Owned my arcade machine for 4 years and it's awesome. Best purchase for entertainment I ever made.

I took my kids to the Chuck E. Cheese in Clarksville expecting a fun and safe experience, but it…read morewas far from it. When we arrived, nobody was at the Kid Check station -- the area where they stamp kids and parents to ensure safety when leaving. That's a huge concern, since that's the main system to make sure kids don't walk out with the wrong person. My kids were excited about the new trampoline zone, but we were told it was closed because "someone wasn't there" since they were cleaning for closing -- even though closing wasn't for another 3 hours. Then, before we left, I watched as they opened the trampoline area for another couple and their kids after the manager said, "We have no choice, they paid for it." So apparently, it can open -- that was frustrating and unfair. On top of that, a lot of the arcade machines weren't working, which made it hard for the kids to even use their play cards. The only positive part of the visit was the nice lady at the counter who gave my kids a toy from the prize station when they were disappointed. She honestly saved the visit from being a total loss. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in management, safety, and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this Chuck E. Cheese until they fix these issues.

However the manager & other worker didn't seem to care at all that I waited over an hour with a hungry 2 year old. I told them they could at least apologize. Then I was told "we didn't know the printer was not working" "we refunded you" "didn't care that we never got to eat" Horrible customer service! Was my first time there & my last. Needless to say we didn't eat there & my child finally got food somewhere else.

Classic video games like Pac-Man that kind of stuff. There are tons of pinball machines which you have to pay to play. Most of them are one token but there's one special one that's five tokens. One token=$1. There's also a bunch of outside patio games that you can play. We actually came because they were playing bingo, which is also free to play and it was really fun. Started at 7:00 and had actual prizes that you could win. We got a gift card for five dollars that you could use for food or drinks. The french fries at this arcade/bar. We're actually some of the best I've had in a long time you can tell they're definitely fresh cut and cooked when they order them. I had the chipotle burger, and it was really good and one of my party had the mushroom Swiss burger and loved it and we also got the nachos. It's a little bit more expensive than a casual sit down, but the atmosphere was fun. Wheelchair accessibility: everything was really open and there was a nice long steady ramp up to the front door. There was a zero rise entry and the bathroom was pretty good. The soap was a little bit high. There is no seating that is not barstool height in the front where the bingo was and so that would be difficult, but there is some seating on the patio that's accessible. The games are all old-school cabinet style games and so it would be a little bit high for someone in a traditional wheelchair.

The consoles were amazing and so were the arcade machines. It's nice to be able to buy a soda and a snack. I also love the fact that there were some console games for sale. This place has everything. I am a small lineup of games myself I understand what it's like to keep them up. I was amazed at all these games were working. A few of the games have to use flat screens but that's a tiny price to pay to place such an amazing lineup of machines. In fact I was just mostly in awe! I've been to the big museum that used to exist in Banning, CA., and I would say this place not only rivals it, but, beats it because it's open all the time. It also has I feel the widest variety of machines something for everybody. I can't say enough about it I will definitely be back again!

It is basically a no frills warehouse filled with the largest selection of pinball and arcade games I have ever seen. Most of the games work and are set to free play. There is even a span of different consoles to play games on when you first walk in. Tournaments are frequently held if you are into that kind of competition. You can buy, sell, and/or trade classic console games at the front. There is so much offered in one location. I love it here because it is not crowded and normally you don't have to wait to play a game. If you can't find a few games you like, something is wrong.

I loved the DJ on the second floor, and I'm still impressed that they have two bars--we didn't even make it upstairs the first time we came. I'm definitely coming back to check out the rooftop next time, especially since it was pretty cold during this event and I didn't get the full experience. The games are a blast, the drinks are great, and the pizza... wow. So good! I grabbed mine to go, and it was still amazing the next day for lunch, super fresh and still full of flavor. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and genuinely kind. Already excited for my next visit!

You pay for tokens (not expensive) and get to choose from 80+ nostalgic arcade games like Pac-Man, Street Fighter, Galaga...all the classics. They also have Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 (no tokens needed!), plus skee-ball, basketball hoops, pinball, and more. The staff makes Up-Down even better. Everyone greeted us with smiles, and the bar staff and bouncer went above and beyond to help me track down my lost phone (thanks again!!). There are two levels (each with its own bar), and the upstairs, dog-friendly patio has cabanas with fireplaces. It's also in the perfect spot for hopping to other great bars nearby. This place is 10/10: cheap beer, fun games, and an all-around solid night out!
