It was an exciting day for sure!…read more The only H&M I had ever been in before was in Dublin, Ireland so I had pretty big expectations. I was not let down! Our location is much larger than I expected. It's the best use of space this location has ever had! The store was very clean and of course aesthetic. This location offers women's, women's plus, men, and a kids section. I gravitated towards the $4.99 shirts and $9.99 jeans. The pant sizes are mostly in European sizes (basically, waist inches) which makes the most sense to me. The fitting room was very clean and organized. The associate was more than happy to grab me another size. I ended up saving 20% off my pants and snagging them for a little over $7. All I had to do was text my email to a number to receive the discount. I LOVE that this company offers a clothing and textile recycling option. You can bring in your used textiles to be recycled and receive a 15% discount. The cashier told me you could bring in a piece every time you shop and still receive the discount. Helping reduce waste and saving some money? That's something I can get behind. I will be back and this is definitely one of my new favorite stores. I hope this location stays around for a long time!

I have consigned with them over the past 10 years and today they took 14 items of mine and gave me $18.20...2 pair of Nike shoes and a pair of boots were among those items. I specifically asked them how they do their business with their consigners and the 3 of them in the office stumbled over their words to explain to me that they give 30% of what they will sell the items for. Absolutely fair if that was what they ACTUALLY do... but it's not. Instead you MIGHT get 5% or if you are lucky 10%. Those Nike shoes they will sell for $25... they gave me $1 for them. I didn't want to make a scene and call them out but in heinseight... I should have and taken my stuff and left.
