Best coffee and tea in Paducah. The staff is experienced and friendly. If you enjoy a good pour over you will be be disappointed. Also, they roast their own beans and supply several of the other coffee houses in the region. There is nothing like a true fresh cup of coffee. read more

I really wanted to like Pipers, but unfortunately the coffee was disappointing. The drip coffee lacked great flavor and was barely hot when served. It kind of tasted like burned sunflower seeds. The cappuccino was also underwhelming, with poor milk texture and an overall unpleasant flavor. I was especially surprised to see an automatic espresso machine being used at a specialty coffee roastery, as I expected a little more attention to the espresso preparation. No soap dispenser in the bathroom or any sign of soap at all was also concerning. read more

Not for Coffee enthusiasts , but the Bourbon Vanilla Latte is Decent. If you decide to stop here, do yourself a favor and order the bourbon vanilla latte.. and that's it. It's a decent drink, but calling it proper coffee would be a stretch. The biggest disappointment is the lack of craft. Their machine pulls the shots for the "barista," meaning there's no real skill or artistry involved... just pushing a button. For us, this really takes away from the experience. As cortado lovers, we gave theirs a shot, and it was a complete miss. Watery, poorly textured milk, and no effort at all in presentation. To top it off, they don't even serve it in a proper cortado cup!! It came in a full sized cappuccino cup, which just looked ridiculous. We can't recommend this spot for anyone who appreciates well crafted coffee, but if you're in need of a quick caffeine fix and have no other options, the bourbon vanilla latte is the safest bet. read more

This place is the best. Often go through Paducah while traveling. Serious loss to miss out on Americano, Provencial Earl Grey, and savory scone. I am delighted to be in my way there. Service is great- moves along well. I greatly enjoy the larger location. Parking can be a challenge. Try it out! You will return. read more

The cutest little coffee shop! It's tastefully seasonally decorated for fall/halloween right now and has great ambiance. My drink was delicious and made with care. I did not try the food but the menu looked like it had something for everyone. I'll have to try the St. Louis location next! read more

Love this place. It is in my neighborhood and I'm a regular. Excellent food and coffee. Great espresso martini. Great service. If you like hot coffee you have to ask for extra hot though, otherwise it is tepid. read more

I live almost 5 hours away, but when I'm in Puducha, this is my go to! I absolutely love my dirty leaf (matcha latte with espresso) with the lavendar and chamomile syrup. I had to bring a bag of matcha home. We travel a lot and we do pour over in our sprinter van, and now I can have matcha when I travel. This is some of the best! Their shop is small but put together nicely. The baristas are always nice! read more

So cute! We arrived in mid afternoon when most coffee shops are empty and this place was full. Nice wait staff. Cappuccino was properly made and tasty. We had a sweet which was very good as well. read more

Great service and atmosphere. Would love to go there when they have live music. The bandstand is outdoors

The building which houses this cafe (as well as a Mellow Mushroom and probably other businesses) is a quite splendid historic brick structure, and the cafe creatively uses a couple of small, awkwardly shaped rooms to give guests some places to sit. The drink menu is fairly extensive, and I considered a variety of tea-based options. My London Fog was the sort of understated but satisfying flavor one hopes for. There was some hint of food options, but I saw none evident, and I didn't come for pastries. They did have almond milk as an option, and I would bet on the rest of their drinks being of good quality. read more

Best iced latte around. Seriously. Everything is blended so well. I can't drink my coffee all in one go and sometimes have it until the next day. No separation with this latte and no watering because the fat to ice ratio was so great. read more

Wonderful job on the incredible renovation! Stop by for some great drinks and great open air space. It's a perfect vibe to sit at the computer with an outlet at every table. bravo! read more

Parking is an issue. Good coffee but the place is very small so if you go when it's busy, very crowded

Server was friendly. The Maple - Vanilla Latte was deliciously rich. I had a pumpkin swirl pastry from the local bakery that was flavored perfectly and baked to airy perfection- with a light yet creamy buttercream swirl. We come to Padua a couple of times a year. I will be back to Pipers. read more

