I actually picked up gift cards for the Eat Good Group at Costco because I wanted to bless a friend with a night out at Baba and honestly, it was such a good choice. I love this restaurant group in general. They also own places like The Eatery and Honey Eatery and Social Club (and a few others I'm probably forgetting), and what I appreciate is that each spot feels totally different while still having that same quality and care behind it. Baba has more of a Mediterranean-inspired vibe, and the food really reflects that. I'll be honest I don't even remember exactly what I ordered (it was one of those super busy weeks), but I do remember how good everything tasted... and I've got pictures to prove it. The atmosphere was great, service was kind, and overall it just had a really unique feel compared to other places. It's definitely its own vibe, in a good way. Even though I'm late on this review, it stuck with me enough to come back and write one which says a lot. I really loved the food and the flavors, and I'd absolutely recommend checking out Baba.

I believe there was another servicer of about the same age walking around with the same odor. It reminded me of a church service and elderly ladies. The most difficult part here is that our server was great! She was clear-spoken, sharp, and friendly. I just couldn't breathe when she came to our table (3-4 times). Maybe she doesn't like to smell garlic or want to smell like it, herself, but I can't return. I have two adult children who are both professional servers, so I hope these young women will understand and make adjustments for the customers. She truly is great at her job, otherwise.
