose with his bare hands. Without washing his hands, he went right back to making pizzas. I'd already paid for my order and let the manager know why I wanted to return it. In front of me, she chastised the employee by saying, "If you're going to blow your nose, don't so it in front of the customer!" I would have preferred a simple, "Just wash your hands, man." I love Pizza Hut, the one in Bardstown is actually very good for Bardstown. They are always fast and reliable. The crew is friendly and they always make things right if there is something wrong. The taste is superb. Sometimes their pizzas are overly greasy though, but only complaint. read more

Ordered pepperoni pizza extra pepperoni, cinnamon sticks and cream cheese icing. I was delivered an hour later, a pizza and cream cheese icing... a regular pepperoni pizza that definitely was made earlier that day and was not even close to being passed off for extra pepperoni, and icing no cinnamon sticks. Called them back and they said there was nothing they could do about my missing desert. I asked them if people usually order icing with their pizza and she said people order all kinds of things. Been to a lot of pizza huts, and this is about the worst. The reviews so far have been the opposite of truth. The service is actually good. It's the cooks who are horrible. The buffet had only two slices of vegetable pizza, and they had pineapples on them, and lets be honest, pineapples are great by themselves, but clash horribly with pizza. So, I took them off. The cooks refused to make more vegetable pizzas, so there was chicken or cheese pizza, since I can't eat meat, and few people can, so the control freak cooks were just being hateful. They were even more hateful by putting only hot Cajun spice all over the cheese and the chicken pizza. It was horrid. You couldn't taste anything else. I don't think they used any Italian seasoning, just hot Cajun garbage. But Bardstown is famous for Cajun control freak cooking. Still, service was good. And to be honest, the cooks were obviously Bardstown and Kentucky control freaks for hot without spicy cooking. There are actually worse places in Bardstown to eat. read more

So good. Staff is great. We LOVE the lunch buffet. It has 2 bars, one is salad only and the other has a variety of pizzas, breadsticks and spaghetti. You can request certain pizzas for the buffet too!! read more

Good pizza, but the service is always slow. Sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes before was even acknowledged. Staff is mostly unfriendly, not very polite. Best pepperoni around, just wish the staff did a better job. read more

The food tasted great. It was hot and ready to go when they said it would be. However, my wife and I woke up at 5 AM the next morning (on Thanksgiving) with food poisoning. We then spent the entire day on the couch taking turns for our 1 year old. It will definitely be a long time before I trust going there again. read more
