Haven't been back to this Pizza Hut in years since my last bad experience with their food quality. I recently took advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesday deal to try some new items from Pizza Hut, primarily focusing on the new Flatzz pizza. As part of the free promotion, I purchased "something", so I ordered My Hut Box to get a free Flatzz. The Flatzz pizza was a small, thin flatbread (not really bread like, but a really thin piece of pita dough). Each slice was topped with a small sausage ball, which was an interesting touch. I tried the Nashville Hot, it's not too bad, had a bit of a kick. It had an intriguing taste that was a pleasant change from standard pizza, but it wasn't something you had to have. The My Hut Box was a decent value for a quick meal. It included an appetizer and a main entree, and while it was just "okay," the real star of the entire order was the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt. This melt was almost like a chicken alfredo pasta served as a calzone. The flavors were rich and satisfying. Overall, if it were not for the T-Mobile deal i would not come back. While the Flatzz was just an average experience, the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt was a definite win and a great new discovery. read more

If you order over there phone they over charge compared to the prices you see online and online does not say "online only" it says the price of each item. My fam has ordered by both website and calling and it was a $30-40 difference and it was not even delivery. They don't tell you anything about the price difference or of any deals. read more

It's late at night, I have the munchies and a pizza craving. They're open till 1 am. So I gave in. Used the app and chose to pick up. There is a service fee and it also has the option for tips. Order was ready in 22 minutes as quoted. No more free crushed pepper packets. They sell them now. Original pan pepperoni pizza was piping hot and hit the spot. The Melts was greasy and hard. It tasted like it was reheated. Mini Cinnabons are freshly made. Soft, sweet, and ooey-gooey. Inside the store was bright and the floors clean. Parking is a little hard to find during the day because it's shared with other businesses and a grocery store. Service was ok. read more

