ok so.. my sister and i had 2 different orders. order #1: Shrimp Steak combo, Chicken steak combo, burger sub combo all with ginger ale's. #2: chicken steak combo with ginger ale, 9 wings with bbq and ranch sauce on the side, and order of mozzarella sticks. (delivery)(Sister doesnt eat meat) When we received our food order #1: (2) Steak and cheese sub combos and 1 burger combo with ginger Ale. #2: chicken steak combo with ginger Ale and 9 wings with bbg on side. We called back down to Pizza Bolis located in Laurel, MD to dispute our order, a lady name Karen answered the phone whom is the same lady that took our order. Our Receipt states our correct order with the exception of the mozz sticks. Karen argued with us over the phone saying that we were wrong and she wasnt going to replace or refund our money. ( Manager was not there and she did not know whe he/she was going to returen but then said they will return in an hour) We clearly have the receipt of our orders. Karen argued back and fourth with us for over 15 minutes. While on the phone with the restaurant my sister calls corporate office to escalate the issue to get it resolved. Spoke to Salvador Cador..(Name may be misspelled) He called down to the store and spoke with Karen to figure out what was going on. While on hold to get a resolution, he tells me that I am getting a credit for the next time i order from them. We were unhappy with the results he gave us and he stated that it was corporate's policy. I told him that i am a Pastor and that I will no longer support their business and my friends. Mr. Salvador laughs and says, "You're supposed to be a Pastor and you're gonna tell people about what happen? You're making threats." He also stated that he was the CEO of the company and there was nothing else that he could do to help us. Its out of his hands and its up to the owner of the store. read more

Terrible. I ordered a pizza for us while we got ready to go out to a cocktail party, because we knew the food there would not be sufficient to keep us tided over. Pizza came beyond wrong. They put broccoli on it. WTF? Btw, when broccoli is cooked into a pizza, you can't PICK the broccoli out, it just falls apart when you try to pick it up. Because we were hungry and couldn't afford to wait ANOTHER hour for a pizza, we tore the crusts off, ate that, and hurried out the door. I sent an email to the customer care email about my experience. No response for days. Finally, a response telling me that one of the local managers will reach out to me. Guess who never reached out? :) Now I'm getting emails to the tune of "We miss you! Come back to us!" because I haven't ordered since. I'm NEVER coming back. Screw you guys. You clearly don't give a shit, and I never even got refunded for my shitty "broccoli surprise" pizza that I never wanted. I can't envision a future in which I ever give this company my money again; they clearly can't handle something as simple as fixing a single ruined pizza, why should I entrust them with any future meals? PS why the hell is your chicken always cooked to hell and back?? It's almost entirely unedible WHY DO YOU DO THIS? I guess it doesn't matter. Sayonara, dipshits. read more

Ordered my food online, got two subs special, there was supposed to be one sub with mushrooms and one without mushrooms! I am allegic to mushrooms and regardless of my allergy if a customer did not request a item on their food then it should not be on there. I picked up my food get home and notice that BOTH subs had mushrooms on them. I had to drive all the way back to the shop to be told, by the manager, that my sandwhich could not be remade because the cook said he didnt put mushrooms on my both subs. Instead of looking at my sub that I brung to see that I did have mushrooms on my sub or accept the option of me getting my refund. Instead he said there was nothing her could do! Never will order from this location again! read more

I would definitely order again from this food deliverer. Here's the break down. I waited for about :45 to an hour. I thought that was a bit much but it was during dinner time so it wasn't a terrible wait. I ordered the following: wings, cheese steak, teriyaki wrap, mac and cheese, cheesecake. I did a special through eat24 or something like that and it included two subs 2 chips or $2 up charge to something else and two drinks. All of this totaled to $37.00 (some change and not including tip). Wings: Got the teriyaki wings good flavor mostly large wings. Good taste no complaints, next time im going to go with my classic bbq sauce though. Cheese Steak: I was super pleased with this because of the amount of meat you get. The sub is pretty soggy but I don't care bc that's the juice from all that meat. It's awesome! literally I was licking my fingers it was great. Teriyaki wrap: not that pleased. Honestly I just opened up the wrap and ate the chicken in side. The chicken inside was moist so that was okay I guess. -.5 points Mac and cheese: your classic non baked mac and cheese. It was fine. -.5 points cheesecake: pretty good although I didn't like the crust because it was made of oreo's and I don't like oreos and that wasn't mentioned on the 24eat menu. So I just basically ate the cheese. I am a huge foodie and you'll see more reviews from local eats as I just moved to the area. Additionally, it took a course of 3 days to eat all of this so maybe the microwave affected the taste of some stuff. Update 3/25/2014 @ 4:57pm EST: Just received a nice yelp email from the Boli customer service after reading my review. This is a great indication that the franchise reviews your post, so if you don't like something or if you want to rave about it, this is the platform to do it. I only know a couple of restaurants/businesses that actually write you back after you review them. I appreciate this tactic and customer interaction. read more

