Encore primarily sells clothing for the whole family (babies to adults), but they also have shoes, jewelry, housewares, home decor and a small amount of toys. We were greeted by the very nice woman working who told us about what was on sale. We were the only customers in the store which was great given that we're still dealing with COVID. Lots of the summer merchandise had been marked down and there was still a nice variety. I spent around $35 on several items that were on sale or very reasonably priced. A summer dress and casual top (both 75% off), men's dress shirt for my husband, and a couple of things that will be saved for Christmas. Had we paid original retail prices the total would have been twice or 3x's as much. I found their non-sale prices to be fair, it just so happened that most of what we purchased was marked down. The shop is well curated and a great place to check out if you have kids to shop for, yourself, maybe a gift for a friend. They had lots of nice, like-new (and new) jewelry, purses, wallets and ties that would make nice gifts. Even a Kentucky fan section at the front of the store for all your Wildcat needs. :-) Highly recommend.

It was an exciting day for sure!…read more The only H&M I had ever been in before was in Dublin, Ireland so I had pretty big expectations. I was not let down! Our location is much larger than I expected. It's the best use of space this location has ever had! The store was very clean and of course aesthetic. This location offers women's, women's plus, men, and a kids section. I gravitated towards the $4.99 shirts and $9.99 jeans. The pant sizes are mostly in European sizes (basically, waist inches) which makes the most sense to me. The fitting room was very clean and organized. The associate was more than happy to grab me another size. I ended up saving 20% off my pants and snagging them for a little over $7. All I had to do was text my email to a number to receive the discount. I LOVE that this company offers a clothing and textile recycling option. You can bring in your used textiles to be recycled and receive a 15% discount. The cashier told me you could bring in a piece every time you shop and still receive the discount. Helping reduce waste and saving some money? That's something I can get behind. I will be back and this is definitely one of my new favorite stores. I hope this location stays around for a long time!
