I am giving this location 4 stars because for the past three weeks their service and quality of their food has been excellent. I have ordered from them three times in three weeks because they are having two dollar personal pan pizza this month. Not only has my food been perfect every time, but the service is fast and friendly. Melissa was so sweet letting us know that our other pizza would be out briefly. She had an amazing attitude, and went out of her way to put our wings in a bag "just in case" the box popped open. read more

The new Assistant manager as of 01/07/2025 did an amazing job while being the only employee, she had great customer service skills, even with short staff. My pizza came out hot fresh on time. She deserved a raise. read more

Pizza arrived. Grabbed a slice, took a bite and pulled LOTS OF HAIR out of mouth. The long hairs were baked into the cheese! I threw up and, threw the pizza out! Called the store manager and she said she'd refund my money. That was a week ago and today Pizza Hut charged my card AGAIN for the same order. Not only did the manager lied to dismiss the problem, but they STOLE my money by charging me AGAIN, after issuing the "refund". HORRIBLE HYGIENE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES. STAY AWAY. With all the bad reviews and nasty treatment of people in service jobs, I want to say "Thanks" to my local Pizza Hut Friday crew on 64! I messed up and ordered pickup and they called me asking if I was coming. I apologized for the mix up and after saying I could do either, they said they'd deliver and remade my order fresh! I placed an online order and an hour later received a phone call stating that they would not be willing to deliver my order and also did not have the items I ordered. "So, you will need to update your order and come pick it up" Thanks but no thanks. So frustrating that it took an hour to find out, at which point I couldn't order elsewhere. The last several times we have ordered delivery the website says 20-30 minutes. The pizza arrives within 45-1 hour usually with an apology of how they got busy. Tonight it arrived late and 2 of the 3 pizzas look like they were cooked twice, or maybe three times. We called in and were asked to drive the pizzas up there which we declined but the person on the phone said he cooked our pizzas and they looked good. You can judge for yourself how delicious it looked. I assure you it looked worse and tasted as bad as it looks. read more

The good: they got the order 100% correct The bad: it was room temperature by the time we made the 5-minute trip back home...we waited 10 minutes in the lot after doing what the contactless curbside instructions told us to do (we had to go in and get our pizza finally) The ugly: who in the heck cuts pizza the way they do? Went to Pizza Hut in Arlington,TN and thought they had corrected the bad attitude GM problem. Ordered a pizza and requested the cheese be put on last. I posted the picture so everyone else could possibly see more cheese than I. I complained and the GM walked off and left this sweet little girl standing there with me. I said please tell me she is not a manager and the girl informed me that she was the GM. I asked her to come back over and explained to her that there was literally no cheese. Her "excuse" was that now she makes them portion the cheese. Okaaay! She said If I make it over it's still going to look the same. Never an apology or level of concern for a dissatisfied customer. I just picked up the box and left. I was a GM for a red roof almost 30 years ago. Cheese on last is traditional Pizza Hut. It's still cheese. Don't cut cost at the Customer's expense. read more

DISAPPOINTMENT!! I have made several orders from pizza hut in the last 2-3 months consistently ordering! I have been a very loyal customer and never experienced such harsh treatment. The first incident the driver attempted to say I didn't pay for my food, so I decided not to tip the next time. I didn't appreciate the fact that she lied and said I didn't pay. I asked the supervisor, "Well how did I get my food and a receipt if I didn't pay?' Not to mention it was almost 5 hours later she decided to say that. She tried to steal the money. So I videoed the next transaction so that she couldn't lie again. She didn't know because I had the phone in my hand as I gave her the money so there's no issue. She's upset I stopped tipping her. I had already received two free medium pizzas before because she brought my pizza so late!!! but I never complained, I was just happy to get my food.
