This is the best cell phone repair around the West Ky area Lyle is the most professional and knowledgeable tech. I have found . He will always check out your device and if it can be be fixed he will tell you if it isn't worth it he will yell you. He is a straight shooter treats you like he wants to be treated. He is also the most economical or let me say fair priced. This is a fact IPhone screen at least half what other huffy in Lone oak charges no gouging he also has accessories , IE you have a 500 to 1000 dollar device , put it into a case to protect it and a screen shield. read more

Does not know how to repair phones. Ruined my front screen on my iPhone 7 then ruined the back glass completely on my wife's IPHONE 8 plus. He had absolutely no idea how to repair the 8 as much as he said he did. After waiting an entire day for the fix the new back glass didn't fit and it was basically GLUED to the phone. Needless to say it cracked again the next morning since it didn't fit to begin with and it is now just falling apart. We will NEVER be back. read more

Recently the phone has started acting up not allowing me to use it properly and about 3 days ago it randomly cracked. I went about my business and decided to take it in Monday (today) because they weren't open. Well this morning on my way there it cracked again. I researched it a little and found out it was a pressure crack from being repaired and having too much pressure on the screen causing it to weaken and eventually crack. I went in today and he said that he was unable to fix it cause it was user abuse and pointed out a scratch on the side of my phone from the previous drop he had fixed for me. which was well below the current crack. I now have to wait for an email from the owner to tell me whether it will be fixed or not. If I am told it wont be I will happily be perusing further action with help from the Better Business Bureau.

I highly recommend them to anyone! I have had Iphones, IPads and MacBook Pro repaired by them. Everything from broken screen, batteries, trackpad, to speakers..and more. My iPhone XS Max quit working on me completely, practically as soon as the Apple warranty ran out. I took my phone in and Lyle is always straightforward and honest, he got my phone working as normal and also replaced the back glass that was previously broken. You can't be the price or the service you get here. Always very personable anytime I've done business with him. read more
