Great location filled with great Physical therapist and PT assistants. I would recommend this place…read moreto anyone who needed therapy confidently, because they are simply the best at what they do! Not only was my care comprehensive, and intensive; but, I truly feel that I would not have been able to return close to my prior functional quality of walking without them. I especially have to thank both the Jessica's!!!

My experience was horrible! Totally incompetent!!! I experience pain in my neck every day. I now…read morehave a cracking, popping, grinding, crunching, sound in my neck EVERYDAY!!!!! I did not have this before YOUR therapy. The hand bike that you put me and walked off and did not check the tension! Of course, you sent a trainee over who didn't want to take the time to lower the seat (Or didn't know how) and said my feet was suppose to dangle. Meanwhile, you turned and looked at me when I was having difficulty turning the bike. But, what you were doing on your laptop was more important. I truly believe my shoulder, neck would have been better if I had never walked in your door. And, pulling some ones neck hard is not the answer!!! I am so disappointed in Marsh Road location and the Physical Therapist!!!!! I had to go get X-ray of my neck. The technician ask what happen and I told her before I could finish she said let me guess you are in worse shape now than before you went. Yes! I am in constant pain!!!! Your rating is ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences in healthcare I've ever had -- actually definitely the worst and most…read moreincompetent. Took 12 phonecalls and 4 weeks from the prior visit to get my blood results back. The supervisor also seemed like she was literally reading from a script and had no clue what was going on. Doctor Diu did not seem to want to do her job or help the patient (myself). Continuously looked at her wristwatch throughout my first visit. When asked questions about how to possibly alleviate pain or symptoms , she had zero answers and would respond with "fair enough" any time I mentioned to her the symptoms I've been experiencing throughout the 5 weeks of being ill. When asked any questions about what may be the diagnosis or how to alleviate anything , she didn't have any answers and told me to relax and let the process play out (as i had my fair falling out , joint and neck pain , rash up to my chest, diarrhea, gastrointestinal problems). When she told me to change into a robe so she could see my rash, she forgot to look at any part of my rash. When questioned , she said she had seen it already -- even though I was fully clothed for the entire visit up until this point. At the follow up visit 3 weeks later with Dr. Ramichello(?) I was not notified of my blood results positive -- or negative , that Dr Diu had asked to be done. Now , the office has called me and left 2 messages about letting me know the results of my blood work. When I call back to get said results , the operator laughs as if it's humorous and says there are no notes on any results of the blood work. They'll have to leave another message , ha.. ha.. Someone would have better luck solving there pain and symptoms searching askjeeves or google. This place can't even communicate within their own office.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced- bar none! The docs are great, but I have waited…read moreon hold for over twenty minutes not once, but several times, waiting to ask a simple question. They do not answer their phones. Also, their follow up is atrocious. We needed them to apply for an exception to the insurance company for a medicine that the insurance company didn't want to pay for for my elderly father. Since it works well for him, we wanted to continue using it. The doctor said they would take care of it and get back to us. Never happened and here it is over a month later and my father has no breathing medication. Try to call and follow up? That's a joke. You can not get through to them, regardless of when you call. I work a full time job AND care for two elderly parents. I don't have twenty+ minutes to sit in hold with a doctor's office. Their response to this? 'use the patient portal'. Not happy, because I prefer to speak to a human being when it comes to medical issues, but I tried the portal. Well, that's a joke as well. You go through a million steps to set it up and then it won't let you back in. I specifically wrote down every log in name, password, answer to security questions, etc. so that there would be no issues. Want to call someone to straighten it out? Good luck. I could provide numerous examples of how deficient their system is and how they take utter disregard for 'customer service' (and I use that term very losely), but it would do no good. I have called Patient Advocacy, Administration, and a few other departments trying to relay feedback and get answers. What did I get? Some drone of a woman who was not only incompetent, but robotic and quite frankly, stupid. Then there were a host of answering machines, automated voicemail lops from hell, etc. You get the picture. Christiana provides good care, as long as that doctor is face to face with you. As far as their communications systems and methods? There are no words to describe the inadequacy of the system. It is horrific to treat patients with this utter disregard. They should be ashamed of themselves for even referring to this as a phone system. Sooner or later you will have to call them for something. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration, lack of professionalism, loss of time and utter disregard for your loss of time and use another healthcare

