He is very good, he takes care of my teeth so well. He listens to my concerns (if I have any) and addresses them to put my mind at ease. The hygienist are also excellent. The receptionist replied we don't have room for Medicare united health after asking if I had united though my employer. As she tried to word it had I had anything other than Medicare insurance I would get an appointment. So I said so its not the insurance company, you just a problem with people in Medicare. After the total polite conversation it was a PREJUDICE OF OLDER PEOPLE who has worked all there lives to be turned away for not being able-bodied anymore. I know I am not the only person this has happened to by these people.

The lady who explained the coding just acted helpless as if she couldn't possibly be expected to give a customer heads up that when their child turned 14, the insurance would no longer consider him a child. I personally think that is not something she just discovered, and did not know when your office sent texts to me to update info and confirm the appt. How about, "oh, it's another 14 y.o. we better send a statement that dental insurance isn't covered because he's an adult? Because $220 for a cleaning? How about "do you want to skip xrays?" How about do the uncomfortable task of holding your staff to a higher standard of care and consideration for the patient- including yourself instead of ignoring that I already spoke to your office management. They know who I am. And if they didn't convey that to you, consider that. If they did tell you and you know who I am because they told you, don't bother writing responses that aren't sincere.

The alarms went off when the dentist had a very difficult time with the partial dentures. The product was so miserable, the option of going without them often crossed my mind. Adding to the review, the dentist was supplied with a copy of a full mouth xray; taken while in the hospital. When asked to review the xray for some needed dental work, the dentist never looked at them. I had to retrieve them from his office staff ( which seems to have a very high turnover rate ); with no apologies nor reason for not taking care of a return patient. Never again. Avoid this place like the plague. Fore warned is fair warned.

The office may seem outdated or "Fred Flintstone" as one mentioned in another review, however the services are not! I would rather pay less (fair price) for EXCELLENT services than more to pay for the dentist's bells and whistles and shoddy services any day! Try the services before judging the book cover. You may just be pleasantly surprised.
