It seems they offer a great sense of community and engagement with their regular clientele; it's always nice to see such a well loved shop. When I've asked for something they don't have, they've always ordered it for me or referred me to someone else who DOES have it - these guys aren't looking for sales; they're looking for happy customers. I hope to see the store continue to grow; I don't play table top games but I love graphic novels, comics, and all things nerdy, and they've made forays into just about every realm of geekdom. I politely asked them if they could be a little flexible with a very expensive piece of merchandise and their response was "maybe you should make more money." I sat stunned not knowing what to say back. I then asked them about the same figure on a website for a much lower price and to see their response. Rudely they said "we don't do that here." I said okay put down the figure and bought something else. No apologies, no have a good day and no thank you to that place ever again.
