I'm on the fence about this place. Ended up ordering to go since I got in late and the hotel receptionist recommended them. Ordered the cheese steak, which honestly was just an average cheese steak flavor wise. Got the normal toppings...i like adding lettuce, tomato and onions on mines. It served its purpose i suppose. The bread was actually pretty good though. Got a side order of fries to go along with them and the fries were the best thing in the order. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I also appreciated the fact they delivered the food to my room. Can't recall the delivery drivers name, but he was friendly. All in all, I still don't know about this place. I probably ordered the wrong thing off the menu minus the fries. For what its worth, the receptionist at the hotel said their wings were really good. Maybe I'll give them a try if I'm in the area again. read more

Customer service was good and the pepp pizza was prepared on time & hot. Unfortunately no one ate it because it had a weird aftertaste & smell. Seems either the cheese was old or the bread was off. Honestly can't say which but it wasn't good. Establishment was clean. read more

The quality of the foods has a lot to desire. You pay for extra meat and cheese that never appear in the order. They offer free food on the next order assuming you would be returning. The deliveries are very slow, and the food has arrived cold. We have attempted to talk to manage; explanation is always next time instead of improving the quality of service and products. They are now serving smaller buns for the sandwiches. Therefore, paying for extra meat or cheese is just an illusion. I would not recommend as a choice of spending your hard-earned money. Horrible attitude when they are providing poor service. Poor communications skills. read more

Very small local spot. Decent to go to on the fly as I was having a bit and jumping on the road to Jersey. Pizza with 1 topping. This was actually a great pizza. The sauce was very good. Didn't have a lot of pepperoni on it. Which was the down fall. But this was really good. read more

I paid for sides and drink I never got. This happened last time. I'm so pissed off. Family asked I get Ledos. I didn't feel like driving in the rain so I ordered Bolis. Everybody is mad at me cause they wanted Ledo pizza and drinks. We got greasy ass bolis pizza and tap water. Ledos! Please start delivering! read more

Ok ok - these humans are cool DO NOT GET THE GARLIC SAUCE PIZZA it was not edible. They either used spoiled garlic, or just added 3x too much or both... They make pizza, subs...... They are close and hands down the best "chain-type-" pizza. read more

Great service and excellent quality food. Great and hard working staff. I highly recommend the fish sub it's a 10/10 must try!!!

They have changed ownership. I'm a regular and I couldn't place my order with any clarity. Was placed in hold forever then transferred to someone to understand what I was asking for. After 20 minutes I just asked them to cancel the order. Used to be my favorite joint. read more

I like their pizza and always order but, they no longer put the garlic butter in the box even when I request it. I've requested it my last 4 orders and it hasn't been in there. I like eating my pizza with the garlic sauce. If they won't go back to putting it in every pizza box, I at least want them to make sure to put it in my box when I specifically request it. read more

I ordered four entrees including the Jumbo Shrimp platter. What I got was coconut shrimp. I can't eat coconut. Pizza Bolli says they don't serve coconut shrimp. That's true. It's not on their menu. Yet I still got it. That could send someone into anaphletic shock. It didn't sound like they really gave a damn. They did send me something to replace it, but I had to press them about it otherwise they would never offered. read more

The food was fine (i was missing marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks though). However, i had a rude encounter with one of the delivery drivers. My mom and I ordered something at night because we hadn't eaten all day and we wanted to try this place again because we haven't had it in a while. When the delivery person (a middle aged man?) came to the door, i answered quickly and excitedly for the food. We greet each other. He gives me the food, he then complains, in a rude tone, that I didn't tip him enough and that he drove all the way over here (5 miles) just to deliver. I wasn't even the one who tipped, my mom did. He said we tipped him a 1$? (I'm not sure if that's what he said, because he had an accent). My mom usually tips higher, so I know she made a mistake and meant to tip higher. So not only did i get the blame for it, he was rude about it. I didn't appreciate it. Even if someone doesn't tip, there's no need to be rude. Horrible customer service. That guy needs to learn some manners. My mom and I are never ordering from this location again. read more

Tried again, still awful. An hour late and they screamed at me when I called about my food. Understand Bolis, you aren't special. There are a million like you and we'll be going to any of those rather than you now. read more

I don't know why I love Bolis so much. Their pizza is probably not the best in the world, but for mass market delivery pizza, it's darn good. They don't have bacon and keep their meats halal, so no pork products, but their sausage is still very delicious and their other meats are great. So, what's the big catch that keeps me coming back? They have green olives as a topping. I'm a nut for olives, maybe, but to me, it's an important pizza topping. It ties the pizza back to its Mediterranean roots, gives it that slightly exotic, briny, salty flavor. It's not just those bland, boring, canned black olives that have basically no real flavor. Now, I'll eat a slice of pizza with about any topping available, but green olives are by far my favorite. The subs are usually spot on, as well, and their other dishes have bold flavors to them. Nothing is bland here, that's for sure. Can you find better in your NY pizza joint? Sure, of course you can. But, that's not Bolis' charm. You order from Bolis for low-cost quality, plenty of quantity, and a unique and broad variety of toppings and flavors. Definitely a long time fan (since they moved in!) and plan to be a customer for as long as I'm nearby. read more

