We generally ordered Stromboli from this restaurant, but decided to try dinner. We ordered 2 lasagna dinners and an antipasto (total cost was $42.82, though we did have a $30 purchased coupon to redeem.) The lasagna portions were pretty small, weighing overall about 11 oz, which included the metal tray and sauce. The salad had lots of unappetizing brown lettuce, and one half of a thin slice of tomato. When we arrived home and looked at the food, we packed it up and returned to the restaurant. The counter person indicated that all the portions were like that, and remaking the food would result in duplicating what we already had. We said no, thanks, and asked to switch to something else - we were told it has to be the same thing ordered (they have a blurb in the restaurant, which says if you are not happy with your meal, bring back at least X% and get a redo), but apparently it has to be the same food. If you are going to give me exactly the same thing I was unhappy with, what sense does that make? The antipasto, which was $12.50 had brown lettuce on top/bottom, and had what amounts to maybe 1 slice of tomato. The only part of this salad that was correct was the "Anti". Customer service was interesting, too. The counter person, who was obviously not the one in charge, had to go speak to the 'manager' in back, at least a couple times. That person (not sure who it was) did not come out to speak to me. As a manager, you would expect the manager to address you directly. A refund was also not possible because the coupon itself could not be refunded, so our only option was the take the food. I asked for the owners' name, and was told they did not know who the owner was, but was given the Office # 570-970-0000. I called the next day and had to leave a message, gently explaining that I would like a call back to discuss a situation I experienced at the location I visited. I never received a call back. Had a received a call back and a resolution, perhaps this review would not have been necessary. read more

Loved their artisan chicken salad. Totally worth the $10. Doesn't it look gorgeous! Food was ready in less than 30 minutes and they have social distancing guidelines in place. Only 2 people are allowed at once and I love that. My only tip to them would be to increase parking spots as the place is located at such a small street with cars everywhere. read more

They are the most incompentent people in the food industry. We tried to order a cold ham and cheese wrap. Only aftet taken my money did they proceed to call us back and say they are not aloud to make the wrap. Like seriously how hard is it i work in food industry for over 10yrs and would have been fired if i said i could do that simple of a task. Service was awful. I asked for a cheese cosmo and she didn't know what it was. Stated she heard of it but it wasn't on the menu. Really?! It's just no meat just cheese and veggies. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Awful customer service, put on hold immediately each time I called, and charged for items I didn't receive. I tried them once before and the same thing happened. I figured maybe it was a bad day for them, but it seems consistent. The food is so so, pizza was extremely greasy, and they charge an extra $1.75 for a decent amount of wing sauce... which I didn't even receive, both times, but I was charged for (both times), and denied a refund. I ordered two large cauliflower pizzas. Total order - $ 22.26 Picked them up came home looked in the box they look like personal size pizzas. Only 4 slices and it's 10 inches. I've been a long time customer of Pizza Bella- Ashley, even the 30 months I lived in Berwick. Every so often I'd make the drive to pick up, that's how much I enjoy their food. At the beginning of Nov, 2020 we bought a house in Nanticoke and have ordered from the Nanticoke location twice. First time we noticed a big difference in the quality from Ashley to Nanticoke. We thought maybe it was just a bad night. The second order at 2 PM Dec 6, 2020 was delivered promptly which proves they weren't busy but even at that they didn't get my girlfriends order right. That's frustrating because I repeated it to the person on the phone three times and yet it was completely screwed up. I also told him that she's super finicky about her order. Yet they still couldn't get it right. From now on if I want Pizza Bella I'll call Ashley and make the trip. One good thing, the delivery driver was great. Very professional nad courteous. read more

The customer service my family and I received was horrible! We've never been treated like we wasn't wanted in any establishment like we were today. That customer service girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude! She even hung up on me because I said my order was wrong. The guy was gonna remake my food while we waited, but the girl at the front desk put a stop to it, "claiming I made a threat to her, which the guy said he'd call the cops ‍", which I didn't. Their pizza can have a little more sauce/cheese, but the flavor is great! The wings aren't anything special, a little on the small side, but the sauce is tasty. I used to be a huge fan of pizza Bella, but it seems over the years it has went downhill a little. Pizza is decent, and the wings aren't bad, but I don't think the quality is worth the price you pay for it. No matter what time of day you order there is always a long wait, and the dough is a little to flowery for my liking. Overall it's not bad, but I can think of better pizza spots that charge less. read more

I love the pizza here! Its not super greasy, and comes with a refreshing price tag. Had wings from here for the first time and while they (MILD) were not even remotely spicy, they were delicious! Though I probably gained 5 lbs from eating them LOL! The service is always great from this Pizza Bella. The only time we ever had a problem (our pizza was delivered cold) they corrected it quickly and more than satisfactorily (they rushed a new one over free of charge) Can't wait to try more menu items =D read more

Their pizza is always good but for the first time we decided to get something other than pizza I was kind of disappointed to see that on a foot-long sub they only put three slices of ham three slices of cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. I've been getting deliveries from these folks for over a year now. The food is generally very good, with the sole exception of their salads (personally I think they're overpriced for what you get). Their pizzas are fantastic, as are their subs, burgers and chicken dishes. Delivery is prompt, the drivers are polite, and if you have a problem PB will fix it. Five stars for these guys! read more

This place sucks. The sauce is far too sweet. It's like they dumped a bag of sugar on my pizza. Their calzone is the equivalent size of two slices of pizza and costs the price of a large pie. This Pizza Bella recently closed down to remodel and I'm not sure if it reopened under new owners or what has happened but the food went to hell. Maybe not that far but it isn't nearly as good as it was. My usual Chicken Ceasar Wrap that was huge, full of chicken, loaded in cheese and smotheed in ceasar dressing was a flat cardboard like crust with barely any filling in it. I can't comment on the other food and unfortunately now won't take a chance to see what it might taste like. I hope that they get enough complaints to encourage them to go back to making what was nothing short of some of the best food around. read more
