We've given them three tries and they won't be in our regular rotation (probably). The first order was great. It was made as requested and everything tasted good. (Their cheese whiz has a bit of a smoky flavor, making a a nice, occasional break from the usual.) The second order was quite different. Although they fulfilled our request for extra sauce in the first order, our next pizza was more like a grilled cheese. There was a bit of red-orange on it, but we got less sauce than a regular pizza. I wasn't up for giving pizza a chance on our third try, so I opted for a burger. I requested well-done but got a burger that was very pink inside. It was so pink, in fact, I couldn't bring myself to finish it. My husband got a pizza that I thought tasted like chlorine but that he was very happy with, and the whiz fries continue to be a winner, so I say Pizza Heaven will probably not be a go-to for us but will stay on our list. Our delivery times have been nothing to brag about but not to bad. We've only done delivery, so I can't speak to the ambiance. read more

I moved to Drexel Hill about 4 years ago and I e tried all the pizza places around me and pizza heaven is by far the best pizzeria in the neighborhood. I've never had a problem with any of my orders and the food is always delicious. Im not sure why this place is rated 3 stars honestly is should be more like 4. We have had all the pizza in havertiwn area and this is the most solid of all. The delivery is fast and the food is hot. I have order 1 foot cheese steak, a appetizer sampler, and 2 mozzarella sticks. The cheese steaks and the mozzarella sticks were excellent. But the appetizer sampler are good but the sauce spill and the platter is sloppy(that's the reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). Had a car accident. Called them with the courtesy to tell them cancel. Wife doesn't know. 45 minutes later places an order for 2 pizza steaks. She arrives and they charge her for 3 at $30. She pays. I arrive an hour later wanting refund for $10. Only needed 2. Employee calls owner says come back tomorrow. I can't. I'm here now. Have him call back and now speaks to me. Explain situation and says come back tomorrow. I say it's not convenient. He gets upset and says get the f@ick out of his store he's gonna call the police on me....says he's sleeping. I said really??? Over a $10 cheesesteak?? Says get the f@uck out of his store.... He doesn't know I know Mike, Pat and Mario....not a good look for him for sure. First time ordering from them today. Delivery was super fast, eta was 6:50 pm to 7:00 pm. It arrived at 6:20 pm. The food was piping hot. We ordered the cheesesteak, pizza and gyro platter. The cheesesteak was probably one of the best cheesesteak in delco area that I had. I used to live in south Philly, and some of the best cheesesteaks were easily accessible. I've lived in Havertown for 9 years now and this is the only place I found so far, that I feel like it satisfy my cheesesteak craving. The pizza barely have a crust ( my kids don't like crust) and it is the perfect cheese/ sauce ratio. I judge my pizza by always getting plain cheese pizza. Specialty pizza is not my jam. I am too full to try the gyro. The portion size for the cheesesteak and gyro platter is large. They def don't skimp. Will definitely order again from them. OMG!! I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, & spinach. The bacon was raw, and the dough was under cooked. It also had tons of grease leaking from it. I will never go back and I was a regular customer. Ordered online and for some reason my time was different then the one I picked to begin with at the end. When I got there I paid and was there for at least 10 minutes then the guy at the counter said we didn't even start your order so it's going to be 15 minutes and just said then cancel and give me my money back and I'll just order delivery somewhere else. They refused to give me my money back because none of them knew how to do it and worst yet, the girl at the counter was extremely rude instead of apologizing for thier mistake. Horrible customer service and lost my business for good. Ended up calling the police so they would refund my money since they just wanted to give me store credit which I definitely don't want since I won't be coming back! Ordered a large pizza well done, a cheese steak and a chicken cheese steak hoagie. Pizza was EXCELLENT! My son enjoyed the cheese steak. My husband liked the chicken cheese steak hoagie as well but preffered they put the veggies on top instead of under the hot meat. Overall everything was great. Awesome pizza make sure if you get their pizza to try the thin crust! I love it. Their fries are great too with good cheese. Their wings are nothing special though, I wish they would step their wing game up. I've tried this place over the years. Pizza is ok. I just got the wings today and they were awful. So dry they broke when you took a bite. The hot wings were maybe mixed with mild, but there was a little sauce in the bottom of hot he container. I couldn't even taste hot though. I pushed my way through eating them since it cost me $20 for 20 wings delivered but I won't be getting them again. I'll be thinking heavily against ordering here again. So, after ordering here since I moved to the neighborhood in 2014 I've only had two bad experiences. The first time, I was treated as a valued customer and the situation was recitified immediately. Tonight however, that's not what happened. Instead I was told basically that it wasn't their problem that my order was not as it should have been and hung up on. I called back and asked if they had in fact discounted the call and and of course they insisted I hung up on myself. I proceeded to say that I'd been a customer for several years and if they'd checked their system they'd see that and that's because more often than not there was only one issue and as I said earlier my business was appreciated and the situation was corrected. The gentleman who identified himself as the owner was snarky and dismissive. I told him he'd just lost a loyal customer. He snuggly replied okay, good night. One customer. No biggie to you but I will gladly spend my hard earned money with a business that appreciates my patronage and that would rather find a solution with a loyal customer rather than lose them. this place is pretty much a joke. ordered from them last night for the first time (a Wednesday night). apparently the girl who took our order put out address in 100% wrong, and hour and 15 minutes after ordering we still hadn't received our food so we call and are told we're out of delivery range (we like 5 minutes up State Rd from the shop) then to find out they put or address in wrong. we're told they're going to contact the driver and call us back. hear back about 15 minutes later that they're sorry and our food is on its way. at this point we're at an hour and a half for 2 cheese steaks and fries. we ask to speak with a manager because this is ridiculous. we're told there's no manager or owner there so we tell them we would like a call from them that night (a business should be able to have someone with some authority contact a customer same day) well, of course...we never get a call. we finally get our food (hour and 45mins after ordering) and the driver calls and says "I'm out front" in which case I tell him to knock on the door (I mean, come on...) and so we get our food and of course...it's cold. you know, because we ordered almost 2 hours ago. still no call from a manager. when we spoke to the shop we asked if there was anything they could do because this is outrageous and we're told oh well we can't give you anything for free or refund you but you can cancel your order...I don't want free food, yes, I'd like some of my money back but honestly, I'd be okay with getting a call back! I'm 8 months pregnant and at that point, I've already waited almost 2 hours, I'm freaking starving...no I don't want to cancel the order, I just want my food and to speak with someone who actually can help me or at least try to help me..even if it's a sincere apology. so ridiculous. we will not be ordering from this place again. read more
