This was our second store of the day, and I wish we had come here first and not wasted our time elsewhere! We had a wonderful experience at Anne's last prom season in 2025, but this time we were looking for a last minute 2026 HoCo dress. My daughter went through a lot of dresses trying to find one that fit that she felt comfortable in (she is well endowed). Melody was amazing! She kept looking for us and pepping her spirits up. Then we found the one that made her feel like a princess! You could tell she felt beautiful in it! We will definitely be coming back for 2026 Prom! I highly recommend Anne's to everyone I know. We always like the selection of dresses here and have bought from you all several times. As a mom of young daughters shopping for homecoming dresses, I don't appreciate that they hire young men to help with fitting and being close to the dressing rooms. It made me very uncomfortable to have what appeared to be a 19-year-old boy offering to zip up my daughter's dress and helping her try on heels with her dresses. This is not appropriate! read more

After a bad experience at another local shop, this was our 2nd appointment of the day and I CANNOT say enough about this place! our consultant was patient, helpful and downright wonderful and the owner was great too. Beautiful selections and amazing service. We had a large group and we wound up being there for 3 hours. They gave us water when asked, provided services such as robes in your dressing room and had the best selections probably anywhere that I have seen. If you are a bride, a bridesmaid, mother of the bride or formal dress of any kind, I would be here. They will forever have all my future business for formal wear. read more

I've noticed that they've turned off posting reviews. I wish I had seen your review prior to going to look for a vow, renewal dress. I am new to the area and drove an hour after making an appointment I was somewhat greeted at the door by Jennifer I told her I had an appointment, and what I was looking for even though I had exchanged many messages with them, I was looking for a vow renewal dress for our 20th wedding anniversary and before she asked me what I was looking for it was more about how much I wanted to spend. When I told her what price range I was looking she took me back to the 50% off racks, and then proceeded to tell me to look through the dresses to see if I could find anything even though I explain to her what I was looking for. I was a bit shocked at the customer service. I thought I made an appointment for her to help me find a dress, so I proceeded to dig through the racks and found a couple of dresses. I went to the dressing room, and each time had a holler for her to help me zip up the dress she found one last dress for me to Try on, and out of all of them, I was so unsure, I sent pictures to my daughters and it was their least favorite so before checking out I stopped told them I wasn't sure about it and continue to look again by myself. Mind you I was the only one in the store. I then found Jennifer an asked her if there was anything else that they had And she said no I guess because I wasn't looking in the $3000 plus range they weren't interested in me. I purchased the dress and drove away with half of a heart. It wasn't the dress. at no point and nowhere was I told that they were a final sale only. I did notice when they told me this that there was a Sales a sales agreement to my original receipt but it was a sales agreement that I didn't sign. They are refusing to refund my money they kept the dress so I'm not getting my money or the dress, when I contacted who I believe is the owner, she is a complete liar, telling me I was telling them how much I loved the dress those words never came out of my mouth on top of that their big platform you need to step up to to get to the register. I had completely forgotten, and when I stepped off, I completely jarred my back and immediately told Jennifer, but they wrote nothing up at the store in regards to me, injuring myself. This place is extremely overpriced, lack customer service, and failed to tell their customers that everything in their store is final sale. Don't go there. You will absolutely regret it and let me end this by saying this is not my first dress by. I had three daughters, who I purchased formals and prom dresses for each three times and never had an issue with the places I purchased from. read more

Absolutely recommend this store to any future bride or bridal party. The staff is incredible! Attentive, patient and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of dresses at the absolute best prices! We had shopped in Illinois, Tennessee and other stores in Paducah, and this place was the absolute best. Amazing customer service! I am a bride to be and Anne's is the only store in the country that has my dress in my color and size. The problem is, I live in Philadelphia and for obvious reasons I can't go to Kentucky to try the dress on. I had some concerns about the dress color, otherwise I would have ordered it by phone. But rest assured, Holly to the rescue! Holly volunteered to try on the dress for me. She texted me photos so I can get an idea of how the dress fits, color, etc! I was touched by her generosity, having never met her! I can only imagine the attention Anne's would give had I been there in person. Thank you Holly, thank you Annes! read more

