Pizza was great, restaurant was clean. We did not have to wait long for our pizza. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Good for kids, not to busy I have it three stars because they seemed a bit understaffed. There was one employee working the floor and we were not asked once if we needed anything else. It was to the point when we were finished eating I had to go to the counter to pay for our food. She said she was suppose to bring our check to us, but she did not. The salad bar was good. The only complaint is none of the dressings are labeled and when I asked if any were fat free or "lite" dressings the waitress said no. I will know next time to bring my own dressing. read more

I order a pepperoni pizza I paid 17dlrs and some cents they gave me a cheese pizza and they refused to give me my money back when I call to tell them about the mistake the employee was very disrespectful he disconnected the call, then I to called again I did not get any point on the rewards the taste of the pizza was good but I am very disappointed on having to paid for food that was not what I want. I am legally authorised to work and the manager in compliance with others prohibited me to work there also he said for my safety do not ever come back to the location so if something happened to me at least people know where the retaliation is coming from read more

Bait and switch! I tried to order the advertised special throwback value stuffed crust pizza and was quoted a price $10 more than the advertised price. I have ordered this pizza several times online at the posted price but called in the order. The person on the phone could not explain why it now cost over $20 read more

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years. Received a gift card so we needed to try it out. Ordered family size pizza, some wings and dessert pizza. Surprised that it came to 70.00, but I guess that's the going rate. Nothing surprising about the food. It was as I remembered. Wings were pretty tasty. They come regular and boneless. Online ordering was difficult. It wouldn't take our gift card. Had to call on the phone to place order. All in all it was average. read more

What has happened to Pizza Hut??? Pan pizza??? I haven't had Pizza Ht pan pizza in years. It used to be so thick, buttery and crisp. It's not thick, it's not buttery and is certainly not crisp. Limp, tasteless and pale. Not an again. Kinda sad. Oh and not to mention VERY expensive. ‍ read more

Amazing restaurant! I've always favored Pizza Hut as my go to pizza place. I love the atmosphere of the place and the service is amazing! I love the meat lover melt because it's crunchy, cheesy, and savory. I'd love to visit again! read more

Great service. Love the salad bar, fresh ingredients and all u can eat for 8bucks!!!

The food is good here, pizza's not the worst what can be, Service also very nice to you, where been in Pizza Hut for the first time and that pretty good experience, in there also pretty quiet and easy to have time alone and concentrate if need so, most interior made from wood, it's not too pretty but not too bad like in McDonalds, and even my younger brother had a pretty fun time with coloring book, he even didn't had time to end coloring one page because pizza cooked fast, somewhere around 15 minutes, so overall for the first time experience in Pizza Hut we met good service, fast cooking, and even little entertainment for kids. read more

Best experience we have had. Staff were friendly, courteous, nice & offering. The food was delicious. We got the Dinner box, cheesy bread sticks, a thin & crispy 1/2 supreme 1/2 meat lovers & the chicken Alfredo. The cheesy bread sticks melted in our mouths. The pizzas were well proportioned. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean. read more

I picked up a pizza in Airway a few weeks ago when the air conditioner was out at their store. When I got home you could tell that they had pushed the pizza through the oven to get it out because when I got it home the dough was half raw and inedible. We wrote it off as a rough night at Pizza Hut and didn't bother asking for a refund or replacement. We thought we'd try it again so we ordered delivery. We specifically asked if it would be delivered by Door Dash and told them if so that we'd pass on placing an order. They assured us it would be their driver. We got a $30.00 what was supposed to be a Super Supreme pizza that barely had any sauce, or toppings other than cheese pepperoni and onions. We knew it was supposed to pass as a Super supreme because it had 7 or 8 very small shreds of green pepper on a large pie. Now back to Door Dash. Guess who delivered a $30.00 absolutely horrible pizza; it was Door Dash. Still not sure how much of that $30.00 went to Door Dash and how much went to Jabba the Hutt. Bottom line we got a second turd pie from these folks. The owners better get their sh!+ togeather and figure things out. Pizza Hutt Corporate's Franchise Manager best look into this outfit's poor performance. I've already written a book here so I won't include comments from friends and neighbors about this store, but The Hutt's management should step up or step away. Very poor product. I'd give -5 stars if that option was available. Pizza Hutt, you're fired! read more

I ordered food last week and the driver called and asked if I wanted to leave a bigger tip

Got here and the waiter told us to sit wherever there was a clean table. He said it had been really busy earlier and there where no clean dishes. We waited for 10 minutes till he came back to take our order. We got our salad plates and went to the salad bar that was pretty much out of everything, we waited for clean forks and our drinks but finally had to ask for them after our waiter passed by numerous times. We got our food in a timely manner and it was good read more

