I love all the Jet's trademarked things...8 corner pizza, turbo crust, triple cheese turbo stix and today I tried the Jet 10 pizza (Pizza sauce, premium mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers & black olives), who came up with all these ideas! BRILLIANT!! I also really like the wings and I do order them evey single time...I like them plain. This is what we ordered today and everything was to PERFECTION! Jet 10, 8 Corner Pizza, Detroit-Style Deep Dish, Turbo Crust $24.00 Jet's Wings (8 pcs), plain $8.49 Bacon & Jalapeño Jet's Bread, with Jet's Triple Cheese Turbo Stix $9.97 With a few sauces, the order was around $48 total. WORTH EVERY PENNY AND CALORIE! Now we have pizza to eat for days (unless I secretly eat it in the middle of the night )! Great cold too! So I ordered from Jet's in a whim because I Sw my coworker ordering . To be fair I ordered my food at work via uber eats. I left work 1/2 hr later, went grocery shopping and ate at home 2 plus hours later. The style of pizza is Detroit deep dish and I love a doughy pizza . I ordered a build your own 4 corner pizza with pepperoni and an order of triple cheese turbo stix. Unfortunately I was a bit underwhelmed. The dough didn't have any flavor. I was really looking forward to this pizza as I love bread. I am open to trying some of the other flavors, hopefully they will redeem themselves. Don't order at this location they either give you too doughy of a pizza or too dry and overcooked with barely no sauce inedible and then when they make a mistake on your order, they offer no compensation or even to remake your order! My wife ordered a buffalo chicken ranch pizza and I went to pick the pizza up. I arrived at the store told "AJ" the name on the order paid and tipped. AJ then brought me the pizza after I paid and I opened the box and noticed there was bacon on the pizza. We don't eat pork and haven't for 8 years now, so when I noticed the bacon I asked could I get another pizza with no bacon. "AJ" proceeded to tell me that I had to keep the original pizza and he would have to charge me for another pizza. I asked could I speak with his superior, he told me he was the superior. I requested his name he told me AJ, when I asked for his real name he repeated AJ. Jets is. Is becoming a favorite little spot for me. As I have grown fond of their deep dish. What is also surprising is that they have a BLT pizza with a mayo base, which I have not had since visiting Townies in Fernandina Beach, Florida. So I will definitely be trying that soon. But this trip, we ordered a half & half - Super special & ham and pineapple, on the other. Both sides had plentiful toppings, the order being correct as ordered. Overall, it was a good pizza. However, one item of note is that the pizza only comes in small and large, with the **small pizza costing $14 and only consisting of 4 slices**, which I find to be a bit overpriced. Good pizza but they don't live up to COVID-19 social distancing and safety standards. No employees are wearing gloves or masks as they make pizzas and check people in and pay for their orders. Little scary in these times not to wearing masks and gloves and they're breathing all over the pizzas that they're making. I would like to continue to buy pizza, salads, etc. from this location but they need to make sure that their employees are safe as well as the customers food they preparing are germ free! read more

I had to come back and change my review from a 4 to a 5. I've been coming to Jets Pizza for months now and I've never been disappointed. I really enjoy this pizza! Anytime I'm having a small gathering with friends I always order 3 large deep dish pizzas and it's the perfect amount of food. I'm always finding myself trying to find an excuse to order another pizza lol. It doesn't help that I'm already a huge Pizza fan, but this place has some of the best pizza I've had in Georgia. I suggest getting the turbo crust! I've tried the New York style pizza from here and I'm usually more of a New York style pizza person, but I prefer their deep dish over the New York style. I think you get more bang for your buck with the deep dish pizza. I strongly recommend you check this place out. This was by far the worse pizza I have ever had in my life. I'm 34 years old and I have never just thrown a pizza away. It was that bad. It tasted like a pizza box. No flavor. No cheese. I honestly think whoever made it should be fired because pizza making is not for them. Find a new calling love like Amazon delivery or Uber Driver. Ok ok ok. I am so excited I can't even type. First I have lead by saying I like a very specific type of pizza cooked a certain way, I am by no stretch of the imagination a pizza connoisseur, disclaimer out of the way. It's small, really no place to sit (like the typical old school pizza joints) and the guy that took my order had the personality of a wet dishrag (not rude not nice, literally like the color tan). So, I lowered my expectations when I ordered the all meaty small pizza, deep dish style. When I took that 1st bite, I literally Astral projected out of my body, slapped myself and did a jig. This pizza was illegal, I know it was, there was Crack in this pizza. These cheese melted perfectly, not like rubber in my mouth, just the right proportion of toppings, not too much sauce. The crust was crispy around the edges with just the right amount of soft on the inside. It was reasonably priced and it was ready when promised PIPING HOT! The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because it was the only thing I've tried, and it was all meat, so nothing crazy complicated. I just got a call from some lazy ass manager AFTER I had already placed my order, gave payment information, and got off the phone with an employee who took the order. He implied that the employee who took my order was an idiot and proceeded to tell me they would not be delivering my order, but that I could come and pick it up in the store.... I used to love this location and everyone who worked here. I'd order here at-least twice a week and tip $5 minimum on every order, but this idiot manager I just spoke to has convinced me that this location has officially gone to shit. Young lady who answered the phone was very nice, took my order and said the pizza would arrive in 45 minutes. 90 minutes later no pizza, so I called back and they said had no record of the order. "Doing what? Delivering pizzas?" -- The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) Rectangular pizzas - deep dish - oddly satisfying. I do enjoy the fact that I can place my order online, split the pizza in half (the people in my house have very different pizza tastes) and also get a small salad - okay, seriously, it isn't really small - and customize that as well. So easy! Plus, the website said delivery in 60 minutes, but they were here in 40. Who does that? Not their competitors, for sure. The delivery guy was dressed in Jet's attire and was super polite when he came to my door. I appreciate a friendly delivery guy. I had my pizza in short order - good thing as I was starving - and it lived up to the hype. Good sauce, right amount of toppings and a great crust. I'm anxious to play around and try some of their flavored crusts and definitely the 8-corner pizza too. I've never had a bad pizza experience from ANY Jet's Pizza (recently relocated from Michigan to Georgia), and this location is no exception. Ordered a large Philly style pizza (no mushrooms) and it was prepared to perfection. The pizza is kinda expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you want cheap pizza that isn't nearly as good, go to Little Caesar's or similar establishment. One of the best pizza chains around and will be back. read more

