Went in to fix my cracked iPhone 8 screen. Ari was very helpful and sweet, he fixed my phone up in like 10/15 mins. Got some $ off by using cash, so that's something to consider. First time I went in I had help from Ari and he was very nice and generous. He fixed my phone but it was still lagging a little bit but I just thought it was because I had dropped it before he fixed and I'd just have to live with it. The last 2 weeks the phone was going crazy and yesterday I dropped it from about a foot high and the entire screen snapped off. I understand that I dropped it but it's a little extreme that the entire screen would fall off from dropping a foot high. Anyways I bring it in today and whoever the other guy was would not fix it under warranty as I was told before that if the screen breaks or any damage they will fix. This guy quoted me $120 to fix which is a normal price if I were the first time customer but I had literally just brought it to them and then the screen fell off. They would not honor the warranty and I ended up having to go somewhere else. The $120 was a higher price than when I had originally brought in the phone the first time LOL. So he actually charged me more to fix their mistake. The bands that connect the screen were completely shattered. How could that even have happened with 1 drop from a foot high. I don't ever write negative yelp reviews because that sucks but I honestly feel ripped off. Again, ari was super nice and was easy to work with. Too bad he wasn't in today. read more

Very happy how I was treated. I got my battery replaced on my old model iPhone. The battery stopped working 2-3 months later. I brought it back and they replaced it at no charge. They also fixed the "home button." Service was fast and price was reasonable. read more

I don't know where to begin my whole-hearted homage to this place and its wonderful owner Ari. I came in with a phone that had a broken glass and problems with charging. Through no fault of his, Ari was unable to fix the charging issue. Apparently, the charging units he had in stock were defective. Ari offered me a brand-new "loaner" phone and asked to me to come back the next morning to pick up my phone. What ended up happening was he sold me a different phone that cost about as much as repairs to my phone would've cost. Except, it was a 256 GB phone instead of 128 GB phone. And I kept my busted phone for parts. Ari even offered to fix it and sell it for me. Oh, almost forgot to mention the absolutely overwhelming detail. For my trouble waiting for the phone to be repaired Ari offered me $100.00 off the phone he sold me. It was so nice and kind and generous I could not believe it. I'd give the place 5 stars if I had an iPhone. The good part first: The place is very clean, the guys are honest and very nice and the prices are good. If you have an iPhone then this is the place to go. You will be in and out in minutes. If there is an inconvenience then they may be able to drop your phone off at a location of your choice (Home, work, Moms house, ext.). The not so good: If you have an Android phone then you can wait 3 days to over a week. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks due to my issue happening 2 days before Xmas. The other thing that was an inconvenience was the Android guy is not always there, however I was offered to leave my phone there and pick it up the next day which I could not do, so now I had to bring it in on my off day which luckily the Android guy was there. There is a reason for the wait time when it comes to Android phones. There are so many different types of Android phones out there and the screens on most android phones are a part of the LCD/ OLED screen which cannot be separated so they have to replace the whole LCD/ OLED panel/screen. Usually it takes 3 to4 business days to get the part in. The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the Android guy. If he was there then I could have had my phone repaired 4 days ago. read more

Ari is the best. I brought my phone in with a bloated battery (who knew?). He ordered me a new battery and replaced it but, alas, the previous battery had broken some connections and so we ended up taking the phone off life support. He explained exactly what was going on and what the problems were and didn't even charge me for the new battery when it turned out the problems were deeper than we realized. While I don't intend to break my new phone, I know I'll be bringing it to Ari when I do. read more

Thank you (9 MONTHS LATER) ME: Hey, I paid for an Apple Original battery and it's losing charge all the time. My original Apple batteries never worked this way. ME: Hey, look, all I know is that original batteries don't behave this way. You can replace it or I'll put this exact exchange on Yelp. THEM: My business really matters to me. Look ok, I'll replace it. I'll have a battery for you tomorrow. Come at the same time ME: ok sure, but I want you to do the repair in front of me - not in the back room and I want to SEE the battery beforehand THEM: Yeah sure. Just come tomorrow. It'll be new and sealed and you can see it for yourself (I let a day pass and call them) ME: Hey do you have that battery for me? Its a drive for me, so I'm making sure before I drive to you. THEM: Yes come down (At the store) ME: Alright, can I see the battery please? THEM: (he shows it to me. The box of the battery is worn out and aged. It is NOT sealed. No where on the battery does it say Apple. This is not an apple original, just like the one in my phone isn't an apple original) THEM: Oh damn, he gave me the wrong one. ok ok look... write down your number and I'll call you in an hour (a day later... no call) I paid extra for an Apple battery: I didn't get an apple battery They go through a song and dance with me to make me think I'm charging it wrong: (eye roll) I gave them two days to get the new battery: They didn't get it even with the extra day I called in advance to make sure he had the right battery: He didn't check I drive down and he promises to call in an hour: He hasn't called Two days later now: I'm putting this on yelp.