I had a dress shopping appointment today with Holly and she was wonderful!! I had made my 10 AM Saturday appointment a few weeks ago and am happy I did as there were several other women there for bridal and alteration appointments. I emailed a list of likes/dislikes and styles of interest ahead of time. Holly was quick to tell me that they didn't have all of the dresses in stock that I'd asked to see but she had pulled several similar dresses for me to try. I love that she had already done that and was ready to go! She made several excellent picks and I was somewhat surprised by what I ended up liking. After 60 minutes (the appointment is 90 minutes), we'd tried on about 8-10 dresses and she then gave me the opportunity - and a robe! - to go shopping. We pulled a few more and tried those on as well. She worked with me to try on my 2 favorites again and helped me make adjustments (e.g., adding straps, a veil, etc) to get the full picture. She was very efficient, which allowed me to try on a lot of dresses but she also allowed me time to speak to my entourage about each dress and to take pictures as well. I didn't end up saying yes today - couldn't quite find THE one that had it all - but she promised to call if new styles came in that matched what I am looking for based on what she learned today. All in all, we had an excellent day! The one thing I'd add that might be helpful to know is that you do share a mirrored space with other brides but there's room for 3-4 up there and it was never too much of a problem. :-) read more

Sigh. What a frustrating and highly disappointing experience. I went to this store to find a dress for my daughter's upcoming homecoming dance. We arrived approximately an hour before closing and the store was busy. No one greeted us, but that didn't throw me so much as I could see they were finishing with other customers and assumed they'd get with us as they could. So we started pulling dresses for my daughter to try on, walked past the sales associates in search of a dressing room (still no offer for help), found our own dressing room and proceeded to try on dresses. Within 20-30 minutes all other customers in the store were gone - just us. So they'll help us now right? NO. We continued to have to pull our own dresses, try to figure out what might work with no help or input from the people working there. Their attention was focused on putting away the dresses left by previous customers so they could go home, while simultaneously bashing customers from earlier in the day - all for us to hear! ARGH! When we came out of the dressing room, we were completely alone. No one there trying to help us finish up, or make a sale - just an empty room. They were all in the other part of the building where the wedding dresses are, gathered around the counter, standing, chatting - no move ever to help us the entire hour we were there. We went there to purchase a dress - never again! If i have to drive to Evansville or Nashville to avoid this place? No problem. Also, the dresses were in terrible shape. These dresses are between $240 - 600. Most are not in protective garment bags and had snags, beadwork missing or hanging by threads, broken clasps... just a wreck. This is the best bridal shop in Paducah, considering the only other option is David's. The selection is good, especially if you're looking for natural-waistline wedding gowns (which I was). Don't forget to check out the sales rack - the staff may not direct you there, but you can find some gems. I found the gown of my dreams here, but ultimately the service was very disappointing. I felt pressured to buy accessories once I had chosen my dress. Even though I liked the shoes they picked for me, I felt uncomfortable and didn't get them. Then, it took them about 4 months to ship my dress to me in California, when they said they would ship it in a few weeks. They were not communicative or transparent. I didn't feel like I could really trust them with something so important. Also, when I received the gown, the alterations were done poorly, and I had to get the dress re-altered. Honestly, you shouldn't get your dress altered that far before the wedding anyway, since your body can change so much in 6 months. I feel like these ladies knew that, but took advantage of me anyway. Overall the place left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend going her if people in Paducah really had other options. read more

Anne's Bridals has HORRIBLE customer service! I drove from an hour away & when I arrived for my appointment, there was no one to help me. I was directed to a very small selection of wedding dresses that interested me and then didn't see an employee again. VERY bad service and poor selection too. read more

I wish there was an option to leave no stars. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. The lady that helped me with my bridal appointment was great. It was all the other coworkers that had nothing but rude comments, any dress that I tried on their facial reactions were ridiculous. Even one lady working there got extremely rude and said I had too many dresses in the room and it was ridiculous... Was that necessary? No. We didn't stay but an hour. Not only did I feel uncomfortable and not wanted there but my bridesmaids and mothers as well. No one else bothered to help the lady working with me either which was unprofessional. I drove two and a half hours to come there because where I live has no options and I left disappointed, upset and had no desire to try on another wedding dress for the rest of the day. Take this seriously people.. I'm not the only bad review on here. Get professional. read more