If I could give less stars I would. I tried to order delivery and the cashier could not find my address, despite living less than 4 miles from their location. When he "put me on hold" to talk to his manager, HE DIDN'T EVEN MUTE THE PHONE!! Not only is it rude but it makes them look incredibly unintelligent. Then again, you don't tend to find brain surgeons working there. Get an actual map in your store and maybe you'll be able to find your way out of a paper bag! Don't bother wasting your time with this location. Go to McDonald's: you'll end up with better customer service. Edit: I went in to get dinner instead, as everyone wanted pizza. I had to wait to be helped, despite a nearly empty dining room and 5+ workers in the back. Then the manager finally explained that we were just off the delivery route. Still wouldn't give us their online pricing and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes. I could have just ordered for pick up and already eaten if they had explained it from the get-go. read more

First off I ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas (1-pepperoni, jalapenos and black olives 1- bbq sauce, burger, bacon and mushroom), 8 burnin hot wings and 8 teriyaki wings for $50 ... The teriyaki wings were gross.. Tasted like they were seasoned with a ramen noodle packet and bbq sauce and came to me cold.. That alone i could have brushed off however the pepperoni pizza had 2 jalapenos on the whole thing which to me was not okay BUT THE BBQ PIZZA!!! OMG.. It was cold.. No sauce, thin crust, barely any cheese if any at all in the crust.. It was completely under cooked and doughy.. It was soooo bad that i had to literally add bbq sauce cause it came with none and cook it in my oven for another 10 minutes for it to be remotely cooked the way a pizza should be.... I used to love Pizza Hut.. It was a family regular for us however after this it will no longer be. Thank you Airway Heights Pizza Hut for ruining that experience for our family. read more

After a long day on the road we were hoping for a pizza location that would deliver to the Ponderosa RV Resort where we're staying. This excellent Pizza Hut location was just what we were hoping for. I was able to order on line. The process was easy and delivery was fast. Our delivery person was super nice and friendly. Our pizza and cheese sticks arrived hot and delicious. Slowest service in all of spokane. I could make my own pizza in the time it took for them to finally bring out our large pizza. Absolutely ridiculous read more

I have to admit, since they have a new regional manager, they have dramatically improved service. The guy who was our waiter was great with my kid, quick with the order, accurate, friendly....I honestly can't say ENOUGH good things about him!! I happened to be there the day the manager was and I shared my opinion to him and he said they were working on that (service). Well, they are succeeding and now I'm more likely to return. read more

Unreal how you can't change/add toppings you want/don't want. Per employee, computer system will only let me take off toppings not add any". But by golly they will still change you the same price as to if you got all the ingredients. This is reason 100000 why you should support your local restaurants and not these big corporations. Will never ever be back. No wonder they have 2/5 rating, unbelievable. read more

With any chain restaurant it's hit or miss on what type of service or product you're going to get. We regularly carryout pizza from this location and the quality is always great, the employees are friendly, and the food comes out in a timely manner. I haven't dined in at this location so I can't comment on that. We have had delivery and the only negative thing I can comment on is the delivery charge - though it seems all pizza delivery places have gone to that. The drivers are always friendly. This is a great Pizza Hut location! read more

This was a horrible experience ordered stuffed crust and it wasn't cooked all the way... after just moving here and only two days and had to wait till some family could bring us the rest of our things.. pizza was the way to go we thought. Well we were wrong. Dead wrong we didnt have pots or pans yet so cooking wasnt an option and only two days to wait till we had everything back to us wasnt so bad, so hey whats wrong with pizza right? Thats whats wrong the crust was hard as heck and the rest of it was under cooked the stuffed crust was only half way in the crust the cheese was coming out!! Dont come here or even order to go or for pick up! Worst Hut ever read more

They're short staffed. 20+ minute wait on a Tuesday night to take our order. It was rather unfortunate.

Today some work friends (6 of us) went this Pizza Hut for two of us celebrating birthdays. We probably go to this establishment several times a year. I left one of my gifts on the table accidentally and left. It was a gift box with Twenty five dollars in it. When I called about two hours later they said they had it. I asked if the money was in it and they said it is just like we took it off the table. I told them that I would pick it up in an hour. When I arrived they gave me an empty box. When asked where the money was they said...this is how we found it. Bull crap. I don't think anyone visited the dirty table and took the money and left the box! Are you kidding me? Thieves is what they are. Be careful! Don't trust anyone there! I was going to write a good review if they were honest and gave me the bday present back. I will never go back and will spread the word with the rest of my co workers. More and more people have poor integrity and ethical values. Shame on you and karma will get you mark my words! read more

Beyond fed up. If you live in spokane or medical lake. Forget delivery. When I ordered over the phone, I clearly stated MEDICAL LAKE and my address. Since apparently there is another street like mine in airway, they decided to go there. I already paid and they took my money. They then cancelled my order and outright refused to deliver my PAID FOR pizzas. And dominos is maybe 4-6 blocks away from pizza hut. But dominos delivers. I asked if they could deliver and we wouldn't call in for delivery again. They refused still. I will be going in person and asking for my money back. They would have at least gotten $150 from me to order delivery for my birthday. I will NOT be ordering from them any longer. I have already deleted the app itself. Unless you want to go in person, or live very close to them, forget delivery. Until you include medical lake on your delivery route and fix some things, I'm completely done with pizza hut. read more
