My first time ordering from here, the woman who answered the phone was rude, and rushed me off the phone. Then she sent the driver to the wrong location out side of the city, which caused my food to arrive cold and stale. They didn't apologize nor feel any remorse for delivering my food over an hour late, and poor quality. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Pizzas are good, but small. Same goes for the slices. The crust is cooked really well and has a lot of flavor. Not just soggy bread. The subs are ok. The deli meat is sliced too thick for me. I prefer thin slices that are tender and easy to chew. Maybe they're giving out more meat than other places. My favorite pizza from here is meat lovers special. Sure to give you heartburn! so many pizza places in brighton close by 11pm. only Papa John's, Dominoes and these guys stay open. they are worth the trip over the franchise chains. read more

Edit: So I'm editing this because I had a second experience with this place. Someone there contacted me directly after my complaint and explained the situation of the store at the moment, and then asked if I would give them another shot. They comped my meal, and I have to say, having the food hot and fresh makes a massive difference. The pizza was great! But above all I can tell this is business that cares about it's customers and it's product. Kind of disappointed. We ordered our food around 6:45 on Sunday and it arrived an hour later (pretty normal) but cold. The pizza was not hot at all, and the onion rings were just a weird floury mush. I can forgive a long delivery wait, but I cant forgive cold food. read more

Staff here are great and service is pretty fast. I usually order to-go in person and it's never taken more than 15-20 mins. Most of the time I order wraps with grilled chicken and they're often so over stuffed that they fall apart after a few bites. Truthfully, I don't even care when this happens because their food is so damn tasty! The four stars is because I found a hair in my food today, after the bottom of the wrap gave way and it's contents all fell out. Of the 15+ times I've been here, this was the first bad experience I've had so I'm willing to forgive it. read more

Oh Pizza etc. I lived in brighton and you were my favorite place to get delivery from. I will miss you.......... I moved to another city since but was in Brighton so thought I would pick some up. I grabbed a chic ceaser salad and had a few bites thern put the rest in my fridge for later. No big deal right? WRONG!!!!!!! Upon finishing the salad I looked down on the fork and noticed MOVEMENT. It was a little green bug slowed down by salad dressing. I called the manager and she said "usually we wash everything thoroughly ." USUALLY??? NOT EVERY TIME..? Then she goes on to tell me that they get these types of complaints about three times a year b/c the bugs like the romaine lettuce. NICE ! so do I doesn't mean I want to eat them. They offered me free food but just wanted reimbursement for my salad 1 star rating b/c when I see a bug in my food I think "Eeks me thinks not." beware the ETC may stand for bugs.... I used to love you now I fear you. read more

It is a rare occasion for me to give take-out pizza 5 stars... but this is well deserved. Fast delivery, delicious pizza, really convenient, open late, great prices. And that's all you need to know. Granted, living less than a block away, the fast delivery is just expected, but what I did not expect was to order pizza at 1am and have it be enjoyable! Not greasy, lots of cheese, delicious crust, variety of toppings which they do NOT skimp on, and all for a very very reasonable price (even with tip/delivery). Oh and it's not JUST pizza, the fact that I can also get burgers, salads, and chicken this late is also a plus (because I can't seem to keep a normal eating schedule and often find myself getting food well after midnight). read more

Ordered from there for the first time last night. I've been looking for non-greek pizza and wings that could be delivered inexpensively to my Brighton apartment for a while. I've spent two and a half years searching and searching and never finding anything that compares to LaNova or Ying's in my beloved Western New York. The closest place that serves cheap pizza like that is Dial A over in Somerville, but they don't deliver to the hinterlands of Brighton. Pizza Regina is great, but they cost an arm and a leg to get out here. So after reading a few Yelp reviews, I figured I'd try these guys. Pizza Etc. did not let me down, completely. The person that took the order was nice and efficient and got everything right. The delivery was rather quick for 9pm on a Friday night. The service was great. I love that they know the difference between Buffalo Wings and Wing Dings (If you don't know the difference kindly find out or we can't be friends. I am irrationally passionate about this particular issue.) The Wing Dings that I'd asked them to toss around in hot buffalo sauce ended up pretty good. Not great, not huge, and not extra spicy, but passable. Their blue cheese was not very chunky, though. And no celery or carrots with the wings. Could have been much worse, though. The pepperoni pizza was thin crust, not much olive oil at all, and had very tasty sauce and cheese. Also, it was cooked perfectly. At last, something that could pass for good pizza in this hinterland of, well, crap. I'll try them out a couple more times and see what happens. I'm not looking for perfection (hell, I like Dial A, so...). I just want something that is passable, and this place fits the bill so far. read more

