We came in on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. We ordered chips that were warmed with a super great salsa they sell in store. I ordered the Pure Mango Skinny and it was fantastic. As someone who doesn't like super sweet drinks, this was such a great choice. Vodka of my choice, mango stur, and alkaline rich premium water. There was a small group creating floral arrangements down the bar from us, which was super cool. I feel like this would be a great spot for a special occasion. I also loved browsing the options for sale in the boutique- the candles were my favorite. I also got a new brumate for my seltzers! It's rainbow and sparkly. However, I didn't envision it quite like this and did feel pressured to spend more which I have not ever experienced from a florist. I was also told "we don't use clear vases"... sooo. When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't. I had also specifically requested a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it went out for delivery and, while I was told it would be, it wasn't. This will not prohibit me from ordering from this business in the future at all and is only feedback for the shop. Thanks for an awesome experience!

That said, I like to find and telephone a local florist directly when ordering, because first I prefer supporting local businesses in any city, and have found using FTD or even calling your favorite local florist merely sends your order out to whoever is up next in the vicinity. I've been lucky, particularly in small communities, that you get more and prettier for your money -- I guess they care more about their name. Anyway, the plant/flowers I requested (asking the florist to use their best judgment) was according to my niece "beautiful," and absolutely relayed love from us at her father's memorial service.
