So tonight I placed an orderat 7pm. Tracker said my order would be here at 7:30pm. I called at 7:57pm to check my order status and it still said it was being made, I thought it was odd so decided to call. I don't k ow who I spoke with but he told me that they called me and left a voicemail to tell me they were out of something I ordered. I never got a call, never got a voicemail. I had my ph in me with me it had full reception. After he told me that he said, kind of with an attitude "and it was for pick up" I told him "no, I chose delivery" instead of apoligizing, he said "oh, it must have been one of the other employees" and then just continued, "do you want (what ever the replacement was)?" I told him no because I had already been waiting an hour so I cancelled the order. That when he gave me a nonchalant "sorry about that." I just hung up because I could tell he didn't care about not fulfilling my order, or their mistakes. I'm posting a picture showing my confirmation email and that says delivery. The place is very small. This wing street pizza hut has a really long wait. Im not sure if its because of their number of orders, but I only ordered a 7 piece wings and it took 25 minutes to make. This wasn't a delivery, so just imagine if it was. First of all, I doubt they have a lot of orders because outside their drivers are here waiting for delivery. Also, the girls working here today on wednesday would tend to just stand there and chat. Either they have a really slow workers or they really are busy. The place also needs some cleaning. The handle to their door was quite sticky, so ew. The odor at this place doesn't even smell like food. More of sweat. So I don't think I'll be coming back here any sooner. I'll probably go to dominoes or little Caesar's. read more

Did a carry out order and initially my order was incorrect. But they handled the situation really well. They didn't have me wait forever for my new order. And the guy who helped (i forgot his name, he was wearing glasses) made sure i had a credit for my next order with them for the mix up. I wouldn't normally give 5 stars for someone messing up my order but the customer service was better than most deliver/ carry out pizza places. read more

So annoyed that I placed my order ahead of time to avoid waiting. The time estimate was 10-20 minutes but I waited an extra 10 minutes. I arrived to pick up order and they tell me it's gonna be an additional 10-15 minutes! That's a total of 45 minutes! Get it together!! read more

They nickel and dime for everything! If you want ranch for your wings, they charge! If you want marinara sauce for your bread sticks, they charge! Really, get it together. Those are condiments that usually come when you order those items. Ms Veronica said marinara sauce only comes when you order the bread sticks by themselves but not when you order pasta! Of course right cause they put so much extra sauce in the pasta! (Not!) Even after I waited extra because apparently my wings weren't ready did she offer me marinara sauce. My order was suppose to be ready at 5:40pm it was 6 when I was there to pick up my order. I won't even get started on our pizza order! I order from this pizza hut quite often and so far I haven't had any bad experiences, usually I order for takeout. but on occasion I will have it delivered. phone ordering:when I order on the phone they are usually really nice and I am able to complete my order with no issues. and when I am put on hold they usually return to the call in a timely manner (less than 3 minutes) Takeout: when I order for takeout I always make sure to call in my order because they will give me an accurate time on when my pizza will be ready which is always a plus. they make sure to show me the pizza before I walk out so I don't have any surprises delivery: I have not had any issues with the drivers getting lost or missing any part of the order. I have had a driver run out of parmesan cheese before which is always a bummer. other then that everything has been more than expected from Pizza Hut. I will continue to order from them read more

BY FAR THE WORST PIZZA HUT I've ever been too. The staff here is completely incompetent and somehow manage to take double the time allowed for making such a simple order. I placed an order and waited the usual 20 minutes before leaving, upon arrival it said my order was ready on the screen... I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes just for them to tell me they "couldn't find my order".. After getting a refund I still feel as though I should be given something to compensate my wasted time. I suggest either better staff or a new franchise take their spot. Clearly they don't want to serve the costumers they're getting. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