Ordered a Greek salad and buffalo wings from them online. After the hour wait the food arrived, the driver had left it with the receptionist since I paid and tipped online. When I got the food back to my desk to eat it I noticed the salad looked quite disheveled. The container had lettuce sticking out of it, the feta cheese was smashed on to the lid which was covered in finger prints on the INSIDE! It was a mess! I went to open the wings and the staples they secure the Styrofoam container with ripped apart. I called them immediately. I was told by the gentleman that answered, first there was no way this was the case. Then I was told, "go back online and get a refund! I told him that was absurd, I grabbed the food and took it back. The gentleman was just as rude in person, however he did issue my refund, after him grabbing the salad with his bare hands ripping it open and saying, "what's wrong with this? I told him he could eat it since he felt so comfortable and left the store, never to never order from them again! read more

They are pretty fast but a little pricey. Pizza and wings are awesome though! I order all the time and I would again. They would get 4 stars if they were cheaper. read more

I like this place. Food is always good, fresh and hot. Drivers are nice. The Steak and Cheese Sub is the best I've had (other than making it myself) out in a long time. read more

DO NOT DEPEND on the Pizza being free of GLUTEN! If you have gluten intolerance, the pizza I ate tonight would have ruined your health for a week or two. I have a WHEAT ALERGY, so my throat, tongue, and skin are swollen and itchy. I have a bad headache. I waited until it happened a SECOND TIME before I posted. The FALLS ROAD location did not believe me or take responsibility. I am in for a bad night of gastrointestinal distress and all over body rash and itching. Don't let this happen to you!!! read more

I called to place an order this evening from an ad that I received in the Winter 2012/2013 Best of Laurel mailer. The ad includes one XL 5 Burroughs pizza for $11 or two XL 5 Burroughs pizza for $18. When I tried to place the order, I was told that the 5 Burroughs pizza is only available in large and that they would charge me $13.99 for it. I don't understand what kind of business would you send out an ad for a product that doesn't exist (and consequently, a product which I have ordered in the past). The coupons in the ad do not have an expiration date on them, but those of other advertisers in the flyer are in February 2013. I only received the flyer this week, so it is not as though I'm trying to order from an outdated flyer. Either Pizza Boli needs to better control its advertising or it needs to better train its staff. I feel as though this is a bait and switch and have now ordered from another pizza restaurant because the service at Pizza Boli is unacceptable. read more

I am writing this post because I called and took advantage of an offer this company had. I ordered my food and gave a credit card to pay for it. I was told the payment was accepted, but when the delivery guy showed up, he told me that I still owed him the money. He the asked me to give him my credit card, when I refused, he just walked away with my food. I called the store and was rudely told to go "f..." myself. I will avoid this store and hope that anyone else will do the same. read more

I think Pizza Bolis is fantastic especially for the price. Large is $12, XL is $14. They offer really great deals (Buy one get one free on Mondays, XL + 12 for $21, etc). Whenever I order, I make sure to get their lethal wings too, absolutely delicious, jumbo & SPICY (believe me, I know spicy). Last time I ordered I got a deal for an XL 2 topping plus 5 lethal wings for $17. You can't beat that!! From what I've heard, their subs are also dynamite. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they do not offer real bacon, only Canadian bacon. read more

I think this location of pizza bolis is one of the best pizzas in the area however their customer service is not the best . The first time I ordered a pizza the person that answered the phone did not seem to know anything about the menu. The second time I ordered pizza I ordered it online, the pizza never arrived although the app did say it was delivered it never arrived. Today I decided to go back to pizza bolis and get carry out instead since there was an issue of the pizza not being delivered however when I was on the phone placing my order there was an Indian male answering the phone I couldn't really understand him with his thick accent and when I arrive to pizza bolis, the same male who answered was rude as well. He was more frustrated that I couldn't understand him but I couldn't hear or understand anything he was saying to me at all. It would be best to have someone that is able to speak clearly to the customers and not be frustrated and rude. Pizza bolis would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for their bad customer service. read more

Pizzas bolis. I love pizza bolis chicken wings is delicious 5 start guys. .................