Ok pizza nothing to write home about. Better then most of the pizza joints in Brighton. And they have quick delivery which is a plus. I'd order from here again. Also they got my address right. Foodler stop sending my food to my old address! The reason I ordered food was so I wouldn't have to go out! read more

I've lived in the area for almost 2 years now and have had a hard time finding a decent and reliable pizza house until now. Pizza Etc. has delicious pizza house standbys i.e. steak & cheese, chicken stir fry, meatball subs, and of course pizza all at ridiculously low prices. Forget Papa Ginos - at such a great value, Pizza Etc. is definitely the place to call when you're in a time crunch and need a quick dinner! read more

Don't get me wrong - in general, I like greek pizza. I just want more options! Sometime a girl has to break away from the norm and find new ventures. Diversity is a good thing. Unfortunately, most pizza near my apartment is greek - it's all the same. It's been really hard to find anything different. Pizza Etc. has stepped in to fit the bill. The chicken broccoli alfredo pie I ordered was pretty good. And the fact that it's different from most pizza places in the area makes it shine. The crust is not thin, not thick. The flavors of the sauce and cheese inspired a certain rich tanginess. Unfortunately, I can't figure out if I love this place so much because of the quality of the food or because it's the only different pizza restaurant around. I'll have to sample more. read more

I found this really disappointing based on other yelpers reviews. Ordered the chicken parm sub and was greeted by an over toasted crunchy bun and a dry chicken cutlet. I was hoping for a nice piece of chicken with sauce. There was barely any sauce to speak of. The chicken was over cooked, yet parts of the cutlet where still floured and dry. I will never go back there. However, the staff was very polite and helpful read more

The calzones are delicious! I've never had a single complaint in the dozens of times I've came here for food. Very consistent.

In an area with a 1990's budget-level surplus of pizza joints, this one is the clear winner. Pizza by the slice is huge and affordable. Grab yourself 3 slices and you've got a piping hot, deliciously cheesy meal. If ordering delivery, the full pizzas are just as good with smaller slices. My only menu complaint would be in the sandwich category. The chicken stir-fry wrap in particular is a 200% saturated pile of grease. And I'm not talking 'guilty pleasure' grease - I'm talking 'instant coronary sans flavor' grease. For Gyro fans, grab the pita sandwich (small but satisfying to taste). The cheese steak selection is pretty on-point as well. Service is always friendly and prompt. Living in the neighborhood they become pretty familiar faces. Dodge the air-cooked chains and leave Proper Slice's inflated prices behind - Etc. is the way to go in the Square. read more

This used to be my go to pizza spot growing up in Brighton. This past weekend was the first time I've been back in years and it's nice to know that their pizza is still on par! I ordered the super etc. pizza and they covered the pizza in toppings! It was delicious! I also ordered wings, both honey bbq and mild and they were just okay. They were a bit dry; I've definitely had better wings elsewhere. However, this will still be my pizza spot in Brighton as it brings back memories of when I was a kid growing up in the area. read more

I've been in the area just over a year and have just discovered this place. Standard pizza house food, with lower prices and higher quality that nearly every other joint in Allston, Brighton. The only downside is the parking situation, as it is awkwardly set next to a fire station and a pseudo rotary. read more

