However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Some rude assistant picked up trying to rush me off the phone and she said they never called the prescription because the dr wanted to talk to me. I said I wished you called to let me know. She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess. Do not recommend them at all very very, very rude people no social skills whatsoever shame or Dr, Saunders employing people like that..

He has helped guide me and direct me through dealing with some serious medical issues requiring specialized physicians and surgeons including sepsis and cancer. He and his staff have always been very responsive and understanding with terrific "Bedside Manner". I took advantage of and enrolled in a Concierge Physicians program to which he belongs. The service offers several benefits. One of the most important benefits for me is virtually instant accessibility to him and/or his staff 24/7. I would recommend Dr. Saunders as a very competent practitioner of Internal Medicine as well as a down to earth General Practitioner or Primary Care Physician.

Several times I've described symptoms to him and he'll make a preliminary diagnosis, which is always confirmed by tests. He asked my husband and me to come into his office today, because my husband had not visited him in a while. My husband is elderly, and the doctor was concerned about his condition and whether he was taking the medication that was prescribed. This shows how much concern he has for his patients. I really shouldn't rave so much about him. His waiting room is always packed and is liable to be more so by anyone reading this.

I was greatly disappointed and realized quickly visiting him was a great waste of time. My "physical" lasted roughly 3 minutes, where after asking me my height & weight he just wrote down for me to go get a blood test and come back a week later. He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where. Anyway, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Ghandi 2 months out as that was their first available appointment. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled consultation appointment time only to be greeted with, "yeah, we tried calling you last week but couldn't reach you because we had to reschedule your appointment" Hmm...didn't think to leave a message or try calling again the following week? Also I asked when they called but conveniently they have NO log as to when they called. Wow.... Terrible service: No "I'm sorry" and no "let me try to get you reappointed as quickly as possible". I believe this person's name is Gisel or Grisel or maybe even Visel Anyway, they clearly don't care about customer service and worse, clearly don't care about patients' well being as they seem like their accustomed to canceling long scheduled appointments. Another person answering the phone while I was there told a person over the phone, "we don't have another appointment available for you until September"! Wow...I'm speechless I asked for another appointment and stood there for over 7 mins in silence at the front desk like a dummy as Gisel slowly looked through her appt book...and still left without an appointment. In short, I won't be returning and won't be scheduling another consultation and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.