Very disappointed and bad customer service. I walked in, this establishment is not a sit down it's a pick up. I walked in and ordered the large pizza special $9.99, pepperoni. When I ordered I said to the server "thin crust please". Paid, got my ticket, sat and waited. When my name came up on the monitor that my order was ready, she, the server called my name, opened the box and said your pizza is ready. It was a thick crust pizza. I politely told her I ordered thin crust, she said that she didn't hear me say that. She'll have them make another one. It'll be about another 15 mins or so. Ummm. Ok. Gave Me attitude. Waited, a guy came with a box to the counter, mind you I'm the only one in there, said your pizza is done. Opened the box and it's another thick crust pizza! What the heck, I said just give me my money back. I hear someone in the back yelling we are making it right now. But now I want to speak with someone in charge, which was the girl who took my order and she was ready to walk out the door. I asked her what happened, her answer was "I don't know". What do you mean you don't know. Really. She walked away, went around the corner which I guess was the kitchen area and sped out the door like she was being chased. I'm pretty mad at this time. Finally my pizza came out, the thin crust and I said to the young guy who gave me my pizza. What happened, same answer "I don't know". What do you all know! Someone dropped the ball and it went downhill from there. And my pizza was not even baked in the middle. For darn sakes, it was a thin crust! I should've tasted it then and there. I've been getting pizzas from this location for years, & the pizzas & delivery has always been A+. I got another Super Supreme just now, & it's perfect - beautiful. I picked it up this time, & Daniel was at the register. He was so kind & polite. He told me over the phone my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes - & sure enough -- it was!! In fact, I got there a few minutes sooner than 15 minutes & it was ready anyway!! Daniel was wonderful, he paid attention to me immediately & was soooo kind. Excellent service!! And my pizza tonight was, once again, beautiful & perfect. If I had believed all these awful, mean reviews on Yelp, I wouldn't have ever come here. I may be alone on this, but I think Pizza Hut makes the best chicken wings. My favorite flavor is buffalo burning hot. I rate Pizza Hut's chicken wings above Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop. In addition, Pizza Hut has 50 cents wings on Wednesday. With that said, this Baldwin Park Pizza Hut is a little too "hood" for me. I saw too many sketchy people while driving here. Yesterday I had ordered a medium pizza for my mom and when they had called her that they were outside the guy was on the other side of the street and giving my mother major attitude over the phone saying he can't find her and I when I had called I had gave specific directions to where I live and gave them my address twice over the phone and they had put another address instead of the one I gave so I'm sad to say we won't be ordering from here for a while they need to check the attitude of their drivers not my fault they messed up nor was it my moms fault! read more

Horrible excuse for a Pizza Hut. None of the promotions online or through third party vendors such as T-Mobile are honored here. They sometimes give a military discount and sometimes don't. We placed an order for a brownie this afternoon and unfortunately they forgot to make it for us and realized it half an hour after we ordered. Fortunately Kendrick was able to fix the situation for us and get the brownie delivered to us. We really appreciated that since we had a small baby in the car and she was fussy. I place my order at 3:51 p.m. 1/6/18 it is now 5:18 p.m. I called the stores when the order was 30 minutes late so that was at about 4:20 I stayed on hold for about 5 minutes I could hear them taking other customers orders and talking amongst themselves and then the lady who answered finally came to the phone and told me that the Pizza Hut tracker is inaccurate that's a computer-generated time and their story time is completely different so my order is out for delivery and if it's not at my house within 10 minutes to call her back which is now been 18 minutes so I've been kind of generous to give them a chance to deliver my order so this is the third order in a row that I have made where Pizza Hut has failed to give good customer service and deliver my pizza in a timely fashion the last two times the pizza was wet and doughy it was not completely cooked this time the pizza has not arrived at all Pizza Hut is one street over and maybe 5 or 6 blocks down from my home this is just sad so after that I asked my husband to stop at Pizza Hut and the manager on duty informed him that which is the same woman I spoke to on the phone she told him go online and cancel the order well for Pizza Hut terms of service you cannot cancel an order once it's been placed online you have to call it so he's standing in the store and this woman is refusing to give him a refund other customers are coming in screaming shouting and cussing and that's when we're informed that the delivery driver took a bunch of people's orders left and never came back so right now I am out of $30.44 on pizza and they're not answering the phone I don't know if they close down the store I was supposed to be contacted by the day shift manager and I've got nothing so I'm going to put my story out there and continue because I want my money this is ridiculous Pizza should not cause you this much drama my husband was at the store for almost 2 hours the situation went on for 5 hours before we got an answer that they just weren't going to give us a refund that we had to deal with the day shift manager on 1/7/18 who is non existent right now all I need is a refund read more
