My first visit was last night..it will probably be my last. I ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was just ok..the wings tasted like they were fried in old gym swaeat. The manager took them off the bill but it didnt make up for the stomach sickness that stayed with me all night long. Always in search for the perfect pizza, we were eager to try this new pizza restaurant in Boca last night. Yelp actually notified me of it's existence as stating it was "hot and new ", so off we went to get our pizza fix on a rainy Friday night. Located in an upscale plaza on the corner of Powerline and 18th street, it's near other popular restaurants and businesses so I had a good feeling about it. It's small, casual with a contemporary feel. Clean, with lots of metal. Many staff greeted us when we arrived. They told us we could sit anywhere. There actually is not a ton of seating, as I think they are mainly a take out/delivery place. We sat down and our young server greeted us very eagerly and took our drink orders. We told her we were in no rush and she did not rush us. FYI they have beer and wine only, which is fine. They have many,many pizza toppings and two sizes of pizza:small and large. FYI the large,which we ordered, is huge. We had plenty to take home with us. We chose the steak and Gorgonzola pizza with carmelized onions and it was pretty darn delicious. They weren't stingy with the steak,which we appreciated. It came out piping hot with very thin crust. Just what we wanted. They also have other Italian favorites on the menu,sandwiches etc, which all looked really yummy, so we'll have to try those next time. Definitely a hot and new place to check out! read more

Be careful before visiting Pizza District. The employee making the food does not cover is nose when making food items. He leaves is big nose hanging out his mask, as the owner does. I politely asked the owner if the man making my son's food can please cover his nose and mouth with his mask. The owner ignorantly replied that restaurant employees are not required to cover their nose. Maybe that is the case but CDC recommends that restaurant employees wear masks properly. Hurray!!! Finally really really good pizza in South Florida. Wonderful new spot in the Boardwalk shopping center in Boca Raton. The decor is really inviting, very fresh. First trip there we had the lunch special, two very large slices and a fountain drink for 9.99 . The pizza was awesome, the crust, cheese, toppings all blended together to make the perfect, thin New York style pizza we have been missing in FL. Greek salad was very fresh, large enough for two or more. We revisited the next week to order a large pizza and calzone. Our new favorite spot. Hats off to Nico and his staff, great job! read more

Been getting pizza here for a few months now have ordered about 30 pizzas over time usually on delivery dudes and sometimes pickup. All the pizzas are very good and cauliflower crust is good also. My last visit on 5/14 the 2 young lady's were rude and didn't have any customer service skills. Even after insisting I was here for my DoorDash pickup order it was hard for them to understand I was not a driver. After about four times one of them was finally able to understand I am a customer getting my Togo order. She then asked me for my $2 in cash for the prosciutto didn't care so I just payed it. Then a different lady comes out again and asks how I will be paying for the prosciutto for $2 before the pizza is even brought out... Eventually the pizza was just put it on the table outside. The pizza ended up being a little burnt after waiting outside for 15 minutes that seems absurd. So I would say my last experience was probably enough to not order again. read more

I have eaten here a few times. All if the food is great and beats a lot of other pizza places. I would try the misner park or the fighting owl. All of the food is good but they use platic straw which hurt the environment including all types of plastic. So good food but o would recommend that they stop using plastic and go to paper products to help the environment. read more

How did 29 people give this place 5 stars?, how did they get paid off. The pizza is as advertised thin crust, but that's the only good thing I have to say. The sauce is thin, even watery. The thin crust is not crispy, probably due to the sauce. The slice is huge, but a whole lot of not so good pizza is a whole lot of nothing. The salad is served in a small bowl, not that filling. Even the "healthy" pizza options are delicious and my gluten eating friend orders the cauliflower crust because it is that good! Can't say how the take out is but the crisp crust and fresh ingredients were devoured by all while we were able to sit outside. Do not order their nutella pizza! I only decided to try this place because I was craving a nutella dessert. The guy on the phone said it was just nutella and white chocolate. Simple but again I was really craving a nutella dessert. For $17 yes $17 I was expecting something on soft warm bread with of course nutella and white chocolate... instead I promise you the crust was so stale! Not crunchy not soft but STALE. It also had large chunks of nuts and coconut which I hate. I threw the whole thing out because the bread was INEDIBLE and in the trash went $17! $17 folks! They do not offer smaller sizes for individual purchase. All they need to do is make a regular soft crust in different sizes to LOWER THE PRICE and ask people if they want any of the chunky bits of nuts, coconut and God knows what else. read more

OK, I'm from New Haven area so I'm a pizza snob, but for the price there's far better options even in the local area. We hadn't been there before but decided on pie, and ordered with delivery (we're about a mile away). The pie came quickly, and the delivery guy was quite pleasant. The pie was pepperoni and onion ($3 more for Onion!!), and was meh. The crust had the taste of cardboard with no compelling reason to eat it. The pizza had a LOT of big chunks of tomato which I am NOT a fan of - heartburn city for me. If I wanted a meghera I would have ordered it. In short, Nick's is WAY better, and Mod is too, at about half the price, speaking of which this pie with delivery and tip was $27. Like really? It should be DAMN good at $27, but it wasn't. By a lot. OK, well anyway, we know we'll stick with Nick's or Mod and pass this place up next time. read more

First off, the restaurant itself is gorgeous, I especially love the decor and the awesome floors. It's extremely clean and modern. Came here yesterday with my boyfriend and ordered the meat lovers pie. The pie itself was huge and full of delicious toppings, (steak, sausage, bacon, and pepperoni) and all the toppings were evenly spread out and perfectly cooked. I loved that it was thin crust too. Niko the owner came over to our table multiple times and made sure we were well taken care of. In addition to our pizza, he recommended for us to order the district salad and I have to say, everything about it was fresh and delicious. I could of eaten just the salad alone and been satisfied, it was that good. Overall, this is my new favorite pizza spot. First time ordering, did a large pizza pick up, was quick and timely, I arrived early and the staff was very friendly and inviting, the interior is very new age and has a great feel to it. They have a station out front where you can watch them hand toss the dough and put your pizza right in the oven, made to order. AMAZING VEGAN PIZZA! As a vegan, finding great pizza is harder than any other food. It's either only vegetables, which aren't properly seasoned, or a vegan cheese that has a very distinct taste which isn't always perfect. But Pizza District found a perfect balance. The woman at the counter lied about the pizza I ordered being made with gluten free dough. The owner asked us how the cauliflower pizza was, without knowing that the woman at the counter said it was gluten free. The pizza was 6 slices (the only size that cauliflower crust comes in). I asked the woman at the counter on multiple occasions if this was in fact cauliflower pizza, which she denied. It tasted like cauliflower, she just didn't want to be caught.
