Ordered delivery through Uber Eats tonight. No fault of them, but the Pizza Hut gave the right pizza to the deliverer only it was a medium, not a large. Thankfully, Uber Eats comped the whole order; only had to pay for the deliverer's tip. read more

The food was good. I have a major problem with the service. As soon as I walked in, I was looked at in my face and disregard for at least 10 minutes. I didn't like that at all. I know everyone has their own role to play, but I would have liked to be acknowledged at least. read more

Do not eat here ! They don't use gloves - nor wash their hands when making your pizza ! They either give you undercooked pizza and wings barely replace anything ! Pizza Hut - Raw and destroyed. - Pizza Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

It's a chain restaurant, not here to review food, but I will say that my pizza got 3 toppings on it and it was done in less than 10 seconds. Several pieces have a single piece of sausage. If there's more than an ounce and a half of sausage I'd be stunned. No, the reason this is a 1 star failure is because of timeliness. I was given an estimate of 7:55 for my pizza to be delivered curbside. That's fine. I got there at 7:50, so I expected to wait. I didn't expect to wait until 8:05 until I decided to walk into the store instead. The place smells like they overnight ferment all the dough and they have no ventilation. My pizza was sitting in a warmer. You know, the pizza that allegedly is supposed to be taken straight out to my car. After I texted them to tell them I was there. God only knows how long I'd have sat in my car if I hadn't bothered to walk in there myself. read more

LITERALLY THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! I ordered food for my 15 nieces and nephews right before they closed. I called twice to ask if the food was done and to also let them know I was on the way because I knew it was closing time. When I got there a couple minutes after closing, the door was locked and they wouldn't let me pay or even give me my food. (I was supposed to pay cash on spot.) Not even 2 minutes later I see the Employee Lisa and the current manager clocking out walking to their vehicles with my food in their hands! SO PITIFUL! What a shame those people have no dignity. I've never left a yelp review in my life but this insane incident left me with no choice . read more

I had a pizza delivered to my house on 7/1/2022, the delivery driver broke a very expensive crystal I had on my patio it was caught by my camera and also the person he gave the pizza too. Now the store is saying they won't replace what he broke even after he admitted to breaking my crystal and apologizing for breaking it I am very pissed and upset read more

Worst pizza. very bland and no taste. Added to that the place is shabby. Avoid at any cost.

Our family has ordered delivery from here on multiple occasions & the pizza has always been hot & fresh. This location has never gotten an order wrong and the last delivery man was super nice and polite. We ordered online and the delivery estimate for a Saturday night was 50 minutes/ the pizza arrived on time. I can't speak for the in store situation but delivery has been great. read more

Do NOT come here! Unless you wanna get robbed, get called liar, have an employee walk to your car to search for a missing pizza that I didn't take! SMH! I will never order from Pizza Hut again. This place ruined it all for me. Employee was cursing at me and was talking about cant wait till I get home from this place to get high!! read more

Avoid. Seriously. Have order here multiple times but this last time was the worst ever. Cold and overcooked food. Yes, you read that right.

I stopped in to pick up a carry out order at 5:30 on a Friday. I didn't catch the guys name that was working at the front there but he was working hard doing what looks like at least three jobs all at once. He did a really great job of staying calm and working efficiently and not panicking or anything like that. They're definitely understaffed right now and their truck was running late so they were low on some products, but the guy working was doing a really great job considering all the circumstances. read more

I ordered a pizza through the mobile app which said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive 10 minutes later and the board said it would be ready in 4 minutes. I asked the employee if that was accurate and he said no because it hadn't been made yet. At this point it was 10 minutes prior to closing as opposed to 30 minutes prior when I placed the order. I asked that the order not be made and the employee said they voided it but my card was charged anyway. read more

This is the worse location period!!! Mr Hill who manages this place (if that's really his name) is USELESS!!! My food 2 hours later, cold and zero customer service!!! Mr Hill didn't know what to tell me. The problem is door dash I will never order from this location again!!! read more

This Pizza Hut location has always been good to us. I've never gotten a bad or wrong order. They don't always answer the phone on the first try- but it's usually only 2 people in there at a time. The store is small and in the back corner but it's pretty darn good for a Pizza Hut. read more

This store should not be open during COVID-19 shelter in place. There were 3 employees working yesterday , all of them standing on top of each other because the kitchen is so small. If any one of those 3 gets exposed to the virus, all 3 of them will get it immediately. They were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Cashier handling the money opened the box the cooks put the pie in to show me the ingredients were correct, but it didn't ease my mind my order was right , it made me wonder why the clerk with the dirtiest hands was touching my food so much. The pie was soggy and undercooked as well, white on the bottom crust , which should be a light brown. I felt extremely bad going , I try to support our local businesses during this tough time and I ended up just hoping they would close to save the crew and their families from peril. read more

I would not order from this location. It is incredibly dirty inside and the staff is frankly very rude without reason. Additionally I saw the cook applying toppings using their bare hands. Completely unsanitary! read more

After over two hours of waiting for my order, I called - only to wait on the phone for over 15 minutes to talk to someone. I had to hang up and call back. I FINALLY get someone who tells me the order is on its way - 2 1/2 after I placed my order. This place is a joke. You lost a customer, I'll be going to your competitors from now on. read more

