The lady behind the counter was so very apologetic about the mix up and repeatedly offered to make another calzone for me. What remained was a small sausage and cheese pizza. Hummmm... a calzone is basically a whole pie folded over. Same ingredients, same size, and same hunger! I smiled and reassured her that the mix up was fine and I would gladly take the pizza, especially after seeing how GOOD it looked! Absolutely delicious. Stayed at the Hilton in the same plaza, arrived later than we had planned with a very hungry 7 year old. The pizza was cooked perfectly, and was flavorful. Ignore the reviews that talk about "rude" staff-- there's no evidence those reviewers were being honest, or that they were perfect customers. This place produces a quality product, don't let some sour apples deter you from checking this place out. Pizza Bella has delicious pizza! I guess that's good, you know, considering the name. Their service and order system were prompt and efficient and the staff was friendly. We found the salad to be decent, but I'm not a rabbit so that wasn't my favorite part. This place is walking distance to the nearby hotel so it makes for a great mid day or late snack if you're in the mood and definitely beets the convenience microwave meals at the hotel... I'd recommend the pepperoni pizza, it's a classic and Pizza Bella nails it! read more

I was looking for something different than fast food and decided to try this place. It is a cute family shop which normally would not be enough to inspire me to write a review. I ordered a cheese burger sub and it was great. The roll was fresh and tasty, the vegetables were exceptional, and the meat and condiments mixed perfectly with the other ingredients. Overall this was an unexpected result for what is basically a standard pizza and sandwich shop. I wish there was more than the just the expected items on the menu, and I would also like some more options for impulse dessert/candy purchases. But as far as cleanliness, quality, and service this is the best sandwich shop I have been to in the area. I am looking forward to trying other items from their menu. read more

Overpriced and over-rated. Neighborhood Devens location has the corner of the market near the military base, so apparently they don't have to care about food quality or customer service. Our pizzas have been greasy and our salads were severely over-priced for their poor quality and sub-standard taste. Advise going to Nashoba Club or the Cottage. Far better taste and value. read more

I have been working in Devens for longer that Pizza Bella has been open, and have been a customer since they first opened up shop. Every sub, salad, side and pizza I have ordered from them over the years has been delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If I could put a negative star I would. I called this place at 4:38 pm on Friday July 29 ,2022 to place a pick up order. Slow, almost non-existent customer service and average food at best. I ordered a small turkey sub last week and it took almost 20 minutes! have been here twice. Food is ok for price. This is what bothered me the most. I ordered a sandwich then waited on the side for it. A few minutes later a national guard soldier comes in to pick up a steak tip order he called in. National guard is stationed up the street. The woman at the counter said she never got an order and they don't serve steak tips. He said he saw it in the website. So he left to go get his phone in his car to check the number he called it in. He doesn't know the area and is probably there for training for the national guard, as many soldiers do. I felt she was very rude and she showed no class for a branch of our military that is here to serve us in times of crisis, emergency, etc. I found her to be very rude and didn't care for that. He was very polite to her so not sure why she jumped down his throat in front of a bunch of other customers when he walked out. She didn't have the courage to say it to his face? Show some class.