Great coffee, service, and a cool atmosphere. They had me with the fresh cream from a local farmer. read more

Traveling in the areas and wanted to support small coffee shop. Building is amazing. It's in an old Coca Cola building with lots of history and charm. Service was somewhat slow and the guys behind the counter were a bit overwhelmed and also having an important conversation with friends about HP movies beliefs. Took a really long time to get our two iced drinks. Coffee was a bit bitter and almost tasted burnt. Both the iced latte and cold brew were just really off. Will keep supporting small business instead of the big guys from Seattle, maybe just not this one. read more

Local coffee with a very knowledgeable staff of baristas. Their in-house syrups are delicious, I HIGHLY recommend the honey cinnamon iced latte or have them make you a perfect cold foam for your cold brew! The flavoring is perfect for a not too sweet treat read more

Piper's doesn't just offer specialty brewed coffees and in-house hand blended teas, but a bright and refreshing atmosphere that you honestly just can't get enough off. This little nook in the Paducah Coke Plant is everything you never knew you needed in a coffee house. You're likely to have a warm welcoming hello from any of the baristas here. Ask to enjoy your drink in house and they will fix it in the cutest glass or mug. If you're wanting to get some work done, no worries, they have a cozy little room away from the counter for that. When you stop in, make sure to ask what they're weekly special is. They always have something magical crafted up. Today, I opted for a iced mint matcha. I used to not care much for matcha, but something about the hint of mint really sets it off for me and I definitely recommend it. Piper's is truly a Paducah gem and I hope everyone, whether local or just passing through takes the time to partake in her! read more

A very pleasant find. Everything about Piper's made me wish to go back when I'm in the area. This is my takeaway from my experience. 1. THE COFFEE: Iced espresso was the best I've had in recent memory. Perfect pull and great flavors all around. I added in some house made simple syrup and half & half after tasting it without, and it was just wonderful. 2. THE STAFF: Every employee was friendly and wanted to talk about the coffee shop, its history, and to know your story. Very welcoming and a nice bonus. 3. THE LOCATION: Such a cool place, with a lot of history. Nestled in the corner of an old Coca-Cola manufacturing warehouse, it was vibey, unique, and fun. If you're in the area, no question, go check it out and make your day better. read more

Piper's is one of my favorite coffee shops on the planet! My only regret is that I don't get to visit Paducah more often! They offer what is probably the best 8oz mocha in existence, and their 50 Greys tea is also a top favorite! Awesome baristas and lovely coffee shop inside the historic Coke Plant--just a few feet from other great shops, including Mellow Mushroom! read more

Still probably the best coffee in town, but lately my pour-overs have been a bit on the weak side. I don't know if it's the speed of the pour, or the grind, etc, but Piper's should send a spy down to Shaffer Coffee in Murray, KY--they use the same beans (and maybe even have the same owner, not sure) but they can seem to consistently produce better pour-overs. read more

Pipers Tea & Coffee - a view of a coffee shop - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paducah, Kentucky

Good coffee, great service, friendly and helpful staff and the historic Coke building is beyond description.

This is the best coffee and tea in town (and beyond in my opinion). Warning: This place is addictive, I am there almost every day. The baristas are awesome and give the best advice, they know their stuff! Pipers also has several seasonal drinks like the cold brew cream soda and the pumpkin spice latte. (I can't wait for winter, the hot chocolate is insanely good with the marshmallows they have-seasonal availability) My personal favorites are the regenerate tea, mint chocolate matcha , and for extra long study sessions or a long night out the cold brew or dirty chai always does the trick. There are also some pastries that are really really good on rotation. read more

This place was a little difficult to find but you enter at the corner of the Coca Cola building. The coffee here was delicious. I got the seasonal flat black which was steaming hot with a cool layer of sweet cream on top. It was a great combination. The bagel was ok but they didn't warm it or offer cream cheese. There were a few other pastry options, but not many. I'd definitely recommend it for a coffee stop but maybe somewhere else for breakfast. read more
