Two hours after placing a delivery order and my driver couldn't find my place. I nicely explained how to get to my apartment and he hung up the phone and did not answer when I tried to call him back. His manager made a new order and delivered it himself to apologize for the driver (which wasn't the manager's fault). Unfortunately my order was wrong and the food was cold and did not taste good. I ordered a large calzone with spinach, mushrooms and onions. There wasn't very much cheese on it at all. I'm used to having a ton of cheese in my calzone. The sauce also tasted like a can of tomato sauce bought at Walmart for 50 cents - mixed with water. I asked for garlic powder to be added, and for a lot of napkins. I received neither. The order was supposed to be here in 45 to 60 Minutes, it was here in 75, which was not a huge problem, but all the other factors combined tell me I won't be ordering from here anymore. read more

Arrived at midnight to a decent hotel in Nashville, was given the menu to this place. $15 minimum delivery. Ordered a chicken cesar salad, garlic breadsticks and chicken tenders to make up $15 and asked for a Fanta. Was told delivery would be 30-45 minutes. Food arrived in 20 minutes: got a Sprite, the "Cesar salad" was lettuce, tomato, shredded mozzarella and chicken that can only be described as the nasty bits you cut off the chicken before you cook it. The "tenders" were inedible and the "breadsticks" were soggy leftovers from probably King Arther's last meal. Everything was disgusting! Threw it all out, but drink the sprite that I did not order. Don't order from this place! Your stomach will be hurting the next day just from tasting the food and finding it inedible! Gross! read more

On the one hand, it's always nice to see ANY food sometimes when one is traveling at weird hours. Due to a grueling schedule, I needed some late night grub in an unfamiliar city, and they delivered. The nice lady that took my order, also delivered it. On the other hand, it arrived to my hotel room with nary a napkin or utensil in sight. It could be the best food in the world, but if one has to eat it with their hands and wipe their mouth with a hotel wash rag, it's gonna cost a couple of stars. I first tried this place when they were the only ones delivering during the "snow storm." I appreciated them delivering so much! I order the raspberry pecan salad with grilled chicken and it's wonderful! The large is the perfect size for dinner & I absolutely love their breadsticks that come with the salad. The customer service experience we had was absolutely horrible. We ordered a pizza and the guy on the phone said the wait would be 30-45 min wait. The delivery driver called us 15 minutes later And told us he was in the lobby and we needed to come down and get our pizza and we have a two min window or he's leaving. I explained to him We're on the fifth floor of the Opry hotel and it might take more than 2 minutes to get down there. 5 minutes later we are walking out of into the lobby and we can't find the deliver guy. We have called him and asked the lobby attendants if they have seen a pizza delivery guy and they had not, the guy continued to tell us that he told us when to be there and that we were late and he was waiting for us. the customer service we have had is absolutely atrocious and we do not recommend this venue. read more

Absolutely AWFUL. I don't work for a competitor, but years ago I did work for a pizza chain on the west coast. The dough was raw. You can tell when you pinch the dough and it still is dough-y. The veggies were old (horribly limp), and so was the sauce (pizza sauce should NOT have a horrible after taste.) The sausage was from a frozen bag. I only know all of this because of past experience. Please be cautious - old food can make you sick. If you pick up a slice of pizza and it's so limp that the toppings slide off (like this did), be careful eating it - it's NOT GOOD. I called the restaurant to let them know about the raw dough, and did NOT take a re-bake. read more

The most ridiculous experience I ever had. I ordered food at 1130 on a Tuesday night. One hour went by and nothing.
