Wow - Is all I could say. I'm not really a pizza person and would normally choose another type of dish if I had the choice. But let me tell you, this place was surprisingly sooooo good! Quality of the pizza was really great, we even made sure to finish all the leftovers the next day! We ordered a large half n half pepperoni & buffalo chicken. It's loaded - LOADED - with toppings and it goes all the way to the crust almost so you dont have a huge crust. Wow! I will keep coming here just for the combo pizza. Just had my first visit to Pizza Guys and I found myself not wanting to use any dipping sauce and just enjoying the pizza by itself - abnormal for me, and we have frequented a few pizza places around here. The pizza was perfectly cooked and flavorful - they didn't skimp on the well-named "Garlic Lover's" flavor with really fresh-tasting veggie toppings; plenty of flavor, sweetness, and sauce on the Texas BBQ Chicken pizza; and the "Cup & Crisp" pepperoni we got for the kids had a great crunch with the added crisp. I definitely recommend ordering split pizzas like we did so you can make the rounds on flavors. This was my first time trying Pizza Guys. I have tried pretty much every pizza joint in Temecula and felt like my soul was crushed when Bongiornos closed, because they have been my all-time favorite since their opening. I've tried nearly all of them. But I was drawn here by the Yelp ratings. My pizza here was excellent. I always order the combo whenever I try a new place to see how it compares. The crust and the sauce have to be perfect otherwise the whole pizza is ruined for me. Likewise, I like to see the mozzarella really melt into the toppings. Pizza guys checked all the boxes for me. Very generous with the toppings and the entire flavor profile was something I never thought I would be able to find again. By the way, a note to the franchise owner. The young men working behind the counter were all full of hustle. I could tell they were slammed and they were giving their work 100% maximum effort. So give them a compliment for me, will you? My pizza was ready on time, I was happy to apply the discount coupon online, and came away a very satisfied customer. My wife really enjoyed the pizza, too. Do not order from here. They don't know what they are doing. I called they said they delivered to Murrieta. I went in line and it wouldn't take my order so I called back and they are like well if you spend $100 we will deliver. Are you kidding me. Bad bad service. I was staying at the Staybridge hotel which is about 10-15 minutes away and was planning on ordering delivery. We wanted to get some night swimming in before so we called ahead to see when the latest we could order was and if they would deliver to our hotel. They said they could and to order by this time.