Honestly, this pizza location specifically this one, is sooo good! I catered thru them and the pizza was so tasty, the wings were out of this world , their Wraps were so good! Everyone was asking where did I get this food from!!! They hired a new Manager and he was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and we were very happy with the final product! read more

I have to change my review from 2015. I have been disappointed in the rising prices . I am now highly disappointed in the food and service. I called and ordered two pizzas. When I asked for the cheesesteak pizza, she asked what else I wanted on it. I said the set "cheesesteak pizza with its standard topping." After I said cheesesteak pizza a few times. She said, "ok, the Italian Cheese one." I agreed in frustration. When I picked it up, there was one pizza and a cheesesteak sub for $26 total. I explained that I asked for 2 pizzas. They offered to make another pizza if I would wait. No, I couldn't wait. They took off $2. Really? I made it clear that I was dissatisfied while the boss man looked on and asked questions of his staff in another language. He never addressed me or handled the problem. He just stared at us. Seriously bad customer service. I got home and started to eat the cheesesteak and quickly realized there was little to no cheese on it and the mushrooms were burned. I will upload a picture. You tell me if it is worth 12.99!! So don't waste your time or money at this dive anymore. (2015) Always good, hot, with consistent yummy taste. Many pizza choices in the area but this is my favorite. read more

Pizza Boli's - Italian Cheesesteak with no cheese. Poorly done Pizza Boli's (Crofton location). - Pizza Near Me - Crofton, Maryland

We used to order from this Pizza Boli's location all thr time and never had issues. We decided to give it a try the other night. After 45 minutes of waiting and the Slice app indicating my order had been delivered, I called to tell them I had not received it. I was put on hold for 8 minutes as soon as they picked up. They told me the app is often wrong and the driver was just leaving. I only live 2 miles from the store and it was another 40 minutes before we got our order. Food was subpar and definitely not worth even half of the $60 we paid. I would never order from here again. There are so many other great pizza places in the area to choose from. read more

Great pizza, consistently good. Friendly staff, efficient delivery. Awesome experience

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Yelp defaulted to Eat24 ordering. 50 minutes later the pizza arrived. The crust was not cooked and the pizza had about 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. I immediately called Pizza Boli. The woman offered me credit for another pizza. I refused because this one had no favor along with it being uncooked and missing the pepperoni. I would never order from them again. She put the manager on the phone to see if I could get credit for the pizza I received. He explained I could not get credit from them since I used Eat24. I sent Eat24 an email so hopefully I will get the credit. I am changing the number of stars from 1 to 3 because of the customer service. As an update the District Manager contacted me and offered a free menu to encourage me to try the restaurants again. I have not heard from Eat24 to discuss my refund. The District Manager was nice and offered to contact Eat24 to ask about the credit. read more

Please do not eat here, my wife and I ordered pizza, regular wings and boneless wings. We began to eat the boneless wings only to find out they were 90% raw (pictures attached). When I called to ask for all the food to be collected and a complete refund I was told the refund would only be for the wings and cursed at by an individual who works within the premises. I have kept a small sample of the chicken in the event that me or my wife become sick. We will be contacting the Food Health Organisation to report this incident. read more

I have ordered from this location a couple of times!! The guys who work here are awesome!! They are very nice on the phone and never seem like they are busy, even when they are! They are friendly and always helpful!! I ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party, as well as for dinner on occasion! I love their pizza!! And they have very good carry-out deals!! 1 large 1-topping pizza for $7.99! Very good when you have children who want nothing but cheese pizza!! They have very good salads as well as good sandwiches!! My entire family enjoys their food, so it is a great carryout that will please the entire family!! Love this place! I ordered so much the last visit, the guy walked me out to my car! Very nice!! And for my daughter's birthday, when I went to pick up the pizza, the owner gave my daughter 2 bags of chips free because it was her birthday!! Very nice place to find good, inexpensive eats!! Love it!! read more

Food is good. Service, not so much. Always concerned when a carry out order, quoted for 15 minutes, takes 38 minutes. When the phone girl tells you "Sorry, it's Friday, we're kinda busy", I kinda don't care. This is a non-dine-in, carry out/delivery location. When your only task is to move hot, fresh food out the door, don't make excuses for poor & lazy service. Won't be back. read more

