When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't.
