I ordered 2 pizzas on line and went to pickup. 1 They were not ready by the time it was projected. The 2 pizzas looked okay. When I got home I was expecting a superior pizza to little Caesars. To start off the crust seems pre fab and tasted like carton, very dry barely any sauce or cheese. Very disappointed. I think a digiorno frozen pizza might rate better. Nothing fancy 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza. Not going back.. they are over priced for what they offer. Little Caesars is better and a better price. i ordered pizza via online. received in via door dash in a timely matter. a little too soon actually. got the pizza and it was still raw. cheese and toppings sliding off. I called and spoke with the manager on duty Zack and he offered a credit I told him I would like a remake. he told me it would take 45 mins to get to me......again via DoorDash. when the remake came both pizzas were completely burnt! I called Zack back to get a refund he said it'll be processed by the EOD. I've ordered from this location countless times. Some good, some not so good, but this was by far the worst! read more

Terrible. They even try to fudge their performance by moving your order to ready steady just for you to have to wait an addition 30 minutes for it to be prepared. Reflection of poor service and subpar management! If your order in the app like me, you are better off ordering and waiting an hour before you go to pickup! read more

My drinks and sauces where not in my order = driving said he would return to store and be right back = store is 10mins away from my home - it is now 10:52pm/ my food is cold and I have not received my sauces or my drinks. Twice now my order has been wrong. The first time, I was delivered crushed boxes with the wrong order. Tonight, I ordered at 6:50pm and my food was delivered a little after 9:30pm. When it arrived, my pizza had no cheese and half of my order was missing. This place is going to have to step it up or I dont think it will be in business long. Ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks online; an hour later my pizza still has not arrived. I called the store to see what had happened and they informed that the order had been canceled after I explained that I was calling about an order, and not trying to place an order. When I asked why, the person on the phone said that no one ever came to the door when the driver knocked. I explained that I had not had any one knock on my door. The person put me on hold. I was on hold so long I got rerouted to their Memphis customer care center. I explained to that person my problem, and also added that there are basically two house in my neighborhood with almost the same address. That person put me on hold. I was then rerouted to another person and explained the situation AGAIN. She told me to hold on while she called the store. I was then transferred BACK to the store where I spoke to the same person who says she needs my card number to process the order. So I try to give her my card and she tells me a new total that was MORE expensive than the order I placed online. I then ask am I being charged for this pizza twice and she says yes because the other order was cancelled. I say never mind, I will take my business elsewhere. I have always supported Pizza Hut for their literacy program, but after tonight I definitely no longer support them. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

I ordered $100 worth of food. 3 pizzas, stuffed garlic knots and 11 sauces. All three pizzas were supposed to have their stuffed cheese crust. Which I obviously paid for. Not one of the three pizzas had stuffed crust. We usually order from dominos and they consistently get our order wrong. I was really excited to order from Pizza Hut today because I found out that they had stuffed cheese crust. Only to discover that they can't get the order right either. What a waste. read more

Ordered @ 8:24, delivered @ 10pm, cold & under cooked/doughy in the middle. When we called @ 9:30, we were told they had one driver - that should not be the customers problem. When the driver finally arrived, she had zero apologies, only excuses for this terrible service.. Never again. read more
