I had wax running down the emblems on the front and the back - easily seen - but left. The bumpers were still laden with dirt and dust. The inside was vacuumed and left with the mats still dirty. Overall the service sucked. The guy did not even come out to go over my truck with me. My truck is 6 months old and has 7k miles on it. It's new and it is easy to see what a lousy job they did. I will not go back. My 10 year old grandson does a better job of helping me clean my truck. I'll give him $50 in the future for his half of the work. Do not go here for your car wash / Detail needs. You will be disappointed.

I had no option but to have them shipped to this specific location (even though there were other centers near me), drop the vehicle off and get a call 10 minutes later telling me that they cannot install them because "it is against Walmart's policy, as they do not match what my door tag states." I could dismount them and bring them in individually, but it would not be done with the vehicle in store. The deal was pretty good, but now that they won't mount them I may as well just buy from a competitor since it'll come out to the same. Wasted 2 hours of my day and refunded online. So much for helping you save money.

They are pretty much your only choice for most car work sans going into another town. Speed: Depends. The shop gets packed with cars, so don't always expect to get out of there under an hour (after you find a place to park). Quality: I've heard stories, and you can expect them from all auto shops. However, they are always right. Complaints about most things usually get the "it was already like that" line. (No, door panel tabs do not come broken by the manufacturer.) Service: Aha, this is my biggest problem. Note, this is the abridged version as I am much more animated when I tell it myself. So there's a fella behind the counter who acts like he wrote the book on auto mechanics. All customers are ignorant of what goes on behind those garage doors. So I go in to get my tires rotated and aligned. After waiting all day, I get a call that they could not perform the task as their computer found a problem. They asked if I was willing to put $500 into replacement parts and I declined. I go to the counter to receive my keys and the lady says "Cash or Credit?" I say, "oh, you must think I'm someone else, nothing was done to my car, they told me to just pick it up." She tells me that they still charged me because they attempted to work on my car. I argue that I requested for my tires to be rotated and aligned, neither tasks were done, so therefore I should not be charged when no services were rendered. She says that the service was finding out that it couldn't be done. About this time aforementioned fella arrives, toting smirk . He says, "now you can't expect me to not pay my mechanics for the time it took to look at your car, why it's been here for over 4 hours!" Yes, 3 hours and 45 minutes providing shade to your parking lot, 15 minutes on the lift. He goes on about the mysteries of the alignment machine and the skill involved to operate said machine by pressing "Go." I argue that I didn't ask for my car to get a check-up, I asked for a do or don't do service. With what only can be described as insulting, he tells me there's no way I'm getting my keys back until I pay. Guess who won. So in summation, a little hole was burned into my heart of which I filled with spite for this "Auto-Tech" center. Your experience may vary.

I have appreciated their advice and care of our cars. They will not do unnecessary work, nor insist that an expensive job be done immediately. I appreciate their courtesy and efficiency. It is important to know ahead of time when something will need to be done so we can plan for it, schedule-wise AND money-wise. They understand that. I checked them in Corpus and Portland for two of my three days here, and they always had a 2&1/2 hour wait. They suggested I make an appointment on line which I did for 4 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and got in line as if I had not made an appointment with no signage or indication as what to do if you had a reservation??? They told me they used to have a separate line for reservations but no longer do. I am not sure if there is any advantage to having a reservation??? They told me it put you ahead of other people in line. I did like that they had a cooler full of bottled waters as it was a hot day and it was much appreciated. My service advisor was courteous and friendly. The concept, pricing and selection for Discount Tire is a good , however, they have grown to the point that there is almost always a 2 or more hour wait no matter where you go. I would tell them BUILD MORE STORES. I was told I should be done by 5pm. It is 5pm and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Has not yet moved. It did about 5:10 and the were done quickly. The technician came over and asked if the pressure he had set was ok. I sled him to go up a bit and he smiled and went back to it. So overall if they could work out the appointment issue I would rate them 5 stars.
