No water glasses were filled. I don't think something as simple as water should be asked of a customer who is dining in. There was a friendly, female server when I first walked in, but I think she was asked to do something else and I didn't see her in the front. The male staff were a bit more concerned about smoking/chatting out front. Again other tables seemed to have more attentive service.
