They guaranteed the delivery then called me AFTER the funeral at 12:30 Monday morning to tell me they missed the funeral!!!!! Like seriously, you had one job and you dropped the ball. I had other options so why couldn't they have just been honest and said they couldn't do it!?!? It shouldn't take 3 days to get flowers delivered, I will never order from them again, they were reputable when I lived there but sadly no more.

I was attempting to orchestrate all of this from 300 miles away and I was very grateful to them keeping me informed and helping me complete the remote order. When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't. I had also specifically requested a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it went out for delivery and, while I was told it would be, it wasn't.