This spot is quickly becoming my go-to for late night grub. I work ridiculous hours and it's nice to have a place open late in the neighborhood for tasty food when I come home seven days a week. Their calzones are solid. Big portions, for sure - I usually have to eat mine in two servings. Sandwiches are just as good - a little expensive but worth it. Again, big portions so that's how I justify it. Pizza's your usual fare, but they have lots of options so it helps if you're feeling indecisive. As long as I'm an Oak Square resident, I'll be coming here regularly. read more

My boyfriend and I tried this place recently and loved it. The pizza had just the right crust that I like - not too thick, and just crispy enough, without a huge outer crust. The amount of cheese was awesome too. The Buffalo wings were awesome too. The deliver was prompt and the food was still hot. I highly recommend. read more

Pizza is probably my favorite food. It is hard to cook up a pizza I do not like. However, I rarely give repeat business unless the pizza hits the spot - Pizza Etc falls into this category. The pizzas are great (crust can be a bit chewy), delivery is efficient, the restaurant is spotless, employees are pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. One pet peeve - call me a germaphobe, but I hate it when I order a slice and the server uses their bare hands to grab my pizza. I have had this happen twice. You were obviously touching something other than soap and water before you put your mits on my slice. Chefs are exempt from this rule because they do not touch money then my food. Money is gross. Tongs are a good thing. read more

I just ordered a meatball sub and it was extremely soggy, which I do not like. I also ordered the boneless buffalo wings which were above average (just the right amount of heat). Overall I enjoyed the food, but the soggy meatball sub was disappointing read more

Friendly family owned restaurant. Good food. The serving portions are big. The pricing is good. I like this place.

My first time ordering from here. I bought an XL pizza with half pepperoni/half broccoli & jalapeno. I also ordered a Caesar salad. Both are so good. So so good. Delivery was on time & I have no complaints. AND they had 2-liter Dr. Pepper....it's hard to find restaurants that deliver my favorite soda. read more

Pizza Etc - XL pizza with half pepperoni/half broccoli & jalapeno with a caesar salad - Pizza Near Me - Brighton, Massachusetts

We've been going to Pizza Etc for years. We lived in newton Corner for about 5 yrs when we first ordered from there. Then after the "divorce" I moved to brighton and continue to order from there. They are friendly and deliveries are always quick and the prices are decent. Also, 99.9% of the time, they get the order right. No one's perfect, but they're damn close. I'm somewhat of a pizza expert and they're pizza is definately in the top ten. If they made their crust crispier, they'd move on up in the top ten. For those who like spicy and CRISPY fries, this is the place to get them. They give you decent portions for both small and large. Their wing dings are delicious and I must confess, I am not a fan of any kind of bone-in chicken but they got me hooked on the wing dings. Their subs are pretty good but their steak and cheese would be MUCH better if it was abit more juicier. Most places have dry steak and cheese so I normally add some sort of dressing like italian or greek. It's delicious, give it a try! NOTE: The place that does an awesome steak and cheese is Logan Airport's Quick mart, especially If Manny is the one making it. i also love the crispy sub rolls they use. Anyway, back to Pizza Etc. now that they have moved to a bigger place, I think they should expand their menu list to other foods they do not offer yet. Other than that, i definately would reccomend pizza Etc to friends. read more

Oh how I miss this place! Try a pizza with pepperoni and bacon - I know it's a heart attack waiting to happen, but trust me...it's delicious! Chicken caesar salad is awesome as are the calzones and subs. Call ahead for pick up or there is a spot to eat in there. Prices are cheap but they charge $1.00 to use a credit card so bring cash. Open pretty late and good for late night munchies after the Last Drop, not open as late as New Hong Kong but still good! read more

I've gotten delivery from Pizza Etc. many times. Most recently, after getting back from a UYE beerfest and needing food stat! We ordered 2 pies... they arrived within 20 minutes and we all housed them. Best drunk food in Brighton. Moments later one of us came up with the spectacular idea to order more... and this time we ventured into their Etc. items as well as another pie. Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks, yum. Same delivery guy showed up minutes later. We told him to get used to making visits to our place. Now that I look at their menu and see they offer subs, sandwich's and a slew of sides... drinking just got more dangerous for me as I'll be craving this place every time! Open til 2am - uh oh! read more

