I sincerely loathe to use this space to complain but I wholeheartedly believe the awesome thing about Yelp is not only to hype up the businesses that are doing awesome things, but to give fellow yelpers a heads up when some place is really just not up to scratch. After several unsatisfactory visits to this specific location, I can recommend with my whole chest that this Taco Bell location should be avoided. Of our trips here we've had one where we were the only patrons, we ordered ahead, and we STILL waited over 30 minutes for our food. Our most recent trip it seemed like they must've been rationing their meat and toppings or something because our tacos and Crunchwrap were 75% tortilla and little bits of the meat and toppings. I know there are usually reasons these things can happen but like I said, every visit (and we've gone several times over the last year) there has been some kind of major issue and each time the food is just not even up to normal Taco Bell standards. As if that's not bad enough, to add insult to injury the prices of this location are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than other Taco Bell locations in the area. For example, to swap from beef to chicken on a soft taco is an 80¢ upcharge in Collierville while it's $1.40 (!!!) at this Arlington location. So not only is this worse quality here - but you're getting charged a premium. Don't fall for it. Skip this location all together. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. The manager on duty was YELLING at the staff. Correcting them in front of customers and barking orders at them. Then, when there was chicken on my nachos I asked for them to be remade. I got an argument from same lady. Just remake the nachos! The store floor was dirty and there appeared to be arguing over who would sweep. Absolutely awful experience and won't be back. read more

The owners and management of this restaurant should consider a career change because they obviously have no clue how to operate a fast food restaurant. First, they have no clue what fast means. Since day one, they move at a glacial pace getting your food out. If this is a staffing issue, maybe you should make the job more palatable for people to come to work. When your food does come to the window, 9 times out of 10 it is delivered with a nasty attitude. If you do get this far, I suggest checking your entire order before driving off (don't worry about holding up the line, because the next guys order is 15 minutes away from being done anyway). I have NEVER received a complete and correct order from this location. Something is always missing or not as ordered. It's a shame that I keep giving them another chance and they never improve, and the next nearest location isn't much better (probably the same inept ownership). read more

Service is horrible, I was in drive thru on April 29 around lunch time the lady in the window is so rude always has an attitude I try to avoid coming during lunch for this reason, it never fails to ruin my day, I gave her the same energy she gave me and she didn't like it. Got my freeze and it wasn't filled up even half way, I PAID EXTra for that, these workers do not give a shit about anything. I'd really hate to move locations but it's gotten so ghetto and the workers have gotten so lazy, I get it you don't want to work at Taco Bell but you choose to be there if you don't like it find another place to work but do not take it out on the people that are paying the money for food. We tried the Arlington Taco Bell again because it wasn't good when it first opened. But NOW, it is never bad. We keep thinking we will hit it on a bad night but it's awesome every time we go now. It's also very clean and the staff are super fast and friendly. read more

My food was worthy of the trash. My chicken on my chalupas tasted old and was dry and CRUNCHY. I got the chalupa combo and did not get my taco that comes with it. I paid for extra cheese and I was luck if I even got ANY cheese. This store never seems to get anything right. This was my last time giving them a chance. read more

Everytime I go to this Taco Bell a woman name makayla M. And a young male that works at the window with her always laughs everytime we come they the drive thru there's been multiple times and one day someone is going to get mad at him and do something about it. Not only that he said seven dollars when the price was seventeen if I weee a crooked person I could've said okay here's seven dollars. The only person who was working correctly was the cook. There was a Mexican who use to work and he was amazing. You need more workers like him. Not only that I ordered a nacho supreme got a bel grande. And it looks like THIS. no meet! Just tomatoes. Order tacos on 03/28/2023 at 0815pm and was given tacos that felt like it had been kept in the refrigerator. I asked to speak with a manager on the phone after I told the young lady about my cold order and she hung up on me. I called back 3 time and the staff let the phone ring and didn't answer. I placed an order on the app to eat in the dining room. I arrive and the door is locked. someone comes to the door and motions me I have to go thru drive thru. not wanting to eat in my car, I asked if they could cancel the order. they say I have to do it on the app but the cancel option is gone. so I get in drive thu, wait 5-7 minutes and explain to the person that I don't want to eat in my car and can they cancel the order. same story, use the app, call the 800 number. They don't have the 800 number for me and the app has no "cancel." She offers me the food that ordered 25 minutes before. I let her know that the food is cold. So she closes the window and ignores me. through the glass windows I have to shout to see if she plans to re-make my quesadilla or refund my money. When she finally open the window is is because the drive thru line is around that store. she showers me with attitude, never offers my food again, does not offer to re-make the food, and refuses a refund. She asks me to move along. but I have no food and no refund. They owe me $10. I tell her I expect either my food or a refund. then she threatens to call the police, calls me names, and looks up my name from the mobile order. "she's going to get me, I know your name". FiInally another worker (the one who motioned through the locked door) comes over, gives me the cold order. I thank him. She comes back to the window and I thank her. She throws me the middle finger and laughs. I left the food there. No way I am eating the food she had 20 minutes to spit in! then I drove down the street to the other taco bell near I40 where the dining room was open, the staff were polite and the food was hot. I told them what happened and they said they had heard this before. They offered to call the mgr for me. Cost me $20 to get a freeze and a chicken quesadilla today. I arrived in the drive through at approximately 1:30 pm to order for 6 people. I was told by the employee I needed to come in to pick up my order because "they're on a timer." I paid for the order and the employees proceeded to hand me 6 cups. I said I came through the drive through, but I have to make my own drinks? The employees said "yeah because you came inside." At this time, there were 2 patrons in the building, waiting on me to fix all 6 drinks so that they could fix their drinks as they were dining in. At this time also, there were approximately 5 other employees who were standing around watching me do their job with NO cars in the drive through. At last, I requested a drink carrier and for the managers name. The employee that I spoke with handed me a drink carrier and did state he was sorry for my experience as he helped me carry the items to my car, but he also noted that he does not work there and is from the other Taco Bell that is attached to the gas station. I am absolutely appalled at this treatment and will never be back. read more