Enjoyed the Pizza immensely but the problem your phone order takers can't follow instructions. Ordered red peppers (weren't delivered. Asked for extra sauce on the Side and it was placed on the Pizza. Son ran down the driver before he left the hotel and he said he would bring back the peppers and lo and behold he brought them back ( nice touch). Word of advice if delivering to a hotel why not bring some damm napkins and even some plates. Your tips could possibly increase immensely. read more

Don't bother! This is the worst pizza joint in town. I ordered pizza for delivery; they told me 30-35 minutes. Pizza arrived almost 2 hours after, cold and dry. The food is bad, the service is bad, and they don't care. Never again! read more

Did an online order and when I picked it up it clearly had HAM on it and I ordered it with salami so I asked them if it was salami and they said YES! Good food that delivers. Wings are good, Meat Stromboli is great, and suns are good too. I Don't agree with the delivery service charge, and subs are a little pricey. But overall, great for delivery read more

Worst customer service I have experienced after ordering from Laurel location for over 5 years in the last 2 weeks alone I have spent over 130.00. Always tip well drivers are always friendly. After receiving my order this evening it was incorrect I was told to wait 30 minutes for the correct food and return what was not right. What the hell I asked to speak to the Manager and was told I was speaking to him. He tried to rush me off the phone by saying do you want the driver to just bring the right food and return the wrong food. I asked him would he like to send the driver back and give me my money back and ill return his food he said okay im sending him back. Extremely rude I asked for the owners name. He said it so fast I couldn't understand him. Then he hung up I called back and asked him to spell the owners name after yelling at me while he spelled it I asked him for the corporate number he said I'm not giving that to you. I let him know I will never order from them again and they lost a customer he shrugged it off and said the driver is coming back. After waiting now 40 minutes he has yet to come back to return my money. I called back he said the driver is leaving in 5 minutes since it's all about the money to you. What the hell??! Umm yeah it's about My Money! Why would I want to just give you my money after your shit service Riswan? If you took a lesson in customer service you would know that is not how you treat a customer! I will Never order from Pizza Bolis again after tonights experience thank you Pizza Bolis. Out of all the years I have ordered out I have never dealt with a manager so rude and dismissive. And I have never returned an entire order and got my money back. Terrible service no regard for customers spending money with them when we have 20 other options in the area. Sad! read more

First off. I called these people simply to ask what coupons they had available, and the guy tells me "look, if you want to order order, if you don't want to order hang up" he said. I called back and another guy picked up, I asked for the name of this guy and he hangs up on me as well. Mind you all of these men have very thick accents. Upon calling back the third time, The manager named Sha tells us he does not know the names of any of the guys who hung up on us. This is ridiculous. I have never come across such utter disrespect. This place is horrible and their food isn't worth the stress. Go elsewhere. read more

Disgusting place dirty filthy food and service. I picked a look inside and immediately I canceled my order. That place needs to shut down. The workers pass by me and they smell horrible. Who the heck signed the food safety inspection for this place. He needs to get fired. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I typically like this chain and their pizza. This last experience will ensure I never return. Some ingredient in the pizza had clearly spoiled and upon tasting I immediately spit it out. It was foul and sour/spoiled. I contacted eat24 and they tried getting a refund from the restaurant but they refused. This is terrible. I spent my money on food that I couldnt eat because it was spoiled and you won't give a refund?! There are too many other pizza places out there to run your business this way. read more

Forgot the toppings on my pizza, and gave me the wrong salad. They refunded me for the missing toppings, but refused to believe that they gave me the wrong salad because they "remember" making the sauce. Seems silly to be so sure since they already forgot part of my order! I offered to send them a picture or have them come confirm the mistake, but they said they were positive they didn't make one. Seems disrespectful to the customer. Usually if a mistake is made, restaurants don't just assume the customer is lying! I wasn't trying to make it a big deal, but the way it was handled seemed unprofessional. Thankfully, I ordered through a third party who refunded my money, even though the restaurant refused to help a customer asking for assistance. read more

While the food was good it took almost 2 hours from order placed to when my food was delivered. When i called the store to check in I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back was met with attitude from the employee who answered the phone. After the phone call it was still another 20 minutes until my food arrived. Will probably never order from here again. read more

I was a regular customer until they made a huge mistake with my order and were not only extremely rude and incompetent, but refused to rectify it, even after I indicated to them that my order was not only late, but incorrect and made me feel sick. They made no appropriate efforts to rectify and acted like it was my fault. I have eaten from many places and in many different countries and I have never received such deplorable customer service. This place is not worth your breath or time and definitely not your money. They have no idea what the words "customer service" mean, and it is just a matter of time before they do the same to you. read more

