I'm so disappointed in how this store handled its "social distancing". Last night there were two people in the store so myself and another customer waited outside in the rain (since the sign said only 2 people inside at a time). A few minutes later another customer jumped the line because he already place his order on the phone ( which we all did). He went inside the store without a face mask, then took his girlfriend in. There were 4 customers in the store at this point. Can't understand why this place get such a low rating. I order from them all the time. I will say I pick up and the pizza is always hot. I call first and it takes about 20 minutes. The staff has always been patient and the actually help me navigate the menu. I normally order salad with my pizza, and even when you get a small side salad it it's a lot. I just had a large anchovies and pinapples with extra cheese and grandchildren had pepperoni. Sorry no photos with this review I almost forgot to do one the food was done and my grandson reminded me I didn't take a photo! This place doesn't only do pizza the have quite a menu my son normally orders a sandwich/sub and I have had the spaghetti in the past and it was good and hot;) however whenever I want pizza this is my #1 choice;) although this place is surrounded by other pizza place has the fastest service and you always get a popping hot . I'm very easily pleased and it's very very rare for me not to finish what I eat but.... we have a few issues, mind you, if I wasnt on vacation I would have complained. The pizza (pepperoni and cheese) I ordered tasted like cheap dollar store brand... and the ketchup packets that came with my fries was a dark brown... the cinnamon sticks was like reheated bread sticks with some type of substance that made my tongue tingled (I kid you not). I am pretty sure this place uses reconstituted dog kibble as sausage. It was completely gross. The thin crust was good...but even the cheese was cheap and flavorless. Just so much not good. The spot got my delivery food order incorrect called and spoke with the Manager and all he could offer was to replace my order with .50cent discount‍ You all messed up my order and I have to pay for another order? the order was for my son and he had mind set on the sandwich I reordered and when the delivery arrived another 30minutes later he said I needed to pay him? I was confused as I paid online initially with my card so why wasn't it charged for the re-order? I usually enjoy Pizza Bolis. I ordered through Seamless and was charged ad the pizza was delivered within the time-frame. Yet 5 minutes afterwards the delivery driver started calling my phone enraged. 4 times he called claiming I needed to pay for my food, saying that he was outside my home and that I needed to "come out now" and give him the money I owed. He even began threatening to call the police on me. Filled with anxiety and trying to get in contact with the business, I kept trying to call the business and continually received busy signals. Finally someone answers and puts me on hold for close to 20 mins with no music!!!!! I can barely recall whether or not the pizza or wings were any good. I had terrible customer service. I asked for a receipt for expense purposes and they kept saying they would bring it to me, but never would. After a while I realized they were lying and I asked then to just send me a picture of it. I had to call several more times, and each time they would say they were busy. Food is okay. We order from them if nothing else is available and we don't feel like driving. The delivery times are okay. They are usually here within 45 minutes. Visited this location and decided to order a pizza since we had plenty of time before the movie started. The place was clean and the lady at the counter was pleasant she greeted us right away with a smile. Pizza was ready in no time and I was surprised because the pizza was so DELICIOUS! Hot, cheesy and just enough of everything! I was surprised to see all the 1 star reviews, maybe I went on a good day.