My gluten allergy (and exceptionally burned order of 2 pizzas one day) kept me away from Jet's Pizza since last year. I was diagnosed with a mild Gluten allergy some years ago. I tried to ignore it...because pizza. Well, it has caught up with me and now any non-gluten free bread items leave me extremely sick, sometimes I can't even walk because it does whatever Gluten does to try to kill you if you're allergic to it. Then, I got this flyer in the mail that said Jet's now has Gluten Free crust and I ordered it today. It is extremely small and I do mean smaller than any gluten free pizza ever presented to me. It's barely the size of a plate. I paid $16 something (there was a coupon that brought the price down) and that was very kind. It's $9.99 but if you want extra cheese and some toppings you know the drill. I'd buy this again if it was larger. I understand that this type of rice flour and other ingrediants costs a lot more. But a deep dish extra cheese cost me the same and lasts about 5 days. This lasted about 10 minutes. I highly doubt I'll buy this again unless the portion increases. I really need to cut back on my Jet's Pizza intake, for my HEALTH.. but that is another story. I am super duper impressed with this Jet's location. Maybe it's because it's new, but they deserve the props anyway. I got on their website to place an order, and noticed I had an extra location option. I wasn't even 100% sure which one I normally had ordered from... but I made an educated guess and tried to pick the NEW location - this one - which is a mile closer than the previous location. This will become relevant.. keep reading! I placed my order - Large Deep Dish pizza (It's square! 8 Corner is really the best but a couple dollars more,) with pepperoni. If you really wanna have a fun time pizza, ask them to burn the pepperoni a little... or "over cook" the pizza. The estimated time of arrival is 60 minutes after your order is placed, all the time. The previous location always took over 60 minutes. Part of the time they'd call because they were lost. This guy showed up in about 40 minutes, without having to call me, and he was even wearing a Jets outfit, which I'm not sure the other guys do. Needless to say, next time I get a craving, or a well-meaning craving for a salad along with my pepperoni pizza, I'm going with this location. read more

As a kid, I LOVE LOVE LOVED thin crust pizza. You may think deep dish is the standard in Chicago but no, thin crust is where it's at. And most chain thin crust just isn't right, especially if it's cut into normal slices. That just isn't right. So I had asked my friends in the midwest how is Jet's? Because the name gives me bad feelings, thanks to the Winnipeg Jets. Most of them recommended the thin crust, but I had to get the deep dish first. I made the mistake of ordering the bold pepperoni on this pizza, it was okay but I would rather have regular. Then, with the amazing coupon they gave with that first pizza, I got a thin crust pizza. It was everything I ever wanted. It was perfect. They even stick the little plastic table thing in there (what IS that thing's name?). And with regular pepperoni it was great! I'm not as big of a fan of the deep dish, the middle to me just doesn't get cooked enough, though that's an easy fix I'm too lazy to put it in the oven some more when I get it because that would defeat the purpose of pizza. They're still working out some kinks (mainly because if you notice there's a now hiring sign, I'm guessing a ton of people quit once they open) but everyone is super nice. And they have lunch specials. This is definitely the only chain pizza I'm getting from now on. read more