DONT ASK FOR DELIVERY This place is awful. Delivery person decided to not show up. When I complained about how they didn't show up she got angry and decided to not to come back the second time. I paid $60 for this pizza and she did not come at all. All I wanted was my pizza but this woman obviously cared more about her feelings then her job and decided to not do it. read more

Placed an online order and the pizza was never made. Arrived and then they proceeded to make it. I walked away without a pizza after the girl came to the computer to ring me up with gloves on, touching everything including money and credit cards then turned around and went to sprinkle toppings on pizzas with the same gloves on. Another fella was sweeping the floor with a broom while wearing gloves, and greeted a customer who walked in...Found out what the customer was there to pick up, and went and gathered customers food, parm cheese, pepper sprinkles, and a drink all while wearing the contaminated gloves that were just being used to clean the facility. And why are they even rated a B-? Workers here are just nasty and unaccommodating to customers health and online orders! read more

Carry out order and the service was great!! He brought my pizza to the car then soda order!!

I usually never have problems with my orders but today was just ridiculous. First let's address whoever answered the phone. When I place a specific order just asking for Pineapples, jalapeños, and chicken with cheesy crust. Ladies and gentlemen that is all I want don't go changing my order saying " okay sir you want a Hawaiian pizza". I had to repeat my order three times before he got it correct. Next when getting my pizza delivered I find out it's not what I ordered even after repeating myself three times. I didn't get a stuffed crust like I asked and they even added green peppers which my pregnant wife detest. When I called to let them know I was placed on a 4 minute hold. Only to hear that I can go and return my pizza get a refund and still have to pay for my corrected one. I find it very surprising that even though I'm getting delivery for a reason, you are suggesting that I drive over to your store get a momentary refund and then basically say okay give me your refund back to pay for our mistake. This is unacceptable and it just makes me really upset that this is how your employees respond. read more

Terrible customer service, the young man on the phone literally kept hanging up on us, looks like we'll just stick with Your Pie pizza

Shame on you Pizza Hut. There is a one woman working here by herself this Sunday night. She's by herself!!! I've been waiting here 20min passed the "ready time" for my order and this poor woman is having to fulfill all the orders on her own, assist the carry out drivers, phones, man the front, etc. she's rushing to get it all done making a few mistakes in the process. It concerns me she is by herself as far a liability issue for her safety but also it reflects poorly on the business. No employee should be left alone read more

This Pizza Hut is so up and down, I just decided I'd rather have freschetta from the grocery store. Somehow last month my mom & I decided to give it a try! It was back on point, piping hot, fresh dough, fully covered in cheese. All the makings of a great pizza! So we ordered for 3 Sunday's straight! No one Cooks when footballs on! Well today I see they are back to their old ways.....I walk in and it's all new staff, my pizza that was supposed to be don't in 15 mins, was not ready!! When it came out it had no cheese, tough, thin crust and my half seemed like it was already cold when I got it but the cheese side was still hot, as if they were cooked separately then put in same box! I order half cheese because my lil sister only eats the cheese off the pizza and today she seriously had none to eat. So pissed, I couldn't even eat all of my slices, I still have to find something for dinner. Next time I'll seriously take a longer trip down to Marcos pizza, where the dough is always fresh and hot, I've yet to be disappointed by Marcos, they are new and not well know, but they are the best deliver style pizza by far!! read more

Its always been hit or miss on the store meeting delivery times. Always safe to pick it up yourself when ordering here.

Horrible customer service, disorganized from the cashier to the pizza makers and manager (Cedric). Long wait time (waited 30 mins, however was told 15-20 mins) and quality of food (thin crust was so hard we had to cut the slices again once home) is poor. All this from walk-in counter order where no one was in the lobby, therefore the extended wait time should've been minimal. Once home I called to speak with a manager about my complaint and would'nt you know it the same unorganized cashier (young lady who is poorly trained and needs constant help from the manager as to what does and doesn't go with orders) placed me on another extended hold only to be told they are really busy? Really? read more

Do not order from this location. Management is irresponsible and does not respond to issues. Sent out breadsticks as a substitute for wings without even notifiying me. Lied to driver and said it had been okayed. Driver actually argued with me about having said it was ok to get the breadsticks! Unbelievable. When I called the manager he sounded like he was high!! Never again will I order from this location! read more

That place sucks I've placed my order at 8 PM and it's 10:15 PM and I haven't received my order yet. This is not the first time it happens to me I don't know what they're doing but they are always late when it comes to delivering and it pisses me off. read more

So......I called an order in for 12 wings all flats and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Once I arrived my sister went in and was in there for a super long time. I then parked and went in to find out what was taking so long. The guy at the counter started searching for my order and looking bewildered. He then brought over an order of boneless wings. I said that's not my order. The female came over and asked him what did he do with my order only to find out that he gave it away. So after waiting for a second order to be made they had the nerve to tell me how much it was going to cost. I told the guy are you expecting me to pay for something that I waited to be cooked twice? His response was "well...I can give you a discount". I told him that I was not paying for something that I've had to re-wait for and I stormed out knowing that I will call the corporate office in the A.M.
