Found this cute restaurant and visited on the way to see a concert in Niagara. The parking lot is…read morean odd shape that could only fit a max of what seemed like 6 cars in front of the restaurant. The servers were friendly, and informative - explaining that the entire animal is used and not wasted. My favourite was the squash which was a perfect mix of savory and sweet. The rest of the table liked the beef tongue and smoked pork chop with the mushrooms. Portions were good as all of this was shared amongst 5 people.

The ambience, the service already left a great first impression to me, and this would be the perfect spot to have a celebration, or a cozy date. The food was magnificent. There are a lot of options to choose from, and the differing sizes of the dishes they offer allow you and your party to share and try just about anything you want. They emphasize the idea that most things are shareable, which is a bonus, as if you are dining in these type of restaurants, you just want to try as much as you can when you're there. The meat is extremely tender and seasoned so well. Even the leftovers for the next day taste just as amazing as it did the previous night. And yes, if you come visit, definitely try their sticky toffee pudding dessert. It is a shareable size and it will leave such a great final touch to your experience dining here. One thing to note, the dishes add up quite easily and will become an expensive meal after ordering a few different dishes. Overall, I would recommend everyone to try out this restaurant. The ingredients they source, the idea of using every part of meat so nothing gets wasted, makes it feel good to support the restaurant.

3.5, rounded up 'cause many of the ladies working there did ask if I needed help!…read more Contrary to the name of the place, this is more of a European grocery store rather than a bakery. It was like a smaller, family-owned version of a Starsky's. There are waaay more groceries like bottled sauces, canned goods, deli counter, than breads. A good portion of the breads don't seem to be baked there. Got a coupla paczki and they were ok, $1.75ea, not super fresh tasting, but not stale or anything. Double Smoked Kielbasa was good. Other than breaded cutlets, I didn't see prepared foods, but then again I wasn't really looking! If you're from a bigger city with access to such European grocery stores, St Joseph "Bakery" won't be a standout.

+ Lots of Polish/European Meats, Friendly Service, Reasonable Prices…read more- Some items, like the bagged Pizza and Breads, are not priced Walked in here on a weekday at 1:00pm and it was pretty busy--lots of people ordering sandwiches. An assorted sub is $5.75. I ordered some wood smoked kielbasa, kabanosy, and hot pepperettes. All were very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic. They have lots of polish goods and other european items. It's a pretty big place. They have a freezer area with frozen meat on a stick, cabbage rolls, and perogies. Towards the far right of the store are loaves of breads and rolls in bags. I'm not sure why, but none of these items have prices on them. We did buy a few loaves of italian and french bread, they were $2.20 a piece. Again, very reasonable. Everyone in here was super friendly and they speak polish too. I will be back for more deli meats and to try a sub!

Located a quarter mile from our Airbnb- we appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the sandwiches we ordered. I enjoyed the Hero. Everything was fresh and made to order. Delicious!

Super disappointed in this location after many orders I've finally decided I won't be coming back…read more Every time I try to place an order on the website to take advantage of the "online only" deals, discounts or rewards, it never actually allows me to complete the transaction. So, I went inside to order and explained my frustration to the woman at the register. They wouldn't honour any of the online pricing, even though the website wouldn't allow me to fully check out. I ordered my food and asked for a combo, because when I tried to order just a drink with the sub there seemed to be confusion. So to make it easy, I said just make it a combo that's fine. I pay for my food, take my drink and go to grab my chips and she informs me I did not get a combo. Fine, took 15 minutes for 3 subs and there was only one single sandwich in front of ours. The service sucks frankly and the only saving grace now that pricing is what it is, is that the food is good. Bathrooms were gross, toilet completely wobbly and no hand sanitizing stations were full. Won't return
