If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you're wanting to go here, make sure it's well before 8:00, even though they apparently close an hour or so later. The last 2 times I've tried to eat here, they lock the dining room so you can't get inside at 8, and the ice cream machine doesn't work, with the excuse of "we had to clean it". Food was a 5/5 here for me but it gets a 3.5-4 out of 5 from me overall. We stopped here today for a quick lunch on the way back from Maker's Mark - I love A&W's corn dogs. I got the 10 mini corn dog meal with cheese curds and a root beer, and my husband got one of the burger meals with Sriracha cheese curds. We realized they put his cheese curds with my meal when I took a bite and was like... Why are these spicy? (And at that point he had accidentally ate half of mine, oops) We ended up ordering an additional cheese curds order because of that and it was also hot and fresh. This is a combined A&W / Long John Silvers so we were also to get some of the LJS hush puppies. The big problem here are the floors - it has been raining a lot today and they were SUPER slippery, even in the bathroom (I had to do a penguin walk of sorts so I didn't slip). Upon arrival of said A&W and long John silver combined building it looked clean and well maintained and the inside looked good too. After ordering we were given said food, customer service was good and they took our order correctly. Until we realized we were one fry short. Came back around the drive through and they gave us what we were missing no problem. Now the food was hot and smelled amazing but the flavor wasn't what I was expecting, burgers tasted like it had too much mustard on it and little to no ketchup, fried tasted... interesting??? And the root beer floats were 10/10. Honestly besides the food being a little off I think I would still rate it a 3/5. read more

This visit was a total train wreck. When we walked in my husband almost fell taking my son to the restroom. The floor was slick throughout the entire restaurant. There was trash on most of the tables and on the floor. Like straw wrappers and receipts. Plus there were kids laying in a couple of the booths sleeping. We don't have an A&W anywhere near us so it was something different to try. I ordered my son a hot dog and it so greasy. I ordered cheese curds and they were luke warm. And my husband ordered from the Long Johns menu and got the fish and shrimp combo. It was normal greasy food. We ended up splitting his combo. Well my husband ended up with food poisoning. We are assuming it was from the tater sauce or cocktail sauce cause I didn't eat them. It will be a long time before we go to an A&W again. read more

Definitely good for what it is. Let's start with the positive things. The food is hot when you get it and at least tastes fresh. The customer service was great. My husband went to the bathroom right before we ordered and the guy at the front counter was patient and waited till we were ready. We went on a Monday which meant dollar slides. My husband ordered a fish and chicken one the only downside is you couldn't really tell which was which by the taste. The only negative thing I would say is the dinning room could use a good cleaning. There was stuff behind the booths and the cushions could of been wiped down. The tables were a little sticky as well but like I said the cleanliness of the dinning room is the only negative thing that I can say about the place. For a fast food restaurant it is definitely one of the best. read more

This place is a joke. Staff clearly hates their jobs. The ice cream machine has been "broken" for months. Seems like broken means "we hate our jobs so we don't turn it on." If you want to get treated like crap at the drive thru window, because they won't reopen the lobby, I recommend this place. read more

Excellent experience here. Hadn't been to a A&W/Long John's in several years and I'm glad I stopped by (It's a combination of the two). Spoke to a young gentleman by name of Codywho took my order. I ordered a #1 papa burger meal. I was with my family and we are driving to FL for vacation and we stopped for a bite and I was starving! I got about half way done and realized one of my patties was completely raw! I mean really really raw. My husband brought it back up to the counter and they didn't say anything but sorry and asked if I wanted another, I opted for my money back. I am very displeased with the burger and the way they handled it. I so so hope I don't get sick. What a way to start vacation. read more

My wife and I go here for the Long John Silvers menu items and I have to say it is one of the better Long John Silvers you will find. Our food has consistently been good on many visits. For a nice quick meal that doesn't break the bank, I highly recommend this location. read more
