Went for my cousin to try on Wedding Dresses. Only showed us the sale dresses, Didn't ask what style she wanted, Bringing dresses were entirely too big and wouldn't bring anything that fit right. The older lady was not helpful at all, anytime we tried to give our opinion and she continually cut us off and would not listen to anything we said. No one was helping clip the brides dresses up, me (bridesmaid) was having to clip her up. The experience was just awful and wasn't very personal. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I was a last minute wedding dress shopper due to dress I ordered elsewhere making me cry from lack of quality. After visiting here with my daughters once already, I found MY WEDDING DRESS here with only DAYS to spare for alterations (which I did myself). I was so happy with what I found. I also purchased jewelry, and the lovely dresses for both my daughters and it worked out perfectly as we were able to completely stay in budget for our attire. Selection is amazing. Pageants, weddings, formals, a great place to check out. Owner was wonderful! Enjoyed talking to her for a while. Was overall a great experience and fun. read more

I came to this establishment for my best friend's wedding and every single bridesmaid dress is altered wrong except one (so 3) and the bride's dress is altered wrong. We all told her our sizes and she went a size up despite it obviously going to be too big. I get taking away is easier than adding, but that's a lot of fabric to cut out. My dress is literally cutting into my neck now because it's so much tighter than I told her. I have a literal pin stuck between my dress and it's mesh. Another dress was also taken in too much. Then the maid of honor and bride's dresses are too big. And the alterations are over $100 each despite being wrong, the bride, maid of honor, and bride's mom were told going through this Ziobros would mean the alterations would be free. All around a bad experience. We would have preferred better communication. read more

Love the store. Huge selection. Nice price ranges. Got my prom dress two weeks before prom and it was very reasonable. I'm on the short side 5'1" and my dress didn't have to have any alterations done. They carry all kinds of other special occasion dresses as well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. read more
