They checked the order and realised their mistake, apologised and offered me free pizza of the same value the next time I order. Top customer service! I can't be sure if the fault lay with Just Eat or with Marco's, so I can't reasonably give them less than 4/5 for it. Besides, their excellent customer service deserves a star in itself.

Unfortunately Guidi's just isn't up to scratch with some city centre counterparts, hence only 3 stars. It's an incredibly spacious restaurant that I'm pretty confident does takeaway, and I've never had a bad experience here - it's just not the greatest quality food. A good dining experience can be had here, and I'd definitely recommend it to someone who wanted to stay local, but it's not one of my favourites.

Overall the quality of the food is good, the prices are reasonable and staff are attentive and friendly. My only issue with Mondo is that the quality can vary, and the vegetarian options are limited to 2 pizzas and one pasta (main courses). Since changing to Mondo I have visited twice and ordered the Penne Arriabiata each time. The first visit the sauce coated the pasta and was tasty with a slight heat. The second ( more recent visit) the sauce was too spicy ( in my opinion) which killed the subtle flavour and as it was a drier consistency which did not coat the pasta. Friends and family members who have visited have liked the quality and despite my concerns I'd visit again.