I placed an online order around 930 pm. I received a confirmation email less than ten minutes later. I waited for over an hour for my food to be delivered. I finally called the store and asked about my order. The owner answered the phone and said he didn't receivethe order. He was very rude and dismissive of me and my order. He blamed me and said I never placed an order. I am calling corporate about this place and I will never order from there again. I have had food from several pizza bolis in this region and all have been good except this one. I was very disappointed. I hope something is done about the management of this place read more

A horrible customer service. They put 2 morons as a order taker. I live 0.4 miles away from their store. I ordered delivery for my friend. I wasn't in the house at that time. It took 1 hour and 13 minutes them to deliver the food. I called them to ask it has been an hour, where is my food? The guy on the phone told me that there was a problem in the system give us 20 more minutes and he hung up the phone! What? I called again and told them I'm gonna cancel the order and the guy said okay and he hung up the phone again. I mean this guys should be trained again or they should be fired. I'll drive up to crofton pizza bolis next time. Because those guys are amazing. Laurel pizza bolis is the most disgusting pizza boli in the entire state!!!!! read more

The worst place to order from in Laurel!! I ordered a pint of ice cream, a slice of chocolate cheesecake, and 15 pieces of fried eggplant at 7pm. You would think that that would be quick but I didn't receive my food until 9:50 pm. I called the store around 8:20 to inquire on why it took so long. They gave no explanation and told me the driver was on his way. Once he arrived I was handed a bag with the wrong flavor of ice cream, a regular piece of chocolate cake, and ice cold, soggy fried eggplant. Once I called back to complain about the quality of my food the manager claimed he was the owner and told me he couldn't do anything and I got what I ordered. While I was speaking to him he wasn't listening and talking to someone in the background. I told him I wanted a refund and didn't like the way he was handling the situation and he hung up on me. I will never waste my money on such a terrible establishment again. read more

Have ordered a number of times in past but recently found I didn't always get special offer pricing, order was incorrect, or wait was excessive. Tonight I paid by credit card and driver said he was told I hadn't & tried to get my card number. I said no & called store myself. I paid tip in cash & realized I was conned for $5.00. Tried to order on line, and my card was declined (pay day). So I called in the order and used my credit card. That evening I checked my account and they had debited my account for the money after saying my card was declined. Manager gave me a number to call for "Food Tec" the on line operations. I was told they do not talk to anyone but Pizza Bolis employess and to call the store. I did get to speak to the regional manager who told me, there was no order. No kidding, my card was declined yet you still took my money.. He then told me there was nothing he could do and to file a dispute with my bank. If I do that, my debit card get cancelled and I have to redo all my accounts on line that I pay with my debit card. Where as I do enjoy Pizza Boli's this last time has turned me Papa Johns. Not going to do a long drawn-out review Im just going to get to the point. I ordered my food at 8pm and was told I would receive it at 845pm. My food didn't show up until 11pm. Very disappointed! I waited over an hour for the food. When I called to check on the status of the food, they stated they tried to deliver but didn't have a number to call me. So they returned the food back to the restaurant and no one called me although I gave them my name and number when I called in the order. The food one cold when I received it and it was disgusting. I ordered to chicken gyros and a salad. The meat for the chicken gyro was nasty. Let's not talk about the customers service. The guy who answered the phone was very non-chalant about the whole ordeal. I read the other reviews which were head on about the delivery and I went against my judgment and still ordered. This is a pretty decent pizza joint that i used to eat at a lot. Their pizza was alright (kinda greasy), but nothing to brag about, whereas their cheesy bread was delicious. If you go here for pizza make sure you pick up a box of cheesy bread with it. Their subs are also tasty, with a good amount of toppings to add. I've only really tried their philly cheese steak and chicken fillet subs, and they were pretty legit. Overall Bolis is a good alternative to the other pizza joint, especially because of their cheesy bread. read more

Pizza Boli has the best pizza in Laurel, MD. The sauce is fresh and well seasoned with a thick and crispy crust. I love it. Sometimes, I'm in the mood for their Ravioli Burro. Simple and delicious. The ravoli always tender and tastes fresh not frozen. The salad is simple fresh iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots and tomato. Their house vinegrette dressing is absolutely the best. I've read some of the other reviews and am very surprised that they've had a negative experience. I'm a very happy customer, read more
