Honestly would have given them 5 stars if we didn't have to go out & buy a new dryer. We went in &…read morebought a washer, dryer & freezer. We paid for delivery & told them the day we bought it when we were moving. They didn't tell us until after we had paid for everything & left the store that they weren't open that day or the day after when someone would be home. They were able to work around my schedule & deliver on my lunch hour though. The men who delivered were prompt & set everything up for me. Here's the problem...I had to dry my first load of laundry 4 times. My husband didn't want the hassle so he told me to call & ask for a refund on just the dryer. They wouldn't do that but said they could come look at it but it wouldn't be for another 4 days. This is putting me in a new house with no way to clean everything for almost 2 weeks & for anyone with kids you know what a hassle that is. We went & bought a new dryer & when we hooked it up we realized S&T hooked up the plugged wrong so in reality the dryer may work but someone's incompetence made it not work properly. So now I have an extra dryer sitting in my garage that I won't be able to get my money back for.

Thank you sir! Definitely worth the trip. My son received a karate trophy, same day he snapped the…read morekarate guy off the top of the trophy. Needless to say I had to get this replaced, the look on his face was pitiful. Tried 2 other trophy shops, both seemed very ambivalent about my situation and customer service was horrible. Thought well let me check out the other one on my list since I was going to be over next to Appleton's anyway. The shop is literally right behind Appleton's Harley Davidson, so you literally have to pull into their parking lot and venture to the back of the building. I will admit, not a good business model to attract new customers, because it is not line of sight of the main road. People like places they can readily access. Figured, what the heck, I'm here already. Walking into the shop, I was pleasantly surprised, there was engraving with a vast array of different things to engrave like name blocks and photo frames. There was a VERY large display of trophies and plaques that lined the walls and shelves. The bell rang and immediately from a side room popped a man, who promptly greeted me. He made me feel at ease as I pushed the broken karate guy and the trophy over to him. He said give me a second and came immediately back with a larger karate guy, same stance. The relief! He took the trophy to the back and literally within 4 minutes was back with the new karate guy on top. Only charged me the cost of the karate guy which was all of about $6 and I was there for around 10 minutes total. I will definitely use your facility again sir for any future engraving/personalized gifts or trophy plaque needs. Thank you so much. He was so happy. I appreciate you kindness, more than you can know sir.