Great customer service and good pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and they accidentally combined the order into one pizza. When I got there to pick up we discovered the mistake and they said they'd fix it right away. They gave me a free drink while i waited and ten minutes later I had two fresh pizzas, and they also threw in the one that got mixed up, which actually ended up being pretty tasty. A+ for making what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. read more

I live in NYC, the birthplace of pizza, however, Pizza Bolis is still one of my favorite pizza places ever. Their sauce is delicious, toppings are always fresh and cooked perfectly, wings are awesome, and they are pretty quick with delivery. I miss this place, and when I visit my family in the area, I always get Pizza Bolis within the first couple hours of being there :). If you live here, or stopping through, gotta check this great pizza joint out! One more thing: their menu is pretty extensive, try their sandwiches and wings. My brother's favorite sandwiches are the italian sub and meatball sub from what I remember. If I am wrong, forgive me, I just always saw him order it lol. Also, the wings are really good, and if you order hot wings, you're gonna get real hot wings. I suggest drink some milk with the wings, you may need it :) read more

We are glad to have another option for pizza, Subs and wings. The wings are fried and crispy. The pizza is really good. They have cheesy western fries. The delivery driver was pleasant. And the prices are pretty reasonable. I will be ordering from them again. read more

I have ordered from this location multiple times and nearly 90% of the time the order has been incorrect. Last night I ordered 2 - 12 inch subs a cold cut and a steak sub. Once again one of the subs that was delivered was only 8 inches not the 12 that was ordered. It also had very little steak on it. Clearly this Pizza Boli's location fails at the one job they have. I also ordered jalapeno poppers for $6.99 and received 6 tiny poppers. It was like a child's meal. This is completely unacceptable. They have lost my business forever. read more

Warning of written prices on box. Pizza Bolis totally ripped me off. I paid $28 for a med pizza and Stromboli. When I placed the Internet order for delivery I added a $2.00 tip on top of delivery fee and taxes. The total was $25.74. When the gentleman delivers the order they added another $2.00 on top of the original tip. The pizza was $7.99 and $10.99. An order that roughly cost $21.00 cost me $27.74. Ridiculous! I'll never order nor have them deliver again. I've learned my lesson. I gave them 2 stars because the food was decent. But I could have bought a filet for that price. read more

I come from NewEngland the land of truly awesome pizza. With that being said the Pizza was ok. The sauce had an out of the can twang to it. Props for the slight use of cornmeal on the crust as well as slowly rising your dough... Yes, that I could taste. If I could give a 2nd ratting of 5 stars it would be the garlic wings! AWESOME! You guys nailed it! Aside from the fact that our 2nd pizza was red instead of white not bad for a chain. My suggestions... A) Turn up the fire in the oven. B) Use a touch more cornmeal. C) Make the crust thinner. D) Use a different sauce supplier or make it in house. read more

I order a few times a month. I always get the breadsticks with cheese. They are always fresh and hot. I always get good service.

My favorite pizza place in Crofton. The drivers, the service, all the workers there very nice, very friendly. Customer service is always excellent. They've even come out to me in the middle of a blizzard. Pizzas really really good. One of the things I like about them is that they offer fettuccine's and anchovies, something you can't find at other places around here in Crofton. read more

Awesome lasagna. The portions are huge, the pasta is fresh and the taste is delicious. Delivery is fast too. The garlic bread is usually burnt and nasty, but I don't order lasagna for the free bread. lol They have awesome wings too--the Caribbean flavor ones are not bad for fried wings, but you must also request ranch or spicy Asian or any other wet sauce to really get your taste buds going. Let me just say that the delivery gentleman was my best experience from this location. I have ordered several times in the past month, usually the 1 sub, 1 fry & 1 can of soda, special. Out of the several times I ordered they have not completely filled my order at all. One time it is the drink, the next it is the extra sauces that I paid for. The subs have been okay, it seems that they overcook them to make that they are not raw (this is both for the cheese steaks & cheese burgers sub ordered). The fries have been good only one time (the last time they arrived cold, and had to use the microwave to heat them). The issue is that they are less than 3 miles from our location, and the food is at best luke warm when it arrives. The folks that answer the phone are somewhat courteous, just that seem annoyed when you call in the order for delivery, and/or call to say that an item was forgotten from the order. If you must try them, just be aware and keep these in mind. I have stopped ordering from them. The delivery driver has always been friendly, and professional, that is the reason for the one star. read more

I just had a cheesesteak from this place and sad to say subway has more meat on their subs compared to them and they were more expensive. On top of that even the staff wasn't friendly, I'm not sure if it was busy or not but I stood around wondering when someone would take my order while an employee was just sitting outside on a chair in front of the store doing nothing.
