It's disheartening that they can't provide clear answers, and it feels as though they're putting a child's safety at risk. Walking in I get that welcoming feeling, kind of like Cheers where everyone knows your name. Looking over the menu for an appetizer I was drawn between the crab filled mushrooms, or the crab filled shrimp. Battling this turmoil in my head I asked my server, by the way who was the only one bartending, and serving everyone, Marty whatever you are paying her, she deserves double for how she was running her tail off. She told me the mushrooms are a bigger seller so that's what I ordered. The crab was cooked to perfection with its combination of seasonings; the mushrooms themselves were also dynamite. I definitely recommend you all trying this, as long as you're not allergic. Now as a part of my new way of eating I wanted to get a meat lovers pie, but I did not do that, I got a veggie pie. I got my vegetable fill that night from tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms and peppers this was a small 12 inch and packed with flavor. I really enjoyed all those vegetables. Ok so I make it into Larry's, and I started off with an appetizer being what I thought was the cheesesteak egg rolls turned out to be the chicken wing egg rolls which had a kick to them but really good. You got two to an order for around $5.95. Now I ordered a bar pie which is I believe ten inches, you got eight cuts. This was a great tasting pizza, it smelled great, tasted delicious. Continuing my striving for better health and still maintaining pizza night I am getting their version of a veggie pizza, this has just about every veggie known to man and women, veggies like spinach, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, and even mushrooms. Let me tell you, this was delicious, yes, I enjoyed having all these veggies on my pizza. Now for an appetizer I ordered their cauliflower with a side of ranch to dip in, (hey I got to cheat sometimes). The service was wonderful, the new place looks great, I even had a chat with the owners who remembered me from their old location almost three years ago. My picture is a mini thick sweet, and that's exactly how you order it. Calling Angelo's is a journey, they are operating off of a single land line so you usually have to call 2, 3, or seriously on busy nights or a Friday during lent 20+ times. From there you tell them the size, crust type (regular or thick), sauce type (regular or sweet) and then any toppings. Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins, but in many cases over an hour. While this sounds like an awful experience, it's certainly worth it. This pizza incredible. Last time I stopped by it was cash only, but there's an ATM. When you go in, there's a counter up front and a cooler stocked with drinks. The space has a few tables, but most people are doing takeout. Angelo's, while it's not easy, I love you!

We generally ordered Stromboli from this restaurant, but decided to try dinner. We ordered 2…read morelasagna dinners and an antipasto (total cost was $42.82, though we did have a $30 purchased coupon to redeem.) The lasagna portions were pretty small, weighing overall about 11 oz, which included the metal tray and sauce. The salad had lots of unappetizing brown lettuce, and one half of a thin slice of tomato. When we arrived home and looked at the food, we packed it up and returned to the restaurant. The counter person indicated that all the portions were like that, and remaking the food would result in duplicating what we already had. We said no, thanks, and asked to switch to something else - we were told it has to be the same thing ordered (they have a blurb in the restaurant, which says if you are not happy with your meal, bring back at least X% and get a redo), but apparently it has to be the same food. If you are going to give me exactly the same thing I was unhappy with, what sense does that make? The antipasto, which was $12.50 had brown lettuce on top/bottom, and had what amounts to maybe 1 slice of tomato. The only part of this salad that was correct was the "Anti". Customer service was interesting, too. The counter person, who was obviously not the one in charge, had to go speak to the 'manager' in back, at least a couple times. That person (not sure who it was) did not come out to speak to me. As a manager, you would expect the manager to address you directly. A refund was also not possible because the coupon itself could not be refunded, so our only option was the take the food. I asked for the owners' name, and was told they did not know who the owner was, but was given the Office # 570-970-0000. I called the next day and had to leave a message, gently explaining that I would like a call back to discuss a situation I experienced at the location I visited. I never received a call back. Had a received a call back and a resolution, perhaps this review would not have been necessary.
