This is a small town business with big time cred! We brought in our Hyundai Ionic 5 for some small scale collision repair. First, they were great to schedule an appointment with. They were very flexible given our weird time constraints. They were going to need to keep the car for several days and were very clear about that. The repairs were done when they said they would be. One thing that was particularly impressive was the fact that they would occasionally text us to let us know what stage the repairs were in. (Think " your car will be painted today") That was always reassuring, because whenever you drop your car off for a number of days, you wonder if things are progressing. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and responsive to what we needed. The repairs were incredible. You can't even tell that there was a dent. Further, given that it's an electric car, there were a number of different electrical things involved and they were able to repair and replace those components perfectly. We did have them complete one repair that was not covered by the insurance and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

I got my car serviced here a year ago almost and the repair went great but I had some criticism almost a year down the road and I didn't like the color of the panel on my car and remembered their customer satisfaction warranty. I went in after speaking to Joy over the phone. I was penciled in and Joy took my claim to the Manager, Mr. Soto. I asked if I was crazy to just send me on my way home and I'll live with it but they noticed the color a few shades off too and so they took me in. Scheduled a date, I rented my own car as it's through warranty and not insurance anymore and Mr. Soto & Yessenia walked me through everything and even had it ready in one day. The bumper on my car had been hit a few times, damaging the paint and finish. I finally decided to get the bumper repainted and Woodland Body Works was the place to go. They did such a great job with the repainting, I can't see the previous damage at all! They also washed and detailed my car after the repaint and I couldn't be happier with the results. I normally hate going to car shops and it can make me a little anxious, but the folks here were so sweet. They explained the service to me, were very polite over the phone and in person, and really were just above and beyond. Do not go here! Took my auto in for a written estimate. The job was private pay, not insurance. When I returned two weeks later to have the work done they would not honor that estimate. Very dishonest. They added over two hundred dollars to the bill. "Just sign here" with no mention whatsoever of any changes (certainly glad I had my original estimate with me). The manager had a very, very poor attitude. When I showed them my original written estimate, she acted like she could care less. This was a classic "bait and switch". I walked out. I had two car repair by the end of last year 2021 both of my car didn't match the color. After talking with the owner he said he couldn't do nothing else to one of them in fact could get worse. Then We talk about watch they were gonna do to my other car since I got it back had clear coat spay over dirth on the quarter panels and trunk. The trunk was replaced and had lots of nick that didn't get fill in before painting look really bad. the tails lights weren't lined up. I took it back they said it will get fix. all they did was buff and polish. car got back to me same way. now after leaving a negative feedback they reach out to my saying they were fixed and after talking to owner we discuss in what need to be fix. I waited for more then month and the manager I happend to find out she got fired. if it wasn't for me they would never call back. Then new manager calls me an tells me she got the green light on fixing my car which it's was polish and buffing the trunk and bumper. lol that been done already and didn't do the job. she totally told me something diffrent from what we discuss in what needed to be done. I told them I was gonna call my insurance which I did and she call them to have them taken pictures and never received a call back. this is been since end Of 2021. hostly I dont recommend this shop I been hearing bad things about them. I had to cars fix by the shop within a month. My first car was my personal car which it got painted really bad the trunk and the the rear quarter panels had some dirt and over spray and also the trunk had some nicks that didn't get fill in before painting. the Color it's not matching and after I received my car I turn in my second vehicle which it got the paint mismatch also. I left a feedback and the person in the shop call me regarding about my feedback she was mad and not worried about my disappoinment about my cars. but then the owner call and he said he wanted to see my vehicles which I did bring both in to the shop the week after. He agree that me personal car was done wrong and he said he was gonna fixed. He pointed all the work that needed to be done specially paint matching the color. They said they were gonna make up to me by even removing a dent that wasn't even cause by the accident which I agree. the manager was supposed to call me which she never did cause she got fired. I waited for a month an half then decided to call, because I have really expensive audio equipment that laying on the house waiting on my car to be fix so I can put it back on. So I call and found out they had forgot about me. then waited 2 more weeks to find out what they we're gonna do to my car and then I was told something diffrent from the new manager from what we had agree after talking to owner. I decided to talk to my insurance hopefully I can get my car fix somewhere else . I will not come back here next time nor my family. read more

I had to have some work done on my car last week. This was the first place that came to mind. We have been using this shop ever since I can remember. I know that it recently changed ownership, and they treated me just as good if not better than the previous owners. The work done on the car was great. It was hassle free, Jacob, one of the adjusters, followed up several times with me, keeping me updated. The had the car fixed prior to the original date quoted. The courtesy ride to the shop to pick up my car was an added bonus. They also took care of a few scratches which were unrelated to the reason the car was in the shop to begin with, as a bonus without charging me for it. Everyone at the shop is great, and courteous, they made what is typically a painful process into a smooth one. I appreciate Woodland Body Works taking care of me. read more

It became very clear after picking up my vehicle and returning it for a new and suspicious burning smell and vehicle codes: that 1. Either Woodland Body Works is not familiar with the Toyota Prius (shocking given the number of Priuses in Northern California), or 2. That they were reporting "errors" which are normal to every vehicle of my year, make, and model, in order to make money off of me. I took the car to a long-time trusted mechanic to hoist it up and give me a second opinion, who confirmed my suspicions. They forgot to remove labeling and stickers that when heated on the body will burn and cause fumes in the interior of the cabin, and they reported normal codes as "errors" in need of costly repair. Additionally, after reporting to my insurance that they would call me with updates, I never once heard from them. It was never my choice to do business with Woodland Body Works, and I will never go back nor will I recommend their services to anyone. Don't let anyone tell you that this place is your only option of where to take your car to replace a catalytic converter. Completely untrue. They give a better $ deal to insurance agencies, hence the reason this will be insurance agencies' first choice. read more

Had an issue being charged a deductible "in order to order my parts" when AAA had previously told me my deductible was waived since I was not at fault. After calling AAA to confirm that it was indeed waived, they spoke to the business to fix things. I then received a phone call where the receptionist was really kind and apologizing. I asked her about proceeding with getting my car fixed and ordering the parts and she handed the phone to the manager who was very rude. I asked multiple times about ordering the parts and wanting to continue the fixing process and he was negligent to help. He kept asking a ridiculous amount of times if I was actually going to show up, because they had no deductible and didn't want to be left with the parts. After CLEARLY explaining that I wanted to get my car fixed here more times than necessary, I gave up trying because I could not take the attitude. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a shop. No other place I've been to charges you the deductible prior to touching your car, and no other place has ever been so unkind about helping. I took my business to Lindstroms who also works with AAA, and they were so kind and helpful every step of the way. read more

I picked this place to get my trucks repairs done expecting the excellent service and quality of work from previous owners. They started by giving me an expected date to have the repairs done, but they change it like four times. They were supposed to replace the roof and polish or paint to remove scratches. Finally after almost a month they called me to tell me my truck was ready. When I get there to pick my truck, I was disappointed and upset, all the scratches were exactly the same. They told me they tried to polish, I told them "obviously it did not work". They keep my truck for 2 more weeks and I was still not happy with their quality of work.
