I appreciated the conversation - it made me feel like my mom's order was in the right hands! I asked the florist to text me a picture before it went out for delivery and he happily obliged. I was thrilled with the arrangement (beautiful flowers and perfect vase!). It made me very excited for my mom to receive. The florist also texted me a receipt - the amount was exactly in line with what we had discussed. Whenever possible, I try to support local businesses over national chains. When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't.
