You will be sleeping on sheets that were probably not washed in all the units, units that smell like pot, cooking supplies that were not cleaned, the basement unit has no heat or AC, and I am pretty sure there is mold under the carpet in the cubby hole he tried to create a sleeping bunk in. When it rains the carpet was soaked and all he did was face a fan on it. I had three cases of bronchitis during my stay and a lung infection. The lock for the basement is a piece of wood in the sliding glass door. He will call you when there is any problem with other units because he is "unavailable" and needs you to do the work as a "favor" for free. He lists units on several websites and double books and blames a guy named Brennen that I am now sure is also him. All the units sewer and electric is unsafely wired into the house unit basement, I doubt it has been inspected by anyone from the county, which will be my next email. He lists his legit business as a boat rental company and not a home rental. I had two small well behaved, well trained, well groomed dogs with me that he also claims ruined his dirty basement unit. There are several other options for lodging near the park, I suggest you check them out fist before choosing this place. I was so happy to get out of that place, it was a nightmare. Do not stay here.

No furniture in the bedroom except a bed. Closet can only hold about 10 articles of clothing. LIghting above bed works on cell phone adapter. No stove. Shower is 30" x 30" with no pressure whatsoever. No heat in Kitchen or bathroom. Bathroom is in back of Kitchen and you have to walk all the way around from bedroom, through den and down hallway through kitchen to use bathroom. Electical socket caught on fire and never repaired. Only one electrical socket in bedroom which is used for the window A/C. Only one useable electrical socket in den which is used for the lights. Charges $2,000 a month and is a total ripoff!. Doesn't remove snow in winter. Cleaned once after tenants complained. Bird nests in rotten fascia boards. Radiators do not turn off...All are broken and never fixed after tenants complained several times. I do not recommend working with this company. No experience in property management at all...Just my opinion!
