This man is just too busy. The wait time in his office is consistently long, and if you ask to see…read morethe doctor, rather than a PA, the wait for an appointment is months. He's just taking too many patients, expanding with Restore Orthopedics, etc. And he doesn't oversee the work or recommendations of his PA. I had an xray misread and Dr. Dellose didn't look at it until my appt with him 6 weeks later. His skill as a surgeon may be good, but if things go awry, don't expect an ounce of empathy or help with decision making.

The office staff is not friendly and it feels unwelcoming going there. The women behind the desk are unprofessional. How hard is it to say hello, good morning, etc. to clients? Have never received any greetings or smiles from them, but there is much talking amongst themselves and gossiping that everyone waiting can hear. Should not do this anywhere. Delaware is a small state, people know each other.

I…read morehave dealt with back pain for many years and have tried many physical therapists but these guys are by far the best. I finally had back surgery and did 8 months of rehab with Elite. I went from being able to stand for a couple of minutes to walking a mile every day without pain. They do a lot of deep tissue massage that other therapists don't use. It takes the pain away faster, which allows you to do more exercise, which gets you better faster. No other PT offers this combination and it really works. If you want to get better faster, this is the place to go. All the staff, from the therapists, to the receptionist, to the business office are very nice and professional. Great experience.

Dr Dabney is a GREAT Orthopedic surgeon with a lovely bedside manner. He is incredibly attentive…read moreand great talking with patients and parents. My daughter had 2 significant surgeries w Dr Dabney; scoliosis and muscle/tendon releases. He is VERY tenacious in making the surgery deliver to the patient expectation, achieving the outcome by making necessary decisions in surgery. He visited us in the hospital after surgery, typically 2x a day and on weekends. He came in on a Sunday to remove STICKY bandages while she was 'under' for a different procedure so that she wouldn't have to be uncomfortable having bandages removed while awake. Really so considerate and thoughtful. A gracious and gentle man. WHAT A FIND!! We are so thankful to make him part of our health team!! We love you Dr Dabney!!!!
