Then the second spring we switched to Menards. Added maybe a few sweet peppers to the garden. Didn't spend much more. My daughter in law came in from Illinois and wanted to bring back some nursery plants so just her and I wandered around. First off the place isn't much to look at from the front and is in kinda a poor ish neighborhood . I was kind of not hopeful as to the quality of what I'd find inside. You have to walk through the decorative lawn items section. While super cute for me at least super cost prohibited. To be fair my main objective was growing food and making hanging baskets. When you get to the outside the first rows are bushes evergreens and trees. Across the other side is your veggies and flowers. Well to say my buggy was full is an understatement. 100 dollars . Maybe not the nursery's fault but that year my tomatoes didn't thrive. I wasn't blown away by the quality of anything I grew that year. Still thinking they get a benefit of my doubt I went last year. We really improved our garden by building a raised bed for veggies. I bought spinach ( which I can recommend. ) the cucumber plants also grew nicely. But I was so disappointed in the zucchini. Flowered ok. First crop got zucchini bugs which took down the entire plant. Also disappointed in the marigolds to plant in between the tomatoes. [plum did great Mini 100 not so much)The reason why this year they are not going to get my 100.25 dollars this year is because I had a super bad reaction to something I overheard. A little boy was playing with a digger truck right by the door. He made a fast swing into me and I said careful hon you may hurt yourself. The man behind the counter said me maw is going to beat you . You've been warned before. I said to the customer behind me me maws don't beat we love. Cashier said this on beats when he deserves it. Right then and there I told my husband we can't come back. I'm not giving my money to child beaters.

Awful. Dan was unable to provide an estimate in a month. Apparently they have so much business…read morethat they do not need more. Look elsewhere.

Behold the power of flowers! I called Flower and Furbish after my mom had surgery. I live out of…read moretown, so I was ordering from afar. I requested a seasonal, fresh cut bouquet for same day delivery. We chatted about the flowers the florist had on hand and my desired price range for the arrangement. I appreciated the conversation - it made me feel like my mom's order was in the right hands! I asked the florist to text me a picture before it went out for delivery and he happily obliged. I was thrilled with the arrangement (beautiful flowers and perfect vase!). It made me very excited for my mom to receive. The florist also texted me a receipt - the amount was exactly in line with what we had discussed. Whenever possible, I try to support local businesses over national chains. So, I'm glad I tried Flower and Furbish. This business was new to me, but it delivered the kind of personal attention and care that one wants when calling a hometown florist. I highly recommend you reach out to them for your local floral needs!

I sent an email and they responded within a couple hours. They were able to accommodate my request for the day I wanted. The floral arrangement was ready when I picked it up and it was gorgeous! I received a lot of compliments on it at the party especially from my mom. I highly recommend Floral + Furbish!
