When I took it in to have my brakes looked at. So this is a Saturday today I went in and Isaac was the mechanic. Let me just say Isaac is an awesome dude. I highly recommend this guy for a raise. That being said, Isaac told me that my brakes did not need to be replaced because they were brand new. It was simply too much brake dust in there from the past. And he gave me suggestions on how to clean it out with degreaser. Isaac also found a leak in my coolant hoses, and he showed me a video that he took to prove that what he was saying was true. I intend to schedule a repair next week. I then had Isaac give me a tire rotation and oil change with filter, which he did very well, and he only charged me like a 100 and something dollars for all of that I highly recommend this business for your auto service needs. Pricing is very reasonable. Mechanics are awesome, especially Isaac and because of Isaac, I will be coming back to the US oil changers and repairs more often. Thank you isaac you're the best

It's hard to find someone to trust, so if you do, definitely let people know and keep this company in business. I went to a mechanic in SF who charged me more than 700.00 only to fail, and then I came to Triple Crown to do something that Todd did correctly the first time, and charged me less than 200.00. I mean, what else do I need to say about it? He clearly explained what the previous mechanic did correctly, and then explained what went wrong, and then explained the remedy. I trust it's fixed right, I'm not worried about my wife or daughter driving the car, and I will return to Triple Crown to have them assist with whatever my old Prius needs. Appreciate you Todd, keep up the great work. 5 stars.

The owner kept the shop open an hour later for me since I hadn't gotten off work yet. Service was done within 45mins which was perfect. About 4 months later the same window broke again so I brought my Tahoe back in and they did the repair for free and within 30 minutes. Turns out the whole part broke again-might be a Chevy Tahoe thing. Anyway the shop is always fast and polite. Definitely gonna be bringing my Tahoe back again for future repairs.

Watch out for engine configuration software errors. I…read morebrought my 4-cylinder car here for a routine multi-point safety inspection. The shop gave me an official report stating that my battery was down to 58% health and needed an immediate replacement for $231.48. Because I knew my battery was only two years old, I took it to Costco for a second opinion. It turns out Pineapple Garage manually input a V6 engine specification (625 CCA) into their testing machine instead of my actual 4-cylinder layout (500 CCA). When tested against the correct 500 CCA standard at Costco, my battery was completely healthy at 95% state of health. While the staff here was polite, relying blindly on incorrect automated software presets cost me a lot of unnecessary stress and resulted in a prorated warranty loss. If you bring a standard 4-cylinder vehicle here, make sure to physically verify your battery sticker parameters before approving their recommendations.

Five stars aren't enough for this dealership!…read more I've been doing business with Hoblit Dodge for over 10 years, and somehow they just keep getting better. Whether I'm buying a new truck or selling one, they always treat me right. This time, they gave me the best offer for my truck, and I was in and out of the dealership with a check in my hand in less than 25 minutes. The entire process was fast, easy, and completely hassle-free. What really impressed me, though, was how they treated my family. I had my special needs son with me, and one of the salespeople noticed he was fascinated by the fish tank. They handed him some fish food and let him feed the fish, which absolutely made his day. That small act of kindness meant more to us than they probably realize. A huge thank you to Josh Joseph and Chris B. Their customer service went way above and beyond anything I expected. They made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. Great prices, outstanding customer service, and genuinely caring people--that's why my family and I keep coming back. My family and I HIGHLY recommend Hoblit Dodge. There simply isn't a better dealership!

Fortunately, our insurance company did and they suggested Collision Pros in Woodland. My experience with Collision Pros was 5 Star from estimate to delivery. They ordered a new bumper, however the technician removing the damaged one was able to push out the dent which made the estimate lower and guaranteed a good fit after the repair. When I picked up the car a few days later, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the repair excellent including the paint match, but the car was also vacuumed and cleaned inside the cabin including the door jams and it was washed. That's worthy of a 5 Star rating.

They were very flexible given our weird time constraints. They were going to need to keep the car for several days and were very clear about that. The repairs were done when they said they would be. One thing that was particularly impressive was the fact that they would occasionally text us to let us know what stage the repairs were in. (Think " your car will be painted today") That was always reassuring, because whenever you drop your car off for a number of days, you wonder if things are progressing. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and responsive to what we needed. The repairs were incredible. You can't even tell that there was a dent. Further, given that it's an electric car, there were a number of different electrical things involved and they were able to repair and replace those components perfectly. We did have them complete one repair that was not covered by the insurance and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!