Definitely the best pizza that I've had in Brighton. The prices are very reasonable and the flavor is good. Parking can be a little tough in the area but you can usually find something on one of the side streets. I picked up a large broccoli and mushroom pizza; the veggies were very fresh (no canned mushrooms like a lot of places use). I also got mozzarella sticks and spicy French fries which clearly came frozen but I wasn't expecting something from scratch at a no-frills place like this. I'll definitely be back; their sandwiches looked great too! read more

Yes, yes, yes... It's all about the hood.. and this is the best spot in Oak Square. I used to live right down the street but moved to Lower Allston.. and they STILL deliver to me! Always good pizza (but it's not great), best with fried eggplant topping. Baked Ziti dinner with a small salad and garlic bread for $6.50 is a great deal. What else... yea... they are usually quick on the delivery read more

I'm basing my review solely on the one item, a cheese calzone, that I have ordered 3 times over a 6 month period, all stupidly hoping it would be different from the last time. I'm pretty picky about my calzone, it needs to have ricotta cheese in it. So when eating it for some reason the calzone looks done on the outside but all three times I had chunks of uncooked cheese in my calzone. Ew, talk about a disappointment. The pizza looks delicious so I guess I'll need to move on to something else but stay away from the Five or Six Cheese Calzone...it's never cooked enough! Maybe there is just too much cheese in there period. read more

Great delivery service. The woman on the phone in the evenings is very polite and helpful. Pizza is pretty good, not THE BEST but its pretty darn good. Penne w/Broccoli chicken and Alfredo was delightful. There was more than enough for one person, and the alfredo sauce was most likely made fresh. Boneless buffalo wings are good quality strips of chicken with just the right chicken:breading ratio. I'm a big fan. Its hard to find both quality and value in this city, but ALAS Pizza Etc. knows what they are doing. I took one star down because it seems a little complicated to drive to for pick-up from the Com. Ave area so I must resort to delivery. read more

This place has the best Chicken Ceasar salad hands down! I work in Watertown, my coworkers and I order out from pizza places in the Brighton area everyday. So we have experienced a lot of places. Their chicken cutlet sub is also amazing. If i order a chicken cutlet or chicken ceasar salad from any other place I am always disappointed because no one can compete. I am always left wishing I ordered from pizza etc. Have no idea how there pizza's are, but i have heard good things. read more

This place is stoner heaven. Expansive menu with super tasty, super unhealthy foods at bargain prices. You had me at hello. I don't eat pizza a lot, so I can't comment on theirs (don't think I've ever had it), but I had a calzone a few times. Pretty standard. What I did come back for time and time again are their subs and dinner plates. I hate it when diners don't use fresh ingredients. If you're making simple food, make it good. Pizza etc. does a good job keeping this in mind. Also, if memory serves me right, you can get a salad, fries (do yourself a favor and upgrade to spicy fries), and some entree-like item (gyro, chicken fingers, kebabs) for $10. What a steal, and it totally satisfies your undying hunger to the max. Food aside, the staff is awesome. Just an overall very nice group of people working here who remember the regulars, and gives it a real neighborhood kinda feel, you know what I mean? If you live in the area, and haven't stopped by for a quick bite, you're missing out. read more

Alright you got to love pizza etc. A very good, reliable, and convenient place. I'm not too much a fan of their pizza, but nonetheless not the worst pizza I've had. All the other variety and selections of food they have are great, and the portions given r amazing, perhaps even superfluous haha. Another great thing is they are open late in comparison to other places in the area I would definitely definitely suggest this place to anyone. Also you got to try the super beef. Unique, fulfilling, and Fricken great. Throw on almost anything u want with ur beef and you got a great sandwich. However stay away from their onion rings, they give a huge portion, but you mid is well be eating straight onions, all of the outter layer of what makes an onion ring an onion ring falls off. All in all a great and convenient place. If your starving late night or even mid day I would def suggest this place over a lot of others. read more
