I went to Dunham's sporting goods store in Madisonville ky to buy a rifle . I picked out a Rossi 22…read moresemi automatic rifle . A week later I passed my back ground check . I go back to pick it up , thinking everything was good . I live 20 miles from the store . So I called every time before I went . They forgot to tell me that they had to call someone else to sign off on the gun , so come back tomorrow . Ok , I come back today thinking everything is good now . I purchased the gun a sling and 2 boxes of bullet . On the box the gun came in , the price was $139.99 . When I finally got the gun home , I went to load the gun , and the clip that was in the box wasn't the right clip for the gun I bought . So I call again . They tell me the guy that sold me the gun , has went home for the day , come back tomorrow and discuss it with him . I look at my receipt I was charged $159.99 for this gun not $139.99 , wow , so not only was I over charged for gun , I was also out about $60.00 for all the gas it took to make 4 trips to the store . I learned today !! I should have just went to ( Uncle Lee's ) !! Sure I would have payed more in gas but I wouldn't have gotten the shit I went through at Dunham's sporting goods store . I will never recommend ( Dunham's ) to anyone . I gave them 1star because there wasn't a zero star option !!!

Limited camping gear. Good selection of drinks and snacks. The not so great: the restaurant leaves some to be desired. My husband's meal was served refrigerator cold- a hamburger steak and fries. Both actually cold to the touch and the waitress copped an attitude because we sent it back- they recooked the burger and then brought it back to the table without the fries. Had to request those again. The other people in our party ordered the steak tips and they were very good. I ordered the rib eye steak medium rare- it came well done, and was so tough it wasn't chewable. I had a catfish filet that was fabulous, onion petals that were fabulous and the cheese ravioli were good. Service was great when we first ordered, but it was like our waitress went on break as soon as our food hit the table- we had to flag down someone else over the cold meal, and then no one came back. No drink refills, nothing until the check was dropped on the table. Price was good for the steak tips and catfish, other two items were overpriced for what we received. Would I go there to eat? I will not go out of my way again, but if I'd been on the lake all day and wanted a bite I would go back. Staff need to be trained in how to deal with a situation- no one got angry or snappy with them, but getting an attitude because there was a problem is not how to keep clientele.