When patient concerns are brought directly to her after chain-of-command is exhausted & creative…read moreattempts to connect via social media are what's left as options, Dr. Nevin nor her office associates take opportunity to hear the patient out. She seems to rely on a bizarre "Leadership" model which causes supervisors to refuse contact as well by funneling calls down to the very same employees patient has complaints about. The attempts for resolution are thwarted by this circuitous system. In addition, the outright refusal to engage, stonewalling, gaslighting (not used lightly), ignoring, and a lack of transparency despite declaring it will be offered occurs. There's also a request that the patient offer complete transparency of the issue & in turn, they clean up whatever they can as if the patient's stated concerns never existed. When "compliancy" implies upholding the "integrity" of Christiana Care, consider what that means. Also, consider the settled Whistleblower lawsuit. Groundbreaking in the US, according to news outlets. $47.1 million. Compliance issue, False Claims Act, settled 2023. Reported by Chief Compliance Officer to Dr. Nevin & was fired suddenly. How seriously will one patient's ongoing concerns (multiplied due to systemic issues & incompetency) be taken if you will fire a close coworker, possibly a friend, for bringing a legitimate issue to the forefront? When a patient has a concern in a specific department & it is presented to "Leadership," it's presented to the very same people you may have already complained to - not an independent, well-informed group - and the "Leadership" making decisions as to the merit of your complaint(s) may include a person or 2 that you made complaints against. How clearly are they reviewing your concerns if/when you've made claims against them? They're protecting their own teams because,as I was told, "I only work to pay my bills and put food on the table." Nobody wants to be fired. If met with empathy, there are many issues that arose in which - with active listening - I could help in sharing the process and problems so they could be avoided with other patients. There are many doctors I appreciate who are part of this system & many who need to ramp-up listening, testing, and remaining within the scope-of-care. All because a doctor or nurse (& God knows who else) can view ALL patient records that does not mean it is appropriate or acceptable for them to do so. "Scope of care" is what HIPPA states as 'appropriate for treatment.' An employee stating that the viewing of my records outside scope-of-scope was "unintentional," "a mistake," "she didn't mean to," then declaring it intentional in a formal letter when the patient presses for answers is hiding something. Which is it? Unintentional (mysteriously was handed to her or popped up in her queue) or Intentional (sought it out). Contradictory actions. A document was obtained via HIMS WITHOUT my consent & HIMS told me 3 different times my consent was required. It's a10-year old record & I was kept waiting in an exam room while it was obtained & read. I wasn't informed that this behavior is what kept me waiting an usually long time nor did I get an apology for the delay.I told Privacy/Compliancy staff my concerns & they went behind their office doors & they seemed to clean up everything that could indicate any improper actions. I'm still waiting on a call/contact I was promised in Feb 2024 regarding a "Statement of Disagreement" I needed assistance with. That's right, 4 months now. I was also promised a call again 4 weeks ago. Weyatta in Compliancy is supposed to call. Somehow I knew I'd be waiting...I called again last week, no return call. Patients: know your Privacy Rights; review your medical records; request correction when errors are found; request "accounting of disclosure" to find out who has accessed your records (they may try to cover up if someone looked who should not have); know that there's a "restriction" form if a specific record would be needed only in emergency; and request forms for these actions because they may not tell you one is needed. Medical records may (did) create bias in care for me & that's particularly trying when there are many errors that contribute negatively to how one is viewed; diagnosed/misdiagnosed; and treated. I'd add a screenshot of the HUGE, stuff-of-legends lawsuit that was settled for your ease in reading this but it's on search engines. It's rather unprecedented & speaks to the truth behind the smokescreen of honesty & transparency that has been expressed. The monopoly Christiana Care has crafted (along with affiliates - who are not easily identified but have full access to patient's CC records) leaves some of us with compromised care. Dr. Nevin, there's so much more I could say. I know you have a lot to do. Sometimes, accepting the ongoing request of one patient is a compassionate thing to do & could prove to be illuminating in some way(s). Epic Fail, 1-star too many.