Called and did a phone order W Daniel R. general manager. Such great customer service and was able to accommodate and answer all of my questions. They have the Slogan of "no one out pizzas the hut", but I think everyone out pizzas the hut. I don't know what they did, but the pizzas don't taste good, in the past they used to be overly salty, now it became bland. I don't know if it's only this Pizza Hut, but my last pizza experience was terrible. When people comment about pizza tasting like cardboard, I always think that's an over exaggeration, but this pizza literally tasted like cardboard. The crust wasn't crispy at all, it tasted like cardboard and had the consistency of cardboard, it wasn't flaky or crunchy. The pizza dough wasn't raw, but it was really bland. The sauce wasn't sweet or salty, and it tasted really watered down. The Cinnabon's are basically sugar on bread, there is so much sugar on there it spilled over into the box and caked it, I don't know if the Cinnabon and the pizza dough is the same dough, but they had the same consistency. Also, this pizza charges a surcharge to compensate for the rising costs in California, this is not a corporate thing as I don't see this in other Pizza Huts, but I don't see this at other Pizza places either. If there are rising costs, they are literally passing it straight to the consumer and they don't even try to hide that fact. Pizza Hut somehow sent my order to Door Dash.... With the delivery address of the Pizza Hut pick up location. After 45 min of no pizza I tried contacting Pizza Hut. They won't answer the phone or pick it up and hang up. An hour and 10 min later the pizza shows up, COLD and OPEN like someone was looking inside AND the driver tried pretending not to speak English when I told him to keep the pizza. Once I said I was going to complain and not pay for the pizza - suddenly he starts texting me ... as though he understood everything I said when he was at my door for fearing of not getting paid. I have yet to reach the store (2 hours later) AND door dash doesn't want to take responsibility. Now waiting on Pizza Hut as I had to file an online complaint. Horrible service! Horrible! Idk what's happend to Pizza Hut. My order today was nothing short of a disappointment. I remember them having the best pizza, always Hot, Fresh, & full of toppings! Our order was sent out minus a DOUBLE order of breadsticks and even better the ones they did manage to send were completely unseasoned just baked bread. After calling the restaurant and reiterating that we were missing a double order of breadsticks and their receptive 2 marinara sauces they had said they sent out the missing items. Unfortunately when they arrived and I've tipped my second dasher only a single order of breadsticks arrived. I called back AGAIN and was told that after talking with the original employee I had spoken to when the first mistake was made that the employee was saying I had only told her one breadstick when I had REPEATEDLY stated it was a double order. I was told beings they had sent out the order there was nothing else they could do. I am extremely disappointed, angry, and confused because sending out the order should include the whole order and preferably prepared correctly. I can not express just how friendly and helpful Daniel was! Unfortunately we had an incident occur on Christmas Eve and we couldn't get any helpful answers once the business was opened again after the holidays with any one else, it felt as if we weren't being heard and they just didn't care. BUT my husband called the company again after waiting a week and spoke with Daniel. He was so amazing right away was able to find our last order and give us some answers. He made everything so easy and stress free. Best customer service we have ever experienced!! I really hope who ever is his manager or supervisor notices what an amazing employee this man is. I've been coming to this PH for years. I have had my share of experiences with this establishment. When I come in , I see everyone working fast and hard. This shop is always busy. I ordered a rather large order (8 medium pizzas), all of them were ready on time for pickup. Unfortunately, two pizzas were missing a topping. This wasn't a huge deal, the pizza was still edible. I brought up my concern to the manager, Veronica. She was super nice and expressed remorse. She was able to get give future credit for the next order. Which I will use cause I love Pizza Hut in general. LOL I don't blame people for mistakes, but I do ask them to make up for them. They did just that. I cannot complain. I am also raving about their customer service, on one of my recent orders I decided to use the online ordering... and it didn't fully process my toppings correctly. I always get dominoes. It's cheap and tastes a bit better than Pizza Hut. Sadly, I was craving Pizza huts stuffed pizza. There were three things wrong with my order. My "stuffed crust" pizza hardly had any cheese! Second, my pizza was extremely thin! I would pick up my pizza and it would bend! It was thin as paper! Third, my pizza was thrown or dropped. Since my pizza was thin the pizza was moved all around and was bending inside the box. I spend $30.10 for a pizza! If I spend that much, I would expect it to look decent. I ordered a large 3 topping yesterday with que papas, online. Extra sauce on the pizza. It arrived in around 30 minutes and looked like glue. I still can't get my head around it even now, but I tossed all but the one slice I tried to eat. Extra sauce? I wondered if they put any sauce. In special notes, I asked for parm & crushed red pepper. Nope on nope. Again I really like this place, great service and staff. BUT @#$% their green bell pepper sucked! I attached photo, it is so shriveled up eating it felt like chewing a piece of plastic candy wrap. ** 3 YEAR, BREAST CANCER PATIENT, COVID POSITIVE, CLIENT REVIEW** This is my first review so forgive me if it's annoying. My name is Brandon. I have ordered from this Pizza hut many times. I feel compelled to actually give it a rating like I always say I will do. That doesn't ever happen so today ladies and gentlemen, it will. I will admit for the first time ever publicly that I am covid-19 positive, on top of breast cancer and nearly lost my life during this fight. I wanted to ensure the safety of their staff in the event someone were still contagious in my home. I unloaded that on the gentleman that answered and he immediately put me on the phone with there manager or general manager, Daniel. Probably to make me feel good:-) or to ensure the highest priority of safety and delivery. both were just fine with me. It worked out to be such a great fit. I didn't feel shamed for having the disease but rather, I felt special, supported, and as weird as it sounds, I felt loved. Daniel and the staff personally took the time to get to know me and make sure everything worked out perfect. They were here in 24 minutes!!! Not to add, the hot pizza, goodies were perfection! Cooked so yummy that it nearly put me my family, kids, son-in-law into a food coma!! (Not really, just sleepy) I thought I'd give a shout out cuz I rarely do. I must say when it comes to customer service and making sure that their customers leave happy , they are rite on point !!! The manager is a very very nice young guy and does what it takes to make sure his customers leave fully satisfied no matter the situation . There's been a couple times where my order was not perfect but it was never a problem because it was always fixed and I was also given free pizza n dessert for any inconvenience. But hey I get it things like this happen by mistake and it's called a message for a reason but sometimes people forget what it's like on the other end . Pizza was decent but the service was awful. Got the stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño. The slices had two types of texture, the crust was soft but the other half was stiff, like cardboard... The lady that handed me my pizza just laid it on the counter and walked away.
